Wendell did a good job repairing my car back to its original condition. He communicates to me about the progress and is very friendly accommodating to my needs. I definitely will contact them for any future repairs.

Having purchased many vehicles over the years,my recent visit to H & M resulting in the purchase of a 2011 Lexus LS460 was a truly unique experience.The people here are like a big happy family.Natalie was my first contact and enthusiastically displayed the car - with her infectious personality.Homo,the owner and I were able to put a deal together and Bingo,I was the owner of a very nice car.After the purchase,I decided to have the car repainted and met with Jaime,Body & Paint Mgr. who showed me examples of the quality of the work they do.Everything went very smoothly-Jaime sent me photo updates on the progress and delivered a quality product.Met with Seth,Service Mgr,who assured me that he looked forward to caring for my future service requirements.My neighbors have complimented me on my “new” car and are amazed it’s 8 yrs old.Oops-I almost forgot to mention Moses, the gentleman who picked me up on two occasions and made me feel good about the quality of people I was doing business with.A UNIQUE ORGANIZATION!

What can I say but just an all around great place to buy a used car. I was hit by another car and needed a new car fast. They were willing to work to fix anything that they did not catch in the first place. Super nice and friendly. Would buy from them again. Update:. I would not buy from these guys. Promised to fix anything they did not catch before sold. Car never warms up period. Wanted to charge me for a temperature thermostat replacement. Said they have no notes from last winter. Told me new owner, same owner walked in, told me different salesman, same salesman walked in. They told me I waited seven months to fix this problem I did not wait 7 months. This is the same problem I had at the end of the last winter when I bought the car under a year ago. They will not back up their used cars and will promise you the world just to sell you a car. As you can see with the response below. They said one thing when I bought the car and another now. I was told they would fix anything right away. I had this heat problem going on since I bought the car. I brought it in twice last winter. I started two jobs and could not make it down there. I was told one the part replaced has nothing to do with the temp. And two no notes were placed about the temp. So basically nothing was completed that actually solved the problem. Then next winter I bring it back now that I have time and I am told I need a warranty. Look at their nasty response and see for yourself the lady upfront said things changed since last year. I saw all the same people. But definitely not the great quality I had when I bought the car. Something changed and not for the better.

Went in for last minute check christmas eve on some rattling going on. They were completely honest about what was going on and gave me a 30$ adjustment service (half off). Great customer service. Will definitely return for any issues I have in the future.

I was sold a car from this place in late 2018. There has been nothing but issues with this car, especially issues which were not disclosed to me. 1) The car had NO THERMOSTAT in it. Why would you sell a car with no thermostat? This led to the A/C constantly shutting off after a short period of use and led many mechanics to believe the whole A/C system needed replacing, quoting me repair costs upwards to a thousand dollars. Luckily, after seeing multiple mechanics about the faulty A/C system I was told it was because there was no thermostat in the car (it had been removed). As one was fitted for the fraction of cost of replacing the whole A/C system, the A/C started working again. There is no way the mechanics at this dealership did not know about the fact that there was no thermostat in this car 2) There was a leak from the coolant tank which was not disclosed to me 3) I was not provided with a title of the vehicle. 4) It was sold as clean title when in fact over time there has been ample evidence that it was in fact in a crash. 5) The entire left front door had been replaced with a cheaper knock-off front door, which became only apparent and visible after a skilled mechanic had a look at it and told me about it. 6) the ball joints were completely worn, needing fixing for upwards of a thousand dollars. 7) The tires were completely bald, even unsafe for use. Arguably I should have noticed that but I know nothing about cars and they took advantage of it. 8) the windshield blades were completely worn. 9) the battery, despite being told it was recently replaced, needed replacement as it did not hold any charge, which led to the car breaking down a few days after purchase. All in all these guys saw I had no idea about cars and completely ripped me off. BEWARE

H & M Auto Body technicians provided a SUPERB paint job and headlight restoration for my 1997 Honda Civic. I found Jaime, the Auto Body Shop Manager, easy to work with and thoroughly professional as I discussed my price range and the desired look for this older vehicle. We agreed to a very reasonable price for what I wanted and the finished product was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. My still reliable old Honda looks like a new vehicle on the outside. I am very happy that I went with H & M Auto Body and would highly recommend this shop for auto painting and headlight restoration.

Took my Volvo to H & M Automotive, as I have done many times before. Mike is great and gives excellent service, and Seth is the best. I have taken my car there on more than one occasion, when they looked at it and wouldnt charge me a dime. Seth spent an hour on it today, and guess what? No Charge!Good, honest mechanics are hard to find, but there is one shop in Las Vegas that will save you tons of money compared to dealers and other mechanics, and have the knowledge and ability to diagnose and fix your car or truck perfectly! H&M gave me a fantastic price for a front end alignment. I had them check for a front end noise and they told me my sway bar links were worn... easy. The last place I took it to wanted to replace $3000 worth of front end stuff. H&M are honest folks!

They let us know that my transmission needs to be replaced, but we couldnt stay in Vegas longer. I brought my van to H & M after having some issues. My van is over 20 uears old and the part is not made anymore or stocked anywhere. H & M went above and beyond to find the part, get it in as quickly as possible and get the work done. Thomas and Mike and everyone else on staff help make the mechanic experience which can be terrifying into a comfortable experience. They work hard to get the job done as quickly as possible and they do the work correct. I would highly recommend this shop. Thanks for everything H&M!!!!

