Ive talked to a few shops before I even heard about Dun-Rite Auto Body who my insurance company had referred my too and right from the first phone call and through the process of my truck being worked on the communication was flawless. By phone and/or email I was always notified of what was going on or getting answers to questions that I would ask via email. When I arrived to the shop to meet Kyle and Kurt for the first time I knew this was the shop. He didnt make me feel like I had to pick a number and wait. Customer service is what anyone would expect but hard to believe from a body shop right! Well not to worry! These guys know what theyre doing especially from being in the business for over 30 years. If you care for your Car, Truck, Classic, Hot Rod or Project as much as I do and or want that expert result, Dun-Rite Auto Body is the place to go. Thanks guys

Brought in my 2011 Kia and Kyle had me ready with an estimate to repair my whole front end within 10 minutes of talking to me and looking at my car. Dun-Rite worked with my insurance company and had my back when the insurance company was lagging. If you want the outstanding service and quality of work, this is the place to go.

This is the shop to use if you want your car to look great and be done right the first time. Kurt and his crew do a fantastic job on the car and also on handling all the details, all you need to do is drop it off and they take care of the rest. They go into battle with the insurance companies and get things done quickly. I am so glad I found this shop and should the need arise in the future on my cars there is no other place I would go.

Great service, insurance totaled my car but they did a great job at repairing it and saving the car. Cheaper than getting a new car. Great service and work, and they stand behind the repairs that they do.

Extremely happy with the work done by Dunrite! I had a few parts of my car painted and the paint job was quality. The job was done in a reasonable amount of time and the price was exactly what was quoted to me. They even buffed out the headlights as a courtesy. I would definitely go back. 5/5

The work that these guys do is out of this world. They are fast, very good, at a good price. They have finished two show cars, including a 1957 Chevy Nomad, and repairs on three of my SEMI Trucks.

I have taken 3 cars to get fixed, everytime a part doesnt come in on time they let me know, and tell me when its supposed to arrive and how long it will take to get my car back in proper order. Their work is amazing had a head on collision and I you could not tell I had frame damage when it was done.

I called to have my vehicle check out and was told they will come in a couple of hours. 2 days passed and everytime I called, they said they will be there. After a few times, still no one came out to take a look.I called this place because they came into my store to spread the word about their business nearby...Not a very good impression since I needed my vehicle done fast for business.I dont know this place on how their quality of work they do, but on a business level, I rate a 0 if I could...

First of all I was recommended because of good service and price. I went in they gave me a good quote and informed me they will be calling when the part comes in. A week passed by and when I called back they hung up on me. The guy called me back from his cell phone saying he had no information of me ever coming in. I honestly dont know how they are still in business. They should be called Done WRONG!

This was a good shop until Kurt retired. His son now runs it. While they are capable of good work the business is run in a very unprofessional manner. For example, they told me that my bumper would have to be removed and repaired, repainted and clearcoated. They indicated that the entire bumper would be painted. When I got the car back there were still bugs on the bumper from my last trip. A door molding was damaged and needed replacement. I came in with information from the internet about where the trim could be ordered at a reduced cost. I was told that there was no need to replace the molding and that they could repair it simply by gluing into place and I would save money. It looked bad. The new manager informed me that it should have been replaced but that I requested that they glue it. He told me that it would be $150 for a new trim and indicated that there would be no credit for the unsatisfactory repair since in his opinion they probably had not charged me for the work in the first place. They gave me no written estimate and wanted cash. There were several other problems having to do with the wheel wells and the splash shields which I discussed with them at length when I got the estimate. They were not even touched. When I pointed this out to them they said that they would have to order some clips and that I should call to make sure that they had come in before bringing the car back. I called three times over three weeks with no results. I could go on but I think that I have gotten the idea across. All of the work was minor. I paid $600 but feel that I got about $400 of value. I made five trips to their shop. Its not worth chasing them for what I feel is $200. I will just find a new shop in the future. I dont think that they will be around long anyway.

I dont know if I would even give them a star. 3 yrs.ago had accident on 215 was raining and truck cut me off and I hydroplaned doing 360 across hit cement divider impacted crushed whole back of right side of bed of my truck. My insurance company sent me to Dun-Rite. They had my truck for 5 weeks, everytime I called which was to many calls they still hadnt gotten parts, while I was using a rental. So I was told by Kyle that I needed a whole new bed. Instead of him ordering new one for Toyota he was having someone looking in junkyard. The amount he charged my insurance was $6000. Plus $500. Deductible. He said there was no damage to frame or any other parts, the impacted I hit at going at least 50 miles per hr. Was told I should have died or been badly injured, I already have titanium middle of back all the way down. So while he had truck, I asked about brakes & charged $360. Reason Im writing this down is because not even a yr. After had to get front pads, which there wasnt any pads left & brakes were never done. I called Kyle about it he said he was busy call me back, which he didnt so I kept calling and he wouldnt answer having caller I.D. well bottem line is accident cause damage to struts and master brake cylinder was the problem. On top of it he used half a bed and you can clearly tell looking inside bed of truck. I did report it to my insurance company. Right now my truck is in shop getting struts, strut mounts and new master brake cylinder costing me a thousand dollars. My ashtray was gone as was my lighter. And he couldnt find it. He sub contracted brakes out but wouldnt give me name when I had called. So charged for work that was never done, and could have endangered me and others around me this whole time. Kyle is a lier, cheat and thief. Wouldnt send my worst enemy to Dun-Rite.

Dont pay any attention to the older reviews because Kurt is back and in charge. We took a 16 Lexus RX in with what we thought was minor damage and only involved a small portion of the RF fender. Upon looking much closer it involved the fender, bumper cover and hood. Kurt and his crew had this fixed and looking perfect in two days!Lexus paint is difficult to match and this was perfect. I know where the damage was and I could not tell anything was done. Body lines matched perfectly and absolutely no overspray. I will definitely return to this business and send any one who asks. This is not a national chain who only cares about the profit, this is a locally owned and operated business by a man who has learned his craft and learned it well. Please support this business.

I took a 2003 Nissan Exterra here to get it repaired. It has not been drivable ever since. I took it back to them and ask them to fix it properly. I was told to take it across town to a mechanic shop. The shop charged me $100.00 and for that I was told it need new tires and a new belts. It has been parked for several years now and I DEFFIENTLY WOULD NOT recommend Dun Rite.Dun Wrong is more realistic!
