Ive taken my car here twice now. I greatly appreciate the work they do. Management is very nice and I feel the prices are reasonable and fair. This will definitely be where I always take my car. Theyve proven to be trustworthy and I definitely recommend them.

I was involved in a collision a few months ago and wanted to wait before I left a review of my experience. I wanted to make sure my vehicle will run and operate like it did before. Well, it drives better now! My front left wheel was hit and my axle popped out! Also, the repairs involved some mechanical repairs to my subframe and radiator, a/c condenser and the frame. It was such a horrible hit, I was wishing the vehicle would total but it was deemed repairable. I had my vehicle at a different shop and they were not keeping me posted on updates or even having the decency to return my phone calls!! I decided to take action and remove my vehicle from the shop my insurance recommended. I called around and spoke to a few people over the phone and felt best with First Class Auto Body...the gal on the phone was so pleasant and knowledgeable. She had my vehicle towed in the same day and had me back in my vehicle within 8 business days! I did not have rental coverage so that was a great help! It’s been months and my car has been driving wonderfully! Thank you so much for helping me during such a stressful time! I hope no one experiences a horrible accident but if you do find yourself in that situation, I highly recommend calling this shop!

I am so extremely happy with my experience with First Class Body Shop!! Eva went above and beyond to help with getting my vehicle repaired after I was involved in an accident. From the first phone call she made me feel at ease! She had my vehicle towed in and dealt with the insurance company through the whole process on my behalf. I was rear ended and the insurance company of the man who hit me was denying a few parts needed, claiming it was prior damage. The crew at this shop made sure to cover everything, and put up a big fight to get my vehicle fixed properly!! I feel so thankful to have found this shop!! My repairs came with a lifetime warranty! Oh and be sure to say hello to her little pups that greet and cuddle with you while waiting :) if you are ever involved in a collision, make the right choice and protect your self by choosing this shop!

Bobby at All Team Auto is a life saver! My tire changing kit was missing a lug nut wrench so I walked 30 minutes to the nearest auto repair shop. Bobby went out of his way and loaned me the tool when he didn’t have to. Even gave me a ride back to my car. So amazing, thank you so much Bobby

Brought my car there for an engine rebuild the owner had my car for 6 months. Getting my car back we have found bolts that arent the right size. They are just sitting in the holes. Wire are laying in the engine unprotected and it is now miss firing. Broke my windshield wiper hose and scraped up my back bumper. Too much to list. I would never send anyone here.

This shop is Under New Ownership as of the last few months, since Ive been going there. I have had several repairs done at All Teams Auto Shop and been very happy with how I was treated and the way the work got done. I never felt up sold, or over charged and they got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. They seem to do only what needs done, even when I was afraid it might be more of an issue, once they look it over, they seem to tell it like it is, good or bad. I appreciate that. This is rare, but I actually think I can trust this shop to do the minimum work required, at a fair price and get me back on the road as quickly as possible. I will continue to use them as needed.Good mechanics are hard to find, partly because not all mechanics are good, but also in part because we as customers have certain hopes for (low) costs and what we hope does or more to the point, what we hope doesnt need repaired. One of the things I like at All Team is they have always taken pictures of any damaged parts of my car so I can see for myself why they think that this or that are causing me problems. It really helps me feel better about forking over the cash. To give you an idea, Im not a full time LV resident, but my first repair at All Team was AC related and I just wanted it fixed, it was 120* out and I wasnt waiting till I left Vegas to have AC, so I took a chance on All Team, based on nothing but convenience. I was pleased enough with how I was treated and the quality of service, that when I needed my next repair (brakes), I waited until I was back in Vegas to have All Team do it. That went well, so I had them do another job that needed done. Trusting a mechanic is huge and its fragile, but so far so good, I hope its this way for years! Of course, now I expect to get some good miles in before any other work is done, but this does give you all an idea. I recommend this shop.

STAY AWAY!!BEWARE!CAUTION!We dealt with Eva. Wish I would have seen these reviews prior to using her. I had the same unpleasant experience. Eva comes across so sweet and soft spoken and she has her little dog with her creating a sweet holsome feel.Required huge down payment. Then every couple weeks kept upselling from our original quote.Shes very good at her sales job but shes just spinning a web to draw you in, once your car is in there and at her mercy she will keep adding on additional services. we trusted her. She got us !!! DO NOT trust her with your car for any reason she is full of lies and trickery you may as well just give her your checkbook and let her write whatever she wants because thats what shes going to do anyway. Shell get you for whatever she wants. Your pocketbook is going to be empty. Oh your probably wondering about all the great reviews on Yelp. We wondered the same but she pays people for the good reviews which is against yelp policy. Theres a sign up on her shop $50 off for a yelp review.I hope this saves someone else from losing so much money as we did.

