Solid repair shop with very fair prices and highly skilled mechanics. They can work on RVs as well which is great. My vehicle is running great after they serviced it for a tune up and ECM swap out. I recommend you call them next time you need a repair done. Freddie is the man to see and he will get the work done fast! Convenient location on the east side of Las Vegas. Its a little drive but worth it.

As s dog rescue time and money is always a factor. Freddy took great care of us at a fair price and in a timely manner. Especially on as large of a jog as rebuilding a transmission and a few other things. We will definitely be back.

September 2018 my car smelled of gas. Brought my car into Master Tran. Said I needed new fuel pump. The work was completed. Fast forward to April 2020 fuel pump failed. Christian Brothers garage in Leander, Texas was chosen for the work. I was told by Christian Brothers that a cheap after market pump was used, one that they would never recommend. Furthermore instead of using a harness connector the wires were crimped together. An expensive mistake using this firm. Trusted these guys.

Had a friend’s car here about a month ago for transmission issues. Stand up crew of folks working here. There are a lot of shops out there that will move forward with repairs that aren’t needed or shouldn’t be done based off the value of the car. These guy were straight forward. Recommended not to repair and look into other vehicle options as to repair the vehicle just wasn’t worth it. Basically the repair would cost more than the vehicle was worth.Thanks for your honesty.😊

Freddie replaced my fuel pump yesterday even though I didnt have an appointment(it was a Saturday). His quotes are super fair. I am always afraid of being ripped off by less reputable shoos. Freddys quotes matched up with my research and he explained what I woukd need to do to ensure I was able to pass smog and even offered to check my car at the end of the week to ensure that I would be able to pass smog. Super nice guy excellent service. I dont see myself going anywhere else.

It took 10 days, well, the post office aint no faster than that! They found all my discreps right off! Respectable prices. It rained yesterday, so I call that a free car wash! They saved me money on the subframe and control arm replacement. I would recommend their service. Good Job.

I always have had good, smooth experiences here. Bill left but John seems to have stepped right with no problem. 193k miles on my truck and they have done all he work on it except for body work. I needed service on my transmission. Saw their shop on my way home and dropped in to see if they could help. John was very helpful and got me in quickly to investigate . I felt he was honest in his assessment of my car and Im very happy with the results. I recommend them highly!

Absolutely love this place. I drive 25 miles and pass tons of other shops to go to these guys. Over the years they’ve done all my regular maintenance and repairs. They can handle my oil changes and brakes and have rebuilt my transmission and done other major repairs. They’re professional and I trust them. They’re the BEST and I never worry about recommending them to my friends.

I’m super happy I live so close to this place and took my car here. Fredie is the manager and he took great care of me and my car. He doesn’t do anything more than he has to for more money he makes sites you only get what you need done so with that being said he’s very trustworthy. He’s even given me a great deal both times I brought my car here. He’s very kind and I wouldn’t go anywhere else I highly recommend this place. Oh yea and they give you a ride if you need one while they work on your car.

As I was searching for a reliable brake repair shop Master Automotive Centers popped up in my search. The reviews were great! I called and I was told to come in to get and estimate then they would schedule me for repair. The problem for me was I had very little time before or after work to get there. I made it on a Friday about 20 minutes before closing so they did not take my wheels off were they could really see, but gave me an estimate base on what they could see. They let me know as a courtesy someone could drop me off and pick me up from work while repairs were being completed. I dropped my car off Monday morning and they were true to their word. One of the technicians dropped me off. I received a phone call while at work and was informed my rotors need to be replace as well, so the price went up more then expected. But, they explain the everything and the need to replace them. They also check and replaced my air filter, which I knew it had to be about that time for the air filter. I was picked up at the end of my work day as promised. They were were very courtesy the whole time. Reviews can be true.

Over the years, mechanics have taken me for thousands of dollars and the fix was never done right. Here, at Master Automotive, they have been fantastic! The are very thorough in their diagnostics and they take the time to explain exactly whats going on with your vehicle. You have to realize that, no matter where you go, not every repair is going to be cheap. So if youre going to pay your hard-earned money, pay it to folks that fix things correctly the FIRST time. Master Automotive is the only place I have found in Vegas that actually does good, honest work for honest prices.

Vic and the boys are so helpful with my 1977 Coachman Leprechaun. I do much of the work myself, and they are there for backup on things I either cant do, or I mess up. :-0They are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The best thing is, they care. I had two new mufflers installed before leaving on a road trip. One of the mufflers had a manufacturers defect and blew out while on the road. The muffler was under warranty, but I was way far away. Masters found me a replacement muffler and worked their magic so it was covered under warranty, even though I wasnt at Masters. That alone earned them five stars, and there are many more above and beyond the call of duty things theyve done in the year Ive been going to them.I will take my vehicles to Masters as long as I am living in Las Vegas.

My 2002 Nissan quest runs better than when I first bought it 4 years ago, after being repaired at Master Automotive. I liked the fact that John quoted a final, price prior to my repairs, this shows that he has confidence in the abilities of his mechanics to get the job done right and that all problems were diagnosed and there will be no unnecessary added costs later. I would give them 10 stars if I could Freddy is the man the go to guy!!!! They found out my daughters car did not need a clutch job, just plastic bags wrapped around the exhaust causing burning smell very honest and a great Manager !!!!!!!!!! And Im a manger for another shop in Ca. with 51 stores and 25 years under my belt and I told Midas to look at belt and look for plastic bags around the exhaust etc....The lazy tech. at Midas said my daughters car needed a 2100.00 clutch job so Master auto found a bunch of plastic bags wrapped around the exhaust causing burning smell the car did not need a clutch Job !!!!! What the Heck !!!!! The manager seamed like a good man on the phone but who really knows but the tech. needs to be fired !!! lucky I did not file a fraud complaint with the Bar on Midas. They are very very lucky someone is not going to jail. Period.

Awesome service! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, and the smog was only $20. My husband usually handles my car maintenance so I didnt know what to expect but the employees were very friendly and attentive. The technician even verified that my smog was in the dmv system before I left so I could pay my registration online. I will definitely return to this shop in the future!

Just moved here from Northern California. Went to the shop to get a smogcheck and certificate. Got immediate service, then a few days later My clutch went out. The only place I new so I had my vehicle towed there.The work was done and I was pleased as this was right before Christmas.Very friendly people. I will go back if needed.

I had failed my emmision test at dmv. DMV themselves trecommended Masters Automotive (Transmition Masters) The service was incredibly efficient, Steve was curteous, trustworthy and went above and beyond his duty to help save me money. I was not pressured into additional repairs. I had also had my oil change and a head light fixed, I did experience a bit of a problem with the headlight but they where all too quick to make it right the same day i called and I was very satisfied. I have since recommended many of my friends and family to Automotive masters.I wil be taking my vehicle to them in the futureThanks guys
