Kudos to Kyle! Polite and professional in knowing his tires and the conditions for my mom. He gave her the reassurance to know she should be fine for the drive home.Separately, though, whoever designed this place shoud get fired. The work side of this building is West facing with Tall windows and work bays that are open on a hot Vegas summer day of 108 or more! This is clearly dangerous for the employees who also forced to wear black uniforms. Those conditions are amplified for Kyle who is exposed to the conditions with no protection in air check service. Double kudos to you Kyle for having courtesy and customer service under those conditions. 👊👊

Love DT, just not this one. 3 hours for a tire rotation without appointment so I made an appointment for a couple days later. When I arrived I was told it would be 45 minutes. All other DT Ive been to across 5 different states is always 20 minutes. Good thing there are many other locations in Vegas.

Just stopped by to check if they had a tire in-stock and make an appointment. Was in and out. The person at the counter , forgot name, was quick curious and efficient. Pkace was clean inside and out. Hopefully the tire install will be just as smooth.

I got a same day appt.for balance and rotate. My truck was done in 30 minutes. Thats 30 minutes faster than their promise. And it was free. Great service. They earned my business in the early 80s. And they just keep on earning it.

I had a GREAT experience.My 2018 MKZ Hybrid was about ready for new tires after several trips from Vegas to SD and LA and back again. The guys at the Discount Tire store on Azure where great, both on the phone and in person. I dont know much about this part of my car (mechanics are not my forte) but they never made me feel stupid for not knowing what type of tires my car had or needed. At the same time I never felt like they were taking advantage of me for not knowing. They simply explained my options and the reasons for the different types, then let me make my decision. They also did not pressure me to get a higher priced tires then I needed or wanted. Oh and the process ended up being a lot quicker than I thought it would be.Overall it was a great experience. While I hope I dont need tires very often, I will defiantly be going back to Discount Tire when I do. I will also be recommending Discount Tire (specifically the store on Azure) to anyone that I know that needs their services.

First time customer to this Discount Tire, right off I was amazed that Discount still had me in their system after almost 10 years of being out of the US! Updated my vehicles and address and took care of me in under 30 minutes for a routine nail in the tire, at no cost even though it wasn’t their tires. Awesome service!! They will have my business forever now!

I took my Tesla there to get new rims put on. They call me saying there’s a bolt on the rotor that won’t let the wheel go on. They said that they could remove it but it would somehow effect the tpms. So they refused to remove it.Even though a bolt on the rotor would not effect the tpms. Keep in mind this is 15 minutes away from closing. So I take my car to another discount tire on Maryland pkwy and they had no problems. They didn’t even remove the bolt. The wheel fit fine. In my opinion they just didn’t wanna work my vehicle even though I bought it in 2 hours before closing. Unacceptable customer service and trying to take advantage of a customer who doesn’t know how cars work. Unfortunately for them I do.

Got my tires topped off. If you need any service done they are appointments only. Just be aware there are no walk-ins. Unless you just need air in your tires you can pull right up and they will fill them for you for free. I tipped the guy 5 bucks, yes I know air at a machine is just a dollar. I like giving!

Bought 4 tires online and Im glad they were able to get them, some sort of rubber shortage going on I guess. I usually go to Costco, but they were sold out of 6 of the 8 tires they have listed for my van. I was very pleased with the price and service i received. Had an appointment setup and they installed all 4 tires in 30 minutes and had me out the door. Everyone I dealt with was friendly!

Made an appointment because i found a nail in my tire. Very friendly, fast & efficient. I never had to exit my vehicle while they checked my tire. While they took it off to plug the nail hole, another technician checked the air in my other tires and manually tightened all my lugs. Which i truly appreciated because I have alloy wheels. When i was all done, i asked how much did i owe...he said No Charge it was their pleasure!! So awesome and unexpected. If i could give 10 stars, i would!!

Went in with a nail in a rear tire on my truck. The nail was too close to the sidewall to be repaired. Got two new tires on the spot, great price, warranty included. Brandon was the sales associate who helped me and he was outstanding. Great place to do business.

I went here because I noticed a slow leak in my tire. Luis met me at the counter with great customer service and helped me out immediately. I have been to this Big O Tires a few times and I have never, ever, had bad service here. Everybody who works here is awesome and I highly recommend this place if you should need tires or your tires repaired.

Interesting visit, got a quote the day prior to replace a TPMS sensor, I was told around 45 to 50 bucks. I get in today, its 75 bucks. Kind of felt like they were a little strong on the upsell action. But overall, nice guys and got the job done in like 5 minutes.

I had a price match for my tires but it wasnt applied to my payment. However, due to the professionalism and outstanding customer service provided to myself, and what I observed with other customers, Im willing to accept the additional charges. Although it isnt much difference, it makes all the difference to me to see great service. Especially when its over 105-degrees outside in the shade. Great work DISCOUNT TIRE TEAM!!!!

I picked out the tires I wanted and unfortunately they wouldn’t not be available until Tuesday.Brandon called me an hour later saying the tires had been delivered, I took my car down and another few hours later it was done.It was a painless process, and I will be back.Management; give that kid a raise.

