Poor communication through out entire 5 week process, did not use all BMW replacement parts as requested numerous times, overall a poor repair job with no ability to share feedback with the staff. . Would not recommend for accident repairs.

The best auto collision repair in Las Vegas hands down. They put my mind at ease when all I could do was freak out and stress when someone hit me on the freeway. These guys are awesome! I had an accident a year ago and they took excellent care of me. I recently had an issue that Ford said they wouldn’t cover without me paying $180. I called my insurance and they couldn’t get ahold of my rep. I was leaving the Ford dealership when I got a call from Eva saying that my insurance contacted them and GoodFellas had a loaner car waiting for me and that they would take care of my car. This was close to closing time but yet they went out of their way to take care of me. They fixed my issue and were in contact with me the whole step of the way. I couldn’t be more pleased with how helpful they were. In a world where customer service seems to be dead, these guys still go that extra mile and give an amazing customer experience!

While visiting my friend in Las Vegas couple of weeks ago for a short vacation, I got into a minor accident right on the first day of the visit. My friend had a great experience with GoodFellas Collision Center in the past, so without a hesitation we took the car to them. While I was enjoying my vacation in Las Vegas my car was perfectly fixed. Everything was done on time, and the car was ready to leave back home. And whatever my friend stated before, I experienced by myself!! These guys provide an excellent customer service. They are very professional and show an individual approach to every customer. Garbage customer service and people skills here.Everything was fine until I got my car back. They didnt fix a sensor for one of the airbags and it freaked me out driving like that -- for all I knew, the airbag could have popped out at any second.I was really tired after a long week of work (it was Friday) so I said screw it, Ill bring it in tomorrow because theyre open 9-12. Fast forward to Saturday morning, I call and the lady I talked to was super unhelpful. She said the mechanics only work on Saturdays for stuff they needed to still get done (like excuse me, didnt my car fall into that category?) and regardless of the fact that I work 9-5 like everyone else, couldnt work something out with one of the mechanics to stay longer or something to fix my car.She didnt even bother saying, let me see what I can do. Instead, I was extremely inconvenienced by something that could have been easily and quickly resolved. I was so disgusted by how that conversation turned out that I didnt want to do business with these people anymore. I went to a Pepboys and got it fixed no problem. Thankfully, I wasnt charged.Their mechanics didnt hesitate to see what was wrong AND they were open before my 9-5 job. I wish they did body repair too but they dont. Unless you want your car to be handed back in hazardous conditions, then dont give these people a single penny.

This guys are the best. Extremely satisfied with the work they did the paint and the body works looks excellent cant tell any deference from original. On top of that they have an excellent customer service. Shop is very clean and well maintained. I had a great experience with good fellas collision center.

Many of the reviews were not very good, but we de ided to try it anyway. We did notice a slight unpleasant smell when we first walked in, but despite being seated near the entrance we didnt smell it anymore.We were seated in a short time, water was brought, as well as a menu. We chose spaghetti with meatballs and spaghetti with spicy sausage. Portions were large, food was good. Pasta cooked just right. Service was good, moscato house wine was a tiny bit bitter. Lemon cheesecake exceptionally good, as was the tiramisu. Was a nice meal, and we will certainly go back if we find ourselves in Mesquite again.

The staff coordinated with my insurance provider seamlessly and I was able to receive a rental for the quick 2 days that they were repairing my VW Jetta.Two days after dropping off my damaged car I was able to pick it up and it looked brand new! Great people and a very good service

Recently went in to get my car fixed after a accident. Sadly it was a hit and run and had to be out of pocket but the great thing was that everyone there did as much as they could to help me when it came to that. They estimated a week for the repairs to be finished I was a little worried it wouldnt be done by that time since it was in a terrible shape. Great news is it was done in that exact time and I received my car in great shape. Looked even better then expected. I was kept in the loop the whole time my vehicle was there never had to call to check status on it. So much appreciated!!! GREAT SHOP would recommend to anyone.

I recently went to Goodfellas to get some work done on my 2005 Hyundai Accent, and they did incredible work! I hit a pole a few years ago and decided it was time to get it fixed and have my windows tinted. Not only did Goodfellas replace the fender and repair the bumper, they fixed some dents and scratches on the side of my car, flushed and changed the transmission fluid, and they replaced the headlights and 2 axles as well. They went above and beyond my expectations: when I came to pick it up, it was as if I was getting a brand new car! My entire car was buffed and detailed and the tinted windows looked amazing!For all the hard work they did and extra time spent fixing some issues they found, they gave me a SMOKIN deal, and I am extremely satisfied with my car and experience with them! These guys are professional, personable, and give excellent customer service. I plan to return again in the future!

