I cant say enough GREAT things about Sudden Impact.I sent my 1978 Bradley GT for a full off frame resto. I was hesitant as this vehicle was handed down to me after my father past away.But i have to say i have no regrets and i know my dad is looking down very happy with the end result. ( bet he is wishing he had this done as this is now a head turner)The job that Joses team did was amazing and surpassed my expectations which i didnt think would be possible.They did a complete resto to include engine work, suspension, brake work, interior , wheels and stereo.The teams communication and attention to detail were amazing. A special thanks to Patrick as he was always on it and patient every time i called ( which was a lot)In the future all of my auto needs will go through this shop.

I would recommend this company to anyone that is in need of repair. My car came back as quickly as possible. (there was a delay on some parts but that was due to Covid back-ups.) It appears they cleaned my car both inside and out. One of the biggest things that has me feeling so good about Sudden Impact is that Id accidentally left something valuable in the car, and it wasnt touched. Its very hard to find this level of honesty anymore. I trust this company completely!

I had a minor mishap in which I ended up with a slight dent in my hood and a chip of paint taken out. It also damaged the trim around the wheel well. I contacted Sudden Impact for an estimate. They Chantal surveyed the damage and gave me an estimate. When the part came in I made an appointment, took it in and 3 days later, my Honda looks like new. I brought my vehicle in due to a car accident. From the moment I called to inquire about their services until the moment I picked up my vehicle the customer service was amazing from literally EVERYONE at this place. They went out of my way to accommodate and work with my schedule being that I work during their business hours. I would receive constant updates at minimum once a week to know where my car stands and the process. I loved speaking to everyone, they made the process extremely smooth and easy for me. I had to be out for my wedding and they make you feel like someone theyve known for so long and remember such small meaningful details. The car looks amazing, super clean and you cant even tell it was even in a car accident. Their work is amazing and the quality is even better.

My fiance went to go get his car fixed after an accident. I only went with him to pick it up. But Sandra was the person who handed us our keys, and answered all of our questions. She helped us with any left paperwork we had to do. I loved her personality and the experience with the shop. Loved that inside at the back were references to scriptures. Was told by my fiance that the owners/operators may have been Italian and although I didnt ask nor know for sure if it catholic owned and operated - I felt warmth, comfortable and good spirit walking in and waiting.

I recently had got in a car accident and was in need of a repair shop. I had seen Sudden Impact’s commercials before and decided to give them a try and thankfully impressed that I had did! Bought my car to them to be painted and met two lovely ladies! Their friendliness and professionalism soothed my spirit and they even offered a rental car so that I could safely return home. Sandra assisted me with the entire process, continuously calling, informing me of any changes done to the car! They fixed my car in a matter of a week and once it was returned to me, I had noticed not only did they repair the scratch, they also matched the paint and found the exact color! My car looks brand new and in addition, Sudden Impact thoroughly cleaned the car inside without me asking! Their customer service is unmatched; I was originally really anxious taking my car to any repair shop due to dealing with deceitful and greedy mechanics in the past, but all my fears are gone now that I have an auto repair shop that I can rely upon and trust!
