Not sure of “Titles” but, Scott and Ivan are great. Super friendly and very professional! Ruby at the front desk is also friendly, professionaland helpful.The shop operates very well. I was kept up to date daily with text messages about my vehicle. Responses were always quick and friendly. Overall, I am pleased with their service. I didn’t know of Caliber Collision before. They were on a list GEICO uses but now they are my shop! Repairs were completed over a week before the estimated date! And they even went the extra mile and buffed out paint that was on my passenger door from some unknown event. Thanks Guys! I will definitely use Caliber again in the future if needed!

Had an appointment to have my truck fixed from a no fault accident via Geigo.Made us wait for 45 minutes past our appointment, didnt have us listed as having an appointment at first, miraculously found us. Then told us that our vehicle was over 20 years old and that they dont work on vehicles that old. Vehicle is a 2002, even someone that has had common core math knows that its NOT over 20 years old.Now vehicle is listed as being dropped off, and we cant change locations - they should have told us their policies when we made the appointment instead of having us miss work for absolutely nothing.Receptionist was rude and uncooperative.

The staff was very nice and professional the gave ice cold water when i was waiting for my rental. Scott always kept me updated about my car. Repairs were made about 3 days before the estimated time. Thanks 😊

Don’t bring your car here unless you don’t mind waiting months for it!!!! Had a little fender bender back in April and took my car here through insurance because it was me thinking they are a big company they will work efficiently, quickly, and will have good customer service but i was WRONG. It is now August and I STILL don’t have my car back. They have been telling me week after week that my car will be finished by the end of the week and still NOTHING. I recently went in to go check to see if my car is even there and yes it’s there but it’s all apart my dashboard is out, my steering wheel is out, my windows are all down and my car is super dusty so I can only imagine the inside of my car. Mind you me and my husband went to go see it on two separate occasions and both times nobody was working on my car. Not only that but the customer service is not good either because they would text me a completion date and the day will come around and they wouldn’t have the courtesy to text or call me to inform me that my car will not be ready and this was multiple times/weeks (I have text messages to prove). Now I understand that they might be wanting to make sure everything is in good condition for my car to be ready and I appreciate that but in no way that little fender bender is worth the 4 months it’s been there. It is frustrating because I am still continuing to pay for my monthly car and insurance payments for a car I am not even using. Again they told me my car would be finished by the end of this week but I just received another text saying it will NOT be finished this week. This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!

I couldnt be happier with the people and service at Caliber Collision. There was communication at every step of the repair process, and when a problem arose (supply chain issues related to Covid-19) I got a call with estimated delay times.The work was done as promised and I cant tell the old paint from the new. Perfect color match!They washed the car, and cleaned the interior, prior to delivery. Cleaner than when I dropped it off.I highly recommend Caliber for your auto repairs!

I havent even received my vehicle back as of yet but I was reading a lot of the comments and I cannot wait to leave mine I have to agree with the majority of the comments here the service is excellent the constant updates daily letting you know what stage and process your vehicle is in I miss my car so much I just dropped in and Scott had no problem taking time out of his day to walk me to my vehicle and show me what it looks like this far and I do have to agree with some of the comments it looks better than when I originally purchased it I would recommend this company to anyone that has any damage to their vehicle had I known two weeks ago when my windshield needed to be replaced that they did that as well I would have taken my business there caliber collision please keep up the good work we need more honest professional and speedy centers like you

I am quite picky and particular about how people interact with me. I must admit that Calibers commitment to impeccable service and quality impressed me. From the outset the manager was transparent and concise about what I should expect from the repair. Im also particularly fond of the daily text messages that kept me updated on their progession. In the end, the repair made the damage disappear as if it didnt happen. Exactly what I wanted.