I was not happy with service at all I got there super early to see if I could be seen before going to work. I sit there for thirty mins without anyone saying not one word too me. walk by me like I wasn’t even there when I left still not one word ...... very disappointed and will take my business elsewhere 😒

Out of 5 other body shops I called around on a Friday 5pm... this shop was the only place willing to help me. Other shops said come back tomorrow because they were about to close or the mechanics had left for the day. My car needed the bottom engine shield taken off urgently because I was driving back to LA the following morning 6am. It was scraping and half way off making a horrible noise. I was in Vegas with my 71 yr old mom and my 9 year old son so neither of us were capable of taking it off properly. I went to Goodfellas 10 minutes before they closed and they assisted me promptly with no hesitation. They were seriously God sent that day. I was soo relieved I could drive back home safely. Thank you for awesome customer service!

I am so disappointed in this shop!1- two week’s after my small accident, I called to see if I the repairs were almost done. Mind you, it was a very small repair! They assured me on the phone that they didn’t have my car!!! Really? After two weeks?!?! No one knows where my car was?!?! You have lost my car? The manager called me again and apologized putting all the blame on State Farm and miraculously finding my car in a storage! It should have been my first clue! Ok I gave them the benefit of the doubt and because Sheldon apologized, why being hard on people?!?! We are all humans and can all make mistakes!2- I wish they actually would be that nice to their customers. When I went to pick up my car after an entire month, the car wasn’t completely repaired. They said the insurance wouldn’t take care of it. Again... the insurance company was at fault! Of course they were... They told me they were going to reach out to them and figure it out. Because I have a neurological disorder called epilepsy, I was worried to have a seizure after all the stress they put me through. I left my car at the shop and went home.3- the same day they called back telling me I needed to pick up my car or I’ll be charged a storage fee!!! Thanks Victoria! When I called the insurance, they assured me I didn’t need to pick up the car. I still have the voicemail to prove it!! Anyway, I went ahead and picked it up. Thanks for the human kindness and patience! (Definite sarcasm!)4- Apparently the young lady named Victoria at the front, had no problem passing judgements on me and telling me to keep positive. REALLY? I Might be having a seizure and instead of helping she DARES telling me to be positive? On top of that she told me it was all going to be ok to my face and when the insurance called her, she says “no, we won’t take care of it because we don’t think it was related to the accident!?!” What type of qualifications does she have, I’m not sure, I thought she was just the front desk girl. At least she was kind enough to bring me water when I needed it.I understand this world is full of dishonest people. I understand some might want to take advantage of insurances, but let me ask you something: what about the honest ones? Why do we have to pay the hard price?Clearly I have no ground to go after them in Court. This is actually the first and only review I leave on google. There is no way, I don’t warn others about your unethical methods. There is a price to pay for your complete disregards and this is your reputations. This simple review might not arm you that much, but I am sure I’m not the only one and I want to make sure the people in Vegas know the other side of your business. Keep handling your business this way and you’ll go to the ground. I hope this was somewhat constructive for you as I believe every business owner should take complaints seriously. I might be assuming but because i cried and felt overwhelmed, i felt i was being labeled as a trouble maker or a crazy lady. Epilepsy is invasive and that day i felt almost at my worst. I am still in disbelief of the judgements that were passed on me, maybe even due to the fact that i wasn’t feeling well.I hope you’ll find some constructive critics in this review. Sabrina my insurance adjuster was very unhelpful. She seemed to make repairing my vechice with my insuranc want to look for a new insurance company. She very poor customer service skills.

Terrible company to deal with! Car came out with orange peel and dirt in the paint! They said that dirt in the paint is acceptable! Lost for words but I will never drive near them again!

Good price on same day bumper repair

Toyota Camry bumped into my 535 two weeks ago when I was visiting Vegas. The owner of the Camry knew this bodyshop so I said hell with it. Tow trucked picked up the car, signed paperwork with Anthony and I was on my way to the casinos. Picked up my car yesterday, tried to find something that was wrong and not to my satisfaction but failed. If I was a resident in Vegas, these guys would be my car stop #1.