I was involved in a hit and run accident and had to use my own insurance for the repairs on my 2014 Nissan Altima. I have a $1000.00 deductible and was so happy to find out that this shop waives a portion of deductibles! The technician I dealt with was Alex, he was so kind and knowledgeable!! I left ny vehicle for repairs feeling confident with my decision. They did an amazing job!! The car looked like nothing happened! The color was a perfect match, they did an amazing job!! Also the money I saved on my deductible was a great help considering I had graduation expenses at the time. Thank you First Class Body Shop for everything!

To this guys, its all about $$$. They never upfront with you. With my first time auction experience, I had an issue with my refund, I had to go through confrontations before my own money was given to me. I gave them another chance hoping things could be better, this time they still tried to charge me a membership fee of $100 which I didnt subscribed to.Fortunately, there are other brokers out there who may want your money and provide you a good service for it.

First off I wanna day I look around town (maybe not extensively) to find a shop to fix my car after a hit and run. When I came here she worked with me for my deductible. Everything else was smooth sailing for there. Came to pick up the car and the work done on it was great, like new. Just wanna day thanks for everything.

Took my vehicle after a crash for repairs. They did a good cosmetic job, but were not thorough in putting everything back in place under the hood. My windshield washer hose wasnt even hooked back . They outsource most of the repairs to other shops. Their own mechanics dont even speak English, so they must not be certified. The wheel alignment was poorly done, my vehicle was shaking like never before the accident. They refused to follow up after being paid by insurance company , no guarantee on repairs. I do not recommend.

They are the most direct and honest mechanic I have seen. I used to have another mechanic and said they are family business, and yes they are but the difference is you are outside of the family!This guys are the best! I have referred my family and friends with them already!Great and honest job!

Where to begin? They are such incredible people in an incredible shop with incredible employees that do incredible work! Repairs looked fantastic, brand new You would have no idea my car was in an accident. Thank you guys!

Had my car repaired here. They put one thin coat of paint, no sealer on top and it really doesnt look like it was primed. Paint is chipping off after a few months. Repairs took 2 weeks longer then they estimated. The estimate went up $1000 about half way through. Pretty disappointed over all.

Samantha is a nightmare and extremely unprofessional and rude. She is a face of a company and she is the worst experience I have ever had. They took my money and she kept lying and refusing to refund my money. She charged doc fees that I paid and she did not earn a penny of it. She refused to send me my title and wont refund my security deposit. I will have to use courts to get my title.I will not Recomend to anyone. Stay away from her and save money and months of headaches.

Got me in immediately and did a great job on my brakes and oil change for an average price. I would return there if my vehicle needed work.

Pull in to get a simple oil change. Took about 10 minutes. A couple of weeks later my engine light comes on. I popped the hood and my engine oil cap is missing. Oil spills all over my driveway and on my motor. Be carefull if you decided to bring your car here. If you do make sure you double check your hole car. I dont know about you guys, but it feels like a scam to me.

I feel well taken care of and treated honestly...I have a new mechanic

First you have to give them money, a lots of money just to get someone to talk to you, and has every bad business does, once they have your money they no longer care.I put up a deposit to buy a motorcycle, I pay the motorcycle the very same day with a wire transfer that cost an extra $25 because their Bank does not take cash!!!! A Bank that does not take cash, wth???? Then you are suppose to get you deposit back once you pay for the vehicle......ehhhhhhh wrong ! That is what they tell you but they fail to mention that it is once you get the title for the vehicle, which they will drag as long as they can so that they can keep making interest on your money and disappear from the customer service, so if you are lucky enough to get them on the phone you will get the typical blaming game story: we are waiting on so and so to do this... the next time you call they got a new story, and you get to talk to some joe that answer the phone from a shop with background noise that resemble more like a machine shop than a customer service. Gone are the nice lady with the sweet voice that sugar coat it to get you to send money. And you call that OFFERING A SERVICE, more like welcome to your next nightmare

I wouldnt trust these people with their own grandmas car. They trick you and scam you and up sale you. They also go by All Team Auto wish I would have read those reviews prior to using them because we had several of the same problems with them.Stay the hell away from them.

These guys also act as brokers for auto autions. They are very shaddy the way the conduct business. They have hidden fees that they never disclose to you, and customer service is very poor. They really did take me on a ride for my money. There ened up overcharging me by ove $500, for a transaction that was supposed to cost me $150. I would never recommend anyone doing business with them. Am also reporting them for their shaddy business.