I was rear ended and Caliber Collision did a wonderful job fixing the back end of my car. They clearly explained what they needed to do to repair my car, gave me an accurate date it would be ready, and kept me very informed through text message what stage they were working on. I recommend them. My car looks great! And the customer service was A++

Most bad experience lived in a repair place, they make a diagnosis based on your car, they ask for permission to completely open your car and from there they do a job that later they realize is imperfect and they say that they cannot repair when as professionals they already know if it can be repaired or not, not when they are already working on it they say they cannot continue, I do not recommend it, the manager is very rude!

I want to tell you what a great employee Jim Lenehan is. My car was so crashed up I couldn’t believe it. They matched the paint and shine perfectly and replaced everything that was broken. I never would have expected an experience like this. Jim made sure all along that he kept in contact letting me know exactly what was being done and when and kept everything on time. They went above and beyond anything I expected. They answered all of my questions no matter how many I asked. Julie was also especially helpful and gave me great ideas on my Ford Mustang. I liked them a lot. I think they should get a raise! I can’t recommend this place enough! Don’t even think about taking your car anywhere but to Caliber Collision! They are the BEST!!!!! Total pros.

The staff was amazing from start to finish.I had my 3 year old with me when we dropped off my husbands truck for repair.The ladies in the office gave him snacks and chatted it up with him all while taking care of budiness.The repairs to the truck were beautiful and it looks better than ever.I hope to never need their service again but if I do they will certainly be who I use.Outstanding business.

This place must be the most honest place in Vegas! Even though the former owner sold the business to them, they honored my warranty from the former owner and fixed my paint issue. Jimmy was honest about how long it would take, polite about the whole matter and got my car looking beautiful again! I love my car and was unhappy with its appearance but now I love how it looks again. I would recommend this place to anyone after the honesty they displayed and their high quality repair!!!

This place is awesome. If you been in an car accident I recommend this place first choice. Call and ask for Ruby she will help you through your repairs start to finish.Even if it turns out to be total and they will use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer Parts) parts if you ask them to because it is your car and in Nevada it is your choice not the Insurances choice what parts are used, and there is a lifetime warranty on all work done so this place is the place to over all others.I needed help with a lot of stuff and had to go back twice for reason I can not talk about here and their staff helped me all through this even though to me it put them through a hassle in doing so both times but they were so great in helping with everything I needed, even though it took the staff away from their normal jobs for an hour the first time and almost an hour and a half the second time but they helped me through.You want a body shop that cares about their work and their Customers this is the place, you will find no other like it in Las Vegas!

My insurance company recommended I go to these people I picked up my car in April by May end of May the bumper was warping and coming off my insurance company paid these people $8,000. So you would think I would be accommodated but no they tell me to bring the car in to check it out so I have to take off from work to bring it in to get it checked out after they check it out they tell me okay yeah it needs to be put back on properly bring it back in another day no appointment just call in and bring it in another day just like I did today. The whole to say the next time I bring it in they dont tell me the same thing oh were too busy today bring it in next week I mean totally unprofessional.

Like a dream! Did a great job replacing my front end, one could never imagine it was in a little fender bender. Lovely, helpful and very honest staff. The Geico relationship is helpful for those with Geico as an auto insurer, and that they have an enterprise rental car right there is so convenient! Also, they were really, really fast.

This is my second time here. Came here for repair for my new vehicle which was a delay not do to the shop itself but the part being on national back order. Caliber Collision should be proud of the employees that they have. This past Monday was the 2nd time I had to come here to deal with my sons car having been damaged, and both times I was treated with every courtesy. From being greeted when I walked in the front door, to being offered a beverage, the handling of the insurance claim, their calling over to Hertz to have someone come pick me up, as the car needed to stay there as it wasnt street safe. The kind lady at the front desk even called when she felt they were taking too long in coming to get me. The first time they fixed the car, we received updates from Joe throughout the entire process, both from him and our insurance company. Joe even remembered me when I came back in for this 2nd time when my son was rear ended. Unfortunately this 2nd time, the car was totaled. We didnt get the notification until late in the afternoon and they were understanding that I couldnt get there that day before close of business and agreed to hold the car to the next day so I could come retrieve the plates and get the rest of the things out of the car (jumper cables, cds, etc.) I would definitely recommend this repair shop to anyone, because they are not only professionals, they did a superb job fixing the car the first time around and making the car cosmetically pleasing as well as functional again.The building is located on Freemont Street between Wyoming and St. Louis. You can park on either side of the building. The lobby is spacious and clean with plenty of seating. The restroom (the ladies) was well maintained and very clean. There is also an Enterprise Rental kiosk here as well in case you need a rental.

