I am very satisfied with the Universal Motocars,they fixed my car after a huge accident.I have no idea how is it possible but now my car looks better then it was new.These guys are very hardworking and Victor made all the arrangements with the insurance so I dont have to worry about.He also was very helpful by responding to all my annoying question.THANK YOU guys for doing your best for me as a customer and my car.

I’ve been to their shop now for two different vehicles, both times they have been on time, informative, and just down right nice. Their quality of work looked straight from the dealership honestly probably better after a major accident. Paint was matched perfectly all the door and hood spacing aligned perfectly. I couldn’t find one thing to even mildly complain about as I’m very particular. This was on a 2019 f150 lariat.

Victor and his team are amazing. Customer service is great. Their caliber of work is top quality as I have had major repairs to my BMW in addition to the general maintenance. Since being recommended to Universal Motors by a trusted friend, I have been a consistent customer and am grateful for their great work and overall costs.

My lawyer recommended them and I dont think I can ever look back. I was impressed by their professionalism and how hard they worked to get me back on the road ASAP. They even handled all the communications with the insurance company. If you need body work or anything done, these are the folks to go to.

A friend told me about this place. Took in my car told them need everything looked at brakes transmission and so forth. Very clean office and waiting area, took my car to check it out.Came back in about a half hour said I need front brakes and a belt. I was like No way! He said yes that it. Seriously I was expecting more than that.Gave me a quote and said 5 to 6 hours to get it done.So very happy with this place and the service.

I take both my Subaru Forester and Nissan Rogue to this mechanic. They are fast and fair. Very honest with great customer service. As a woman, its nice to not be talked down to like so many other mechanics do. They are very adamant to make sure you understand everything going on with your car. I will always recommend them to anyone.

The service was excellent. They had the parts I needed (shocks and struts) and they had my car ready same day. They gave me estimates for some other issues they found, but they weren’t pushy about it, and the prices and service fees are better then the dealerships. This place was a great find!

Victor and his team are honest, reliable, and so caring - yes, caring. They will not do unnecessary work and they will do necessary work at reasonable and fair rates. My mom had a car accident last year and they fixed it like it was new off the lot. Then, this year, they saved us $$$ from the dealership trying to push unnecessary and overpriced repairs. We took it to Universal and found they are Toyota certified. This is our new place!

Pickup air conditioner stopped working in Las Vegas, end of june. I called, they were very friendly, and able to get me right in. The repair ended up being pretty major, but they finished by the end of the day, on a Friday. Very positive experience.

We were lucky enough to find Victor several years ago and have been so happy we did.Over the years he has maintained our cars until we have sold them. During those years he has been very realistic about when a repair needed to be done and was attentive about giving us a heads up when other needs were in the cars future. I have never felt that he was trying to up-sale us on things that needed to be done. He kept our Toyota LandCruiser going until we sold it with 307K miles on it and still not a thing wrong with it.I would highly recommend using Universal Motors for any car need. I love that they now do body work as well.

Can’t say enough about this place. I was so fortunate to cross paths with clients that referred me here. They fixed and showed me how shotty the work was that a larger collision center did and put my car back together right! Friendly, personable and thorough!

Pros: they restored the damage to my 2018 Jeep Wrangler to what it looked like when it was new after someone damaged it pretty bad in my rental car business. The Universal Motorcar owner worked with me on filing a supplemental claim for my insurance company, he took pictures, and had good follow up skills over the phone and via email. As a result I got a fair price for the repairs and my insurance company reimbursed me for the full amount in a quick timeframe.Cons: their front parking lot is a little tight for parking, but that’s the only thing I can think of.Conclusion: I found out about this car body, paint, and tint repair shop while I was working out at the LVAC and I’m glad I did. I came from Las Vegas Collision previously and would rather use Universal Motorcars since they are easier to work with.

It takes a lot for me to go to the effort to post a detailed review, but Universal Motorcars Service has so consistently exceeded my expectations that I would feel guilty not doing so. I have taken all my family vehicles there over the past few years for issues from minor to more involved and they have quickly fixed and fairly charged (usually well below what I expect). Absolutely no shady upselling or pressuring like Ive experienced at car places in years past. On some occasions, like my husband’s hood not closing right or a bulb issue, theyve simply fixed it right there as a courtesy. They have excellent communication and have given me courtesy rides back home when needed. A completely honest and fairly priced car place is something I wasnt sure existed, but they have delivered the best guest service I have ever experienced for anything, whether auto related or not. I trust them 100% and will always take my vehicles there.

Yesterday I went my car at Universal motorcars at change engine oil and transmission rebuild. One that why I write this review because these guys are so humble and respected. environment is so calm. I visited many car repair shops in Las Vegas but this one is amazing. Best they give me 20% OFF on actual bill. so you should go for cheap oil change or other auto repair services in Nevada.

Universal Motorcars is my mechanic of choice and has been for about 3 years or as long as Victor has been there. We followed him from another mechanic shop and havent looked back since. Ask for him everytime you bring your car in. The best things about him are that he is always nice and will explain any reasons behind the repairs to your car if you ask. He will also let you know if the repairs need to be done at that moment, at another date if you dont have the funds right now, or how long the car can go until it becomes necessary to complete them. They are always truthful as well. I have never had an instance where they have lied to me or led me in the wrong direction to make money. I trust them completely.

Weve had our cars repaired for years with Victor even before Universal. Hes honest, quick, thorough and a great person with great staff unlike several other car repair places that weve gone to in the valley. We definately trust them to take care of our vehicles, they do much more than just body work. They do need a bigger parking lot though.

I had suspension issues and got some quotes at different places, when this guys made me a quote, it was almost half the price from what I was getting.They lift my car, showed me the problem and also did a check on all the components underneath.They’ll also include their recommendation for future maintenance and won’t press u in any way to repair it.I would definitely recommend this place!!

I took in my 2009 Honda Civic for a checkup today. As usual, Victor and crew were thorough and professional. The years of experience with a variety of cars and issues make this shop top notch. Their prices are fair, their work flawless, and they stand behind their warranties. I have trusted my car to Victor ever since I moved to Vegas. In my humble opinion, this is the last of the great honest mechanics in town.

Best auto repair shop in Las Vegas!!! I have a BMW and went to the dealer for repair, BMW on Sahara quoted me over $4000. My co-worker recommended Universal Auto, im glad i took my car there, the crew is very nice and knowledgeable, very comfortable office, they gave me a ride home and offered refreshments. 2 hours later I received a call from them with an estimate for $395. I could not believe that was 10 times cheaper. By end of the day my car was done, they gave me another ride from my house to pick up my car. My car runs like new again. The problem is fixed. they showed me the old parts and explained the failure. VERY HONEST PEOPLE!!! Recommend Universal Motorcars to everyone!!! I will be their customer for life. They also do body work and painting, I will take my wifes car next week to repair the bumper.

Had a car hit the driver side fender and part of the front and it caused some damage. I was getting the run around from the insurance company and the gentleman who helped me, Will, was so awesome.He called the insurance company himself gave them a good talking to and I got the money I needed for him to fix my car. It looks absolutely amazing, they gave it a nice washing too.Very pleased with this place and would recommend it as well.
