I have had my oil changed numerous times and some work done on my truck here! They always take good care of me when I come. Jeff the manager is always eager to help when needed and troubleshoot any problems I have had. The prices are great as well! Thank you CJ Auto Repair for being my go to since I moved from Washington! Came in for a ac check and was told that ac components were working properly and there was also Freon in the system therefore it was an electrical problem. And was offered a 100$ electrical diagnostic to check the issue , went down the street and got it vacuum and refilled and now it works perfectly fine. No need for a 100$ electrical diagnostic. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Not a trustworthy auto shop! Do not go here!!! I started hearing a noise in my car and asked them to check it out, as they are the closest shop to my house, they called me back and said it was a sub frame crack and rotors and something else to fix all of this would cost $1700 from their estimate. I was doubting their diagnostics. So I went to my regular mechanics in Henderson and they looked at everything and and basically fixed the little tab on the breaks that was bent, everything else was perfect, the sub frame and rotors no damage!!! Scammers!!!!!

I took my car in to be evaluated as it was having some trouble. I had already replaced it with a newer vehicle, so to sell it I needed to know its issues. They identified the problem charged me a fair fee for the eval and were willing to negotiate fixing it at a price point that was very in line for the issues. I have not yet opted to have the vehicle fixed, but if I do decide thats the way I want to go I will take it back to them.

I was in LV helping a sick family member and doing a lot of highway driving. I hot a pothole, breaking off the clips that held my right front wheel well liner, which was rubbing against the tire when I turned. It needed. To be reattached so I didnt blow the tire. Not knowing who to call, j made several calls to shops that wanted me to leave the car for them, which I could not do. I reached CJ who said just bring it in. Not only did they do the repair in 10 minutes, rhe fee for the repair was very reasonable.If you need a great service and a great price, I highly recommend this shop. Oh, and they were very pleasant too!

Took my car to verify the evap issue. Dropped it off on Saturday got it back Monday. Drove it home and it hasnt turned back on. Called the shop to to see why the battery was drained while it was there they accused me of draining it.AlSo tried to tell me the parts I need are 500 dollars and fixing it would cost 775. The parts are currently 250.

My motor mount broke and I couldnt find a parts store that had it in stock, I called here and they was able to fix it same day and at a great price.. this will be my go to spot for all my repairs.. oh yeah from the time they took my car in and had it out was less then 30 mins.

The people are nice and friendly. They do great work on your vehicle. And as a bonus there are places with in walking distance so that you can go grab a bite to eat while they service you automobile.

I used to loves this place but Will never go there again they are rude they never have cars in the bay when I bring 2 of my cars in for oil changes but yet say its gonna be a hour and half to two hour wait. The service there is very very poor and I will NOT recommend them to NO one!

Well it was my first time here but Ive driven past it for years. What caught my attention was their window sign about AC work. Eventually I gained enough money, and enough complaints from my friends for not having ac so I came here. They did an amazing job because my AC works awesome! Plus they finished in an hour! A.C. charge. Oil change and smog for 80! Fast and reasonable.

I went in to get my AC fixed and I had a great experience. Mark took the time to explain to me how to AC system works and showed me the part of the system that was defective. The repair was pretty extensive in my case, but it was done quicker and less expensive than I thought it would be. Now my AC is working great again.

They know old cars like my 91 van as well as new vehicles like my wifes Japanese import. I recommend them highly for your auto needs.

They took very good care of my older Camry. Carlos took it in at 12:30 pm, they diagnosed its issues (alternator, tensioner, plus new battery posts) by 1:30 pm, and I was able to pick it back up at 5:30 pm. They even threw in a new water pump at no extra charge!I did some cost comparisons and was able to confirm that the price they charged was very fair, and my car is now running like a dream.Highly recommend!

I came in for an oil change months ago and paid $10. They were fast and the location is close to work so I decided to return for my oil change once again. A guy whos name I believe is Joshua or Jonathan approaches me and tells me the oil change will be $30. Keep in mind, they have banners outside the shop saying oil changes are $10 & when you call for a quote the price is $10. I explained to him I paid $10 last time and pointed out the banner & this guy had the nerve to look me in my eye and tell me my car needs synthetic oil which is why hes charging me $30, as if Im ignorant! My car has never had synthetic oil. He then proceeded to tell me $10 was their promotion at the time & he could do it for $20. The price list inside of the shop claims a basic oil change is $16.95 plus tax which I have included a picture of; where did $30 come from? You all have lost a customer due to Joshua/Jonathan attempting to steal $20 from me.This was at the Flamingo/Boulder location.

Fixed my 05 Mustang GT S197 complete rear end rebuild, fixed it right and now i have a nice new rear end on Sally!! Car is overheating and idling hard at the Moment, Bringing it in tomorrow for a Diagnoses and repair and i am confident they will fix it up like new!Awesome prices Btw!