The worst collision shop do not bring your car there. I live in Rosamond Ca and had an accident in las vegas and was told my car needed to go there, 2 or 3 weeks later they notified me its ready just needed safety check, went back to vegas with my 3 year old grandson and on our way home the front end of my car fell apart and I sat waiting 3 hours for a tow truck they didnt clip the front end on correctly which put myself and grandsons life in danger as we were driving on the freeway. All they said was sorry

Felt I should leave a review after some great service! Geico referred me here after being rear ended pretty badly and they made the entire process very easy. Got my car back in under 2 weeks and it looks perfect. The rental car I got here was very nice so it wasnt a big deal living without my car for a bit. I got almost daily calls about how things were going with my car and they were always very friendly. I was nervous at first bc of so many negative reviews but most of the reviews were very old and Geico assured me my car would look perfect so I went for it... my experience was great! Thank you!

Why geico still have contract with this crappy, cost cutting body shop is beyond me. My car was side swapped almost two years ago, so geico recommended me to this shop, and they fixed my car within 3 days. They fixed the front fender, passenger side door and painted and dried in 3 days! Lmfao!! When i went to pick up my car, of course my passenger door still had ugly creases, there was a huge gap between front fender and passenger door, deep scratches on front bumper and I could not even open the hood because they didnt put the front bumper right! They took the car back, and My car was in the shop for another 6 days but it was never really fixed. Please do yourselves a favor and stay away from caliber collision. I know they will never touch my car ever again!

My name is Jeffery Mayse, and I wanted to share my recent experience with Fletcher Jones Collision Center, in Las Vegas, NV.On November 20th 2012, I was involved in a major accident that I was sure totaled my brand new truck. My insurance company had recommended Fletcher Jones Collision Center for the repairs and at that time I was skeptical because I had had several bad experiences in the past with body shops that the insurance companies recommended.I agreed to Fletcher Jones preforming the estimate and repairs because I was sure the truck was toast and they would total it due to the extent of the damage. Well, to my surprise the truck was not totaled and they started the repairs.I was concerned with this because I just knew the color wouldn’t be right, the lines would be off, it would drive different, and my brand new truck wouldn’t be brand new to me anymore.The repairs took 4 months due to parts availability issues, but I have to say that it was well worth the wait!!! When I picked up my truck from Fletcher Jones Collision it looked like it did when I first laid eyes on it on that showroom floor. It was as good as brand new again!! I have had the truck back for a couple weeks now and it drives and looks as it did the day that I bought it.I want you to know that I am VERY impressed with Fletcher Jones Collision Center, and Wesley Hatch. Wes kept me up to date on everything that was going on and calmed me down when I would get worked up over how long it was taking and when I would express my concerns on how it would look and drive after the repairs. “Which I know was all the time, so he should get a gold star for putting up with me”Your company and Wesley Hatch have earned a customer for life!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS - DONT LISTEN TO INSURANCE COMPANIES recommendation!My insurance company sent me there as their recommended place to go, they have an enterprise car rental guy at a little desk right inside to get you all set up and make everything seem easy peasy - This is a HORRIBLE place to take your car to be fixed. The insurance co wants you to go there because this shop will cut corners and save THEM money. They uploaded a picture to my insurance claim page of my grill removed from my car while they were fixing damage, the grill was face down on concrete in the shop - naturally when I went to pick up my car it was scratched and missing plastic pieces from them throwing it around. Refused to replace it, and on top of that, they forgot to re install my (factory OEM) fog lights?! So I had two holes in my bumper, and the insurance claims woman Nikea said it was an oversight.... Forgetting to re install LIGHTS ON THE FRONT ON THE CAR TO SEE AT NIGHT IS AN OVERSIGHT? The repair shop manager when I called him over WALKED AWAY FROM ME AS I WAS TALKING TO HIM and mumbled something like this isnt my problem... Just the worst experience I have ever had with anything automotive related in my life, and Im still driving around without my fog lights that they refused to give me back to re install myself. CHOOSE YOUR OWN SHOP - DONT LET YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY TRY TO SWAY YOU INTO GOING HERE - YOU HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE WHEREVER YOU CHOOSE, NOT WHERE YOUR INSURANCE CO WANTS YOU TO TAKE YOUR CAR TO SAVE THEM MONEY.