The salesperson did not provide accurate discount information. He repeatedly implied that the discount I was receiving would be off my final bill. When I arrived for final payment, a new representative was assisting me and the total had not been adjusted.I overheard the two employees speaking with each other and heard the original salesperson lying to the other to cover his deceitfulness.The wait time was not accurate by a couple hours and I did not receive a call that it was done. I finally just showed up and my truck was in the lot already completed. This would have been nice to have as soon as possible because we were waiting for the truck to be done so we could travel.I am happy with the tires and installation. I’ve already put 1,500 miles on them and haven’t had a problem. They were insanely busy that day and had a line out the door. It’s to be expected to wait a little longer after a Black Friday weekend. The representative did seem to be knowledgeable about the tires themselves, just deceived the customer to lock in a sale.

Discount tire is the only place I go for tires and tire services. I learned about Discount Tire when I first moved to Vegas and I tell everyone to go there.If you have a nail in your tire they fix it for free if they can. They honor the warranty of the tires when you buy them there and I go for air pressure checks all the time. I also make a special trip to get my tires rotated which is free after every oil change I get.They are closed on Sundays and you can schedule an appointment for servicing online too. They have free coffee, bottles water and Wi-Fi too.

This is the place to go when the check tire pressure light goes on. Drive up, stay in the car, written report. Before and after pressure reading. Tread depth for each tire. I have put two sets of tires on an Envoy.

First off I want to say that I have been going to Discount Tire for 10+ years but after this most recent trip I can say that I will never go to another Discount Tire again and not only that I will make sure that none of my family or friends give them their business either. Now that I got that out of the way, I went to drop off my 2012 Chevy Cruze to get new tires. The pre-inspection form was filled out which both the employee and myself noted that there was NO damage to the car whatsoever. Came back an hour and a half later to pick it up, paid and walked over to the car only to find a huge dent in the passenger side of the rear bumper with a massive crack which was not there before as it would have been noted on the inspection form. Filed a claim and was told that someone from the claims department would be in contact with me. Two days later someone reached out to say they received my claim and after the claim was reviewed someone would reach out to me. Well that took 2+ WEEKS only to be told that Discount Tire was not responsible as it was concluded that it happened in the parking lot. Funny thing is no employee in the right kind would admit to damaging the car! Also, why do the inspection form in the first place if the car was clearly damaged while in the possession of Discount Tire? This store has their own parking lot and doesn’t share with any other businesses and the car was left on the side of the building where their employees park. Either way it’s their fault. With all that said, the claims lady says she can help me with my deductible which is a total joke. I am not claiming that on my insurance to have my rates go up when IT WAS NOT MY FAULT!!! If I could give zero stars I would do that and I promise that I will go out of my way to refer anyone to any other tire shop besides Discount Tire. I am not one that has ever wrote a review in my life for any business but when I voice all of this in an email to their claims department and I don’t even receive an email response, then I’m going to put it out there for the entire world to see.

I dont usually write reviews but I felt that this shop deserves it. I called to inquire about tire prior to going there in July 2019 (for the first time). My phone calls have been friendly and not rushed and when I went to the shop, everybody was so friendly and helpful. I know this is how it should be but its hard to find that nowadays.I went there yesterday for another service, and again, same positive attitudes. Two customers were being helped so I just waited for few seconds when another guy from the service area came in to assist.The crew just have such positive attitudes and it shows. Its nice to go to a place where you feel welcomed and taken care of. I really hope the management for this shop sees and appreciates this as they have such good dynamic team.I will definitely recommend this shop to my family and friends.

Have purchased services and tires before. This time just needed a tire swapped out and balanced (purchased the new one myself). Less than a year ago I paid $15 per tire. I called yesterday and was told $20 now and if they see the receipt they can probably do it for the $15. I go in with the receipt and told them how the phone conversation went and he said $35 but he would talk to his manager. Came back and said nope, $35. What kind of garbage miscommunication going on in the store..

I am writing this review based on two separate purchases. First, I bought 4 new tires for the 5th Wheel. I was not sure they could do it based on the size of the parking lot, but they got me in and out in less than an hour. They also took the time to answer my ridiculous questions. So, based on a good first purchase I went to them again when I needed to replace tires on my truck. Jacob, who had helped me before helped me again this time. He cares about his job and it shows. I was in and out in 30 min. I think I have been lucky with the timing of the work but even if there was a wait when they get to it, they work! Great service and here in Vegas that is hard to find.

I sat and waited for almost 90 minutes only to watch four cars be taken in front of me and then overhear an employee tell another car that had just pulled up that there were a couple other appointments, then it would be him. Meaning there were at least three other cars still in front of me even though I had been waiting already. Look, I get that people make appointments, but it sure would have been nice to know that they take priority before waiting for an hour and a half. Especially as I had told them that I was literally on my way out of town and needed to get this done.I would have simply gone some else instead of wasting my time waiting for nothing.