The guy who helped me was pretty friendly but their service was extremely slow. Waited over an hour for a oil change. One customer came in and said she was told her vehicle was ready, but she was still waiting there when I left. I would probably use them again knowing that it may take awhile, I live close so its convenient.

This complaint is for the Cjs on 3350 E Flamingo Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89121. My husband and I took out a loan for $1200 through the company. 1st we took our car their to get a part put on the car due to the incorrect part being on the car. When we took out the loan we brought the car to them. They insisted on taking us home but my husband and I wanted to stay to make sure the job was done correctly. After 20 mins of going back in forth we decided to go home with our two kids. 6 hours later they told us they were on their way to pick us up and the job is complete. Once they came to pick us up I (Amber) got in the car and noticed the car making a noise it did not make. The noise sounded like metal rubbing together. When I asked Carlos I told him the car sounds like a Toyota race car (we have a mini van)Carlos told us not to worry because Toyota are good cars. The very next day my husband and kids drove to Barstow. 2 hours out our car started to overheat. We quickly pulled over and looked under the hood. We checked the oil and the coolant. Once we looked at the coolant we noticed that is was not coolant but water!!! In 115 degree heat going up the hills to California the auto shop we took out a loan of $1200 with put water in our coolant due to them draining our car to put the correct pipe on our car. We were stuck in Barstow for 8 hours waiting for our car to cool down. When we took the car back and told them someone put water in our car Carlos told us that it was their own coolant and it looks like water. Now I know I am a female and know very little about cars but I do know what coolant looks and smells like. So in return Carlos told us that he will put a new thermostat in the car. Again me not knowing what that meant Carlos told us that it will fix the problem and our car should not over heat anymore. Little did I know the thermostat is to only let you know if your car is over heating (obviously we didnt need a new one of those)the car told us perfectly that the car was over heating. After they put the new thermostat in the car another mechanic took the car for a test drive. After 20 minutes of waiting the mechanic came back with our car with grocery bags. We immediately left this location. After just three days our car completely shut down in mid traffic. IN MID TRAFFIC!!! The owners son has been so disrespectful in all of this. He told us the put in a new thermostat for free so we should be happy. How can we be happy with our car completely not working? and with a $1200 loan to pay off for a job that was NOT DONE!!! We have called to speak to the owners multiple times (which it says on the receipt that if you wish to speak to the owners please request the information from the manager). Well the manager Carlos just so happens to be the Owners son and he will not give us any information. So I called another location right down the street and asked Jeff to please give our information to the Owners and still no call back. This place is a FRAUD !! Run as fast as you can!!

Quick turnaround and honest people.

The most dishonest business I have ever dealt with. They lie and overcharge not just a little bit but by hundreds. Charged me 700 when as I’m learning everywhere else was in the 300 hundred range. When I went to ask they shrugged me off. I will do everything I can to spread this news. Horrible business!!

I have had a few issues with my 2006 impala took it to tears guys and they quote me a fare price and being a woman I want to tell other ladies these guys are fare kind and great work done. **SCAMMER ALERT** I went there twice for the cheap oil change. Supplied my own oil and filter. 1st time I just felt like they didn’t really do the work but wrote it off as my imagination. 2nd time I brought Royal Purple and again felt like they didn’t do the work so I went out and pulled the dipstick. Oil looked old and definitely wasn’t purple. I’ll just never go back.

This people are crooks! Cheap always means expensive. Ive had my car for three years now from almost brand new. I always get my own oil and its the same oil all the time and I know the color of the oil and how much oil the car takes. Also, how the car drives for this particular oil. And I change the oil every month or so... Came in for a simple oil change, brought my own oil. Warning!! If u bring ur own oil make sure to tell who ever it is thats working on ur car to call u over to actually watch them put the oil u brought in, in ur car. With that said they put in some other stuff in my car. How stupid could they be not to think youll notice that first thing. if u care enough about ur vehicle that u bring in ur own oil you will notice immediately is not the oil u brought in. From the color of the other stuff they put in, consistency, density, even smell!! And more importantly, the way ur car drives if the wrong or lesser cuality oil is put in. YOUR vehicle will drive differently!! To think theyre willing to go this low. Ive never done a review but Im so upset about this I just had to warn others. Deal with these people at ur own risk and if u have to deal with them out of convenience keep a close eye on everything they do. Will never come back there again total low lives bottom feeders!!

I had a fuel pump replaced here that went out 2 days later. They initially agreed to pay for the tow costs because of the warranty. When I picked up the car they refused. They said it was because they did something extra that I didnt agree to. The engine runs worse than it did before. I will not be going back here. Check out ajs auto in henderson. Much better service just a bit of a wait during busy days. Which is why I went here. I wont make that mistake again. BAD BUISINESS