I took my vehicle in for repairs on Monday, 6/22/15 because my insurance company Geico referred me to them. They were polite and friendly until I had to pick up my vehicle. I was told that they would have my vehicle ready to pick up Friday, 6/26/15 at 4:00. I got there shortly before 4 and my vehicle was not ready until about 4:45. They had to take it to the back to do minor repairs (buff up some of the paint to see if they could buff out some of the repairs they were supposed to fix but did not). Finally when they brought it back and I had paid my deductible, I got in my car to leave and NONE of my electrical system worked. I was shocked as I had brought by car in for damage on the passenger door and the repairs were no where near where any electrical equipment should have been affected. After a lengthly debate with one of the shop employees and the Geico representative, we were told that after dropping off our vehicle, an employee went to move the car and was cut off by another vehicle thus forcing them to quickly stop the vehicle. They said they parked the vehicle for a while and that when they went back out to the car it would not start so they had to jump it. We have NEVER had any electrical issues or battery issues with our vehicle since purchasing it. Long story short, Caliber Collision is denying all liability to fixing any issues and has left me holding a healthy tab due to their negligence. The supervisor, Pat Quagliago, was a very rude individual who obviously has a problem with women as he talked down to me in each conversation I had. He is clearly well versed in denying all responsibility as he easily came up with excuses as to why they should not be liable for any damage caused to my vehicle. I could clearly tell this was a song and dance he was used to doing. I strongly suggest you find an alternate repair shop as you will be left empty handed with this sorry excuse for a business.

My Incuranses send mi ther, no goodI brought it there for small detail and then scratch my tinted windows end the paint on my windshield wipers, they try to deny it that the car came already like that but the pictures before taking it in shows differently, so I took it back and they tell me was not be done the next day, 5 days later my car has not been done so I had no choice but to take my car out of there cuz that left me with no vehicle no rentol car when it was their fault.

WE TOOK IT BACK TO THEM AND THE RENTAL FEES WERE SUPPOSED TO BE REIMBURSE BECAUSE IT WAS THEIR FAULT WE WERE BRINGING THE CAR BACK TO GET THE BUMPER FIXED AND THE BREAK LIGHTS RECONNECTED..CALIBER NEVER AUTHORIZED ENTERPRISE TO GIVE US OUR DEPOSIT BACK AND WE NEVER GOT OUR MONEY BACK FROM THE CAR RENTAL..NOT JUST ONCE BUT TWICE!!! HORRIBLE JOB AND SERVICE..NOW 9 MONTHS LATER BOTH SIDES OF THE BUMPER ARE STICKING OUT AND I AM HAVING TO LOOK FOR NEW SHOP!!!

Do not bring your car to this body shop. I have brought back my vehicle 3 times since the repairs were supposedly done because everything they fixed is falling apart. They have literally forgotten to put the bolts back into place TWICE causing new additional damages. Do yourself a favor and avoid this shop.