Fast courteous service

I was referred to H&M by Discount Tires for an alignment. When I called the 1st time, I had to prematurely hang up before the 2nd ring because a call came in on my other line. A few minutes later, I got a call back from Mike, he was following up on my call attempt, even though I had not even left a message. I was pleasantly surprised. It was also great that they took appointments. When I arrived for my appointment, they started on my van on time. Mike said it would take around an hour, so I prepared myself for 2 or 3 hrs. Again, surprised to get a call from Mike less than an hour later, my van was ready. Even though I am not a car expert, I have a technical background in engineering, computers, and customer service. So, I could easily tell from Mikes follow up questions that he was listening to the problems I was describing. I just had to write this review because I dont remember any car repair experience (regardless of how minor or major the issue) that has gone this 100% perfect from start to finish. Absolutely happy with the work. Will definitely use this facility in the future.

Would ABSOLUTELY recommend this place. We were driving through Vegas when our air conditioning cut out. After stopping at a different location where the worker wanted to nickel and dime us, we decided to drive instead to H&M. Mike was incredibly kind and honest with us. He didnt charge a cent to look and diagnose the problem, and went the extra mile to try and find the parts we needed, which werent in stock. All I can say is wow. These people really know their stuff and are honest in what they do. I brought my 2009 BMW X6 in as it was showing an engine malfunction error message even BMWs own technicians couldnt fix. BMW told me it is related to the turbo charger and quoted more than $11,000 for it. H&M disagreed with the diagnostic made by BMW and was able to fix the issue for $450 plus $100 in diagnostic fee. Shame on you BMW! H&M even told me the X6 has 12 or 16 (I forgot the number) computers on board. It would take about 80 to 90 miles of driving for all of them to reset. Sure enough the malfunction message disappeared after 85 miles of driving. Dont let the exterior of the shop scare you. This shop has gained a long term customer, and I will never ever go back to BMW for service.

I had my 2017 Chevy Silverado worked on at the shop, Let me start off by saying Nikki at the front counter has some of the best customer service that I’ve seen and one heck of a smile . Nikki as well was very knowledgeable in what I needed for my truck an didnt hesitate on showing my different options on parts. Nikki gave me a estimate on the finish time which the team in the back had my truck ready to go earlier. I would suggest the shop to anybody who need their vehicle worked on. This shop took care of me and I’ll be back for any service in the near future.

I just purchased a used Kia Soul from this fantastic establishment. Natalie was wonderful and so kind and helpful. I purchased this vehicle over the internet. With so many shady characters out in the world, these people were absolutely top notch. Not only did they provide me with world class service, they went above and beyond. Flew into Vegas and had Moses, a very nice and kind gentleman, pick me up from the airport. Landed at 10:00am and was finished signing papers in less than an hour.From the moment that I walked in the door, I knew I had made the right choice in vehicles and companys. The vehicle was exactly as advertised EXCEPT the employees had painstakingly detailed the inside and outside of this car. I purchased a 7 year old car and it looked brand new. They even replaced two tires( 18s) which arent inexpensive, and gave the vehicle an inspection plus changed the oil. I was blown away.Met the owner who took the car to the gas station and filled up the tank PLUS he found the spare key and fob. Thats another $250 expense that I didnt have to make!If you ever need a vehicle and come across this company, I strongly advise giving them your business. I looked all over the US for the vehicle with the lowest miles, most options, for the best price, and found H&M. The transaction was pleasant and very enjoyable. Many dealers purchase vehicles from auction but, in my experience, Ive never done business with a company and received such fabulous customer service at a extremely fair price.Made it home safely in the car and my son absolutely loves it!Thanks again for a great experience!

My parents were on a road trip to Vegas for a short vacation, and their vehicles transmission broke down interstate between CA and NV around 8pm. My parents do not speak English; this had turned their relaxing vacation to a nightmare. H&M Auto Repair took care of their problems. Hamo was extremely helpful the entire time. He was very professional taking care of business and his customers. Thanks to him, my parents still had time to enjoy their vacation, and returned back home with the vehicle they left with.

Auto zone told me I needed an alternator for a 2015 Sonta 361 dollars. I was suggested to come here and they tested it and all I need is an battery. Glad I came Mike and his crew are AWESOME.

Manager/Owner provided horrible service...this store is over priced for service and untrustworthy. Owner Tried to charge me $20.00 for a part when i saw it cost $14.00 clearly on his computer. These days $20.00 is a lot and to charge half hour labor for a 1 minute screw is horrible. Thank the lord for a repair guy across the way that helped me.

I cant remember the last time ive had a better service experience anywhere than the one i had today at H & M AUTO Repair LLC. I dont have AAA but their tow truck driver came within 5 minutes, even calling me before being on his way. He only took cash, which i didnt have, but stopped off at an atm so i could get some. When we arrived at the shop Patty greeted me in the office while a mechanic immediately began to diagnose the problem. I was given a very reasonable quote and the part arrive 5 minutes later. Hamo told me itd take about 2 hours, which was a complete surprise to me. I took a walk to the bank when i came back an hour later my car was done!Anyway, the ratings here speak for themselves and are to be trusted. If youre looking for an honest, no nonsense, inexpensive and friendly repair shop anywhere near 89103 then look no further, these folks are genuine. And no i wasnt paid to say this. :-)
