Have been coming to DOC Auto repair for many years now, not only me but most family member too. Always had a great experience with them. Prices are reasonable and great on labor. They always explained what needs to be done and give me options on buying part myself or they can get them for me. Overall my experience has been very good.

Having had a rather horrible time at a previous repair shop, found this place super close to my house. Took my Jaguar here to diagnose the AC which was blowing extremely hot. I wont bore you with all the details but they did the diagnostic for free. Charged the AC and put dye in the system to check for leaks cleared the error codes in my system (checked my tires as a special request) for $140.04. All took about 45 minutes. ON THE SAME DAY I CALLED. The AC is pretty good now, not perfect, but that was also covered by Damian, who said they wanted to let me drive it like this without a full charge to not put pressure on the compressor, and that in a week we will check again and then fully charge it if there arent any issues. Refreshing to have someone do a job for a reasonable price in an extraordinarily quick manner and explain it to you. I hate to compare this to any other auto shop that I may have reviewed in the recent past but feel free to do so.

Had a time sensitive repair that needed to be performed on my vehicle and couldnt wait, so I researched various auto repair shops around Vegas. Docs auto repair was one of the closest to me and based on what I saw from my research, I decided to give them a call. What I experienced was very good customer service, Dominick worked me into their already tight schedule, and I was able to get a very important brake job done on my vehicle. These guys are honest and genuine, and they took me out to the bay and explained in detail that I also needed to replace the brake booster for my older vehicle to completely restore its braking performance to make it safe to drive. They also did a visual inspection for me since I had recently purchased it. The quotes were competitive and I like the fact that its a family run business, not a corporate repair chain like Firestone or Pepboys. Give Docs Auto Repair a try, this is one of the most trustworthy and honest shops Ive encountered in Vegas so far! 👍

Owner told me I needed a new engine. Did the swap. The new engine was garbage. Had warranty but charged me $1500 ON TOP of what I already paid for the first engine to warranty it and get another engine. My mistake was going here first and not getting quotes elsewhere. Definitely dont come here for new engines. Do some shopping around

Brought in my Denali for repairs, it needed new Breaks, a new mirror and spark plugs. Over $2100 in charges for it to have issues after day one!!!! Now it’s needed information an oil change they tell me and it’s been only a week and less then 100 miles driven. Alternator may be now bad!Why was I told it is like brand new and won’t have issues for years to walk away with issues a week later!I’m only changing this review if they make it right! I am @hanginwithhaley in social media and have over 30 million viewers per month as reviews are what I do for a living, so leaving bad reviews is not in my nature! Customer service and doing what you promise is what is most important!!! They don’t even check their messages and literally admitted that to me! Horrific way to do business! I will probably be filing a lawsuit, I will keep you posted!Update: called me back to “try to make things right” but instead was talking over me telling me what he said he was going to do to my car, apparently never once hearing me tell him what I wanted him to do to my car!!! Do better man!!!!

I was so impressed with the service I received from this shop. From the customer service representative to the technician to the owner himself, it was beyond the best experience I have had. As a female, a lot of shops out here try to take advantage and are very disrespectful when they realize you have quite a bit of mechanical knowledge. I never once felt that way here. Aside from that, they are so honest and fair. I went in for a tune up. Other places quoted it at $225+. Damian (the owner) was straightforward with me about it and never tried to haggle me. He showed me exactly what was wrong with my Jeep, explained everything to me (why, how, what could/will happen), and made recommendations. There were no hidden fees or extra costs either. I would recommend this shop to absolutely anyone. It was such a pleasant experience. You will not be disappointed.

Peace, I wanted to make sure I took the time out to shoutout Damian for his extraordinary customer service and offering a premium 1st time experience. Last Wednesday I had almost given up all hope that I would be able to get my car smogged before my registration appointment at the DMV the following day. I woke up early that morning to get my vehicle smogged, by 3pm I had already been to four different smog locations. The issue wasnt that my car couldnt pass the smog, it was that none of the smog machines were communicating with my car. Two mechanics at the smog locations told me they have no idea of what it could be & that its probably going to be a really expensive fix. After leaving the final smog joint, I started to head back home, a little depleted since nobody was able to figure out what the issue was. Before I turned into my neighborhood, I noticed Doc auto. I figured one more shop couldnt hurt, a final Hail Mary.When I entered I sat down and patiently waited for Damian at the front desk to get off the phone, I could tell he was quite busy because back to back calls had came through. About 5 minutes later he came to me and asked how could he help. I explained to him my situation and how I had already intended to have to cancel my DMV appointment and want until December/January to be able to register my car. He said Take me to the car and lets see what we can do. We went to the car where Damian politely asked a couple questions about the car, took a look under the hood and shared his idea of what may be going on.So, we went around the building to the smog area and seen if it would connect. No luck. But, Damian reassured me that there may still be hope. He explained to me what it was that he was going to try to do and if that didnt work then it was a bigger issue ($$$) that would take more time.He pulled the vehicle into the garage, less than 10 minutes later he came back and saidlets go try it now.I can admit, after a whole day of going to different mechanics and smog joints, I wasnt too optimistic. I think Damian sensed it, he said Its going to work buddy. The smog itself may have only been a minute or two, but it felt like hours. Nerve-racking. Damian looked over at the machine and said its working. I still didnt fully believe it. Sure enough a few seconds later, I was handed the smog paper with passed across the top. Serendipity. As we walked back to the, Damian even explained & showed me what he had done to solve the issue. I was at the shop for no more than an hour and a half, but the experience was absolutely invaluable.I want to express my deepest gratitude for Damian on his hospitality, concern, and knowledge.Shoutout to Damian for conducting a master class on how provide a premier experience for an individual. Absolutely wonderful.May you continue to be well & in good momentum.

They have never tried to upsell me on extra services that I dont need. Today I got another B service done and they did a free tire rotation and helped me properyl put my car battery lid back on that a previous company didnt install correctly. Thank you so much!

Honest repair shop. Fixed my transmission leak and didnt give me any upsell or other bs about things I should have them fix. Price was cheaper than most places quotes too. Definitely recommend. Because they do good work though, they are very busy. If you dont need an urgent repair, make an appointment.

Took my car to this place as nd they had my car for a month. They said I had a bad lifter and some other junk. They also needed to make a special order from Korea which took about 2weeks into the work being done on my car. I called multiple times after the date they said it would be finished and it wasnt. So finally my car is ready FIR pick up. I start my car and one of the pullies was screeching loud! They told me it will go away whit it did after a week or so. The total charge was $2,250...took it to another shop. Nothing was fixed accept the pully.
