Let me start off by saying, I do not leave reviews that often. However with this experience I had to share my thoughts. First, buying my car was an excellent experience, so good in fact I thought hands down I would get this amazing service from the rest of the autonation team. Unfortunately the service center dropped the ball, I let this first situation go, but after the second one I had to say something. It all starts with the booking call center, this is a third party booking service that knows nothing about your car, its warranty, or the service shop. I bought a used car and within a week I had an issue with my backup camera, so I called the service center who booked me an appointment 2 weeks out. When I showed up they had me scheduled with my other car and told me the backup camera isnt covered and there was nothing they could do for me even though I literally just bought it. You think the call center could of told me this on the phone! Instead of making me wait 2 weeks and drive down there for nothing!Ok second attempt, I have an issue with my new car, I call the service center and make an appointment, first available which was 2 months out! I now bring in the car, the first issue I had was a non issue that the service tech explained quickly, again wish the call center could tell me this. I leave the car for the other issue, however they have no shuttle service, and you can imagine if my appointment was 2 months out that they have no loaners either. So now Im sitting here infront of their building writing this review debating to take a $30 Uber.

Its rare to find honest mechanics nowadays. Came in because I had an inspection coming due come up on my dash. The technician asked if Ive done my own service, and once I told him that I have, they just showed me how to reset the inspection schedule and sent me on my way. Would definitely come back for future scheduled maintenance.

They did a great job and did multiple big fixes on my car and even a recall. They were so fast. Thank you and they didnt charge me too much it was actually reasonably priced! Now I can smog and register my car! Yay

The manager, Mitch, was able to help me get a loaner for an unforeseen delay in my car’s repairs.. I am extremely grateful, and thankful he could help get me into a vehicle while mine was being worked on.The advisor I was working with, Shapiro, though.. needs to not lie to customers. My car has an app that tells me when my car is unlocked - I don’t appreciate being told that they were working on my car yesterday (Wednesday) when it hadn’t even been unlocked until today AFTER I called to ask on the status of my car and was told he was “busy.”

Its ok, but I think they could do better, example I have my car in the shop right for about 3 days now, they refer a mechanic, but yesterday when Im trying to get in to with him to see hows everything going, never answer, still no answer So when I call he was off Duty, not working, now my question is , do you have more mechanic or what but I dont like that, I need my car ASAP, EVRYBODY NEEDED ASAP. I think you guys can do better than than this, thank you

Mixed feeling, use it for service since moving to the area, usually get a decent price for service. Been in shop 3 times for same check engine light, hopefully find out issue and corrected, and extended warranty covers.

Think twice before buying a car here !!! Certified Pre-Owned is just something they use to justify charging more because they don’t stand behind their initial diagnostics. Once you finally get thru after 10+ min on hold, you’re met with one condescending person after the next. When I finally got to the boss, he was smart and unhelpful. When discussing the batteries, he told me “maybe you should work here since you know so much” - hmm. When I realized he wasn’t even willing to offer a solution, I asked if there was someone else I could speak to, in which he replied “AutoNation is a publicly traded company.” I know you already sold the car so it’s water under the bridge but I would never consider even servicing my car there because they talk a big game but fail to back it up.

I had revised my review multiple times over the years between 1 and 3 stars - I wish I could leave multiple reviews (like one a year, one per experience).Anyhow, there is certainly nothing extraordinary about the service here, pretty average, no better for sure. The usual suspects - pretty burned-out looking staff, minimal courtesy, very clear that they neither love what theyre doing/not feeling appreciated, nor care about or try to make customers happy. They will do the bare minimum and rip you off when the opportunity presents itself. To the latter point, last year I had a trunk door lock replaced - paid $540 (it is an 11 years old GTI) - you can imagine the part and labor for that kind of repair (per bill, the part cost $174).But as you will find, the others are no better, so I will go back for service, especially for the manufacturer recommended check-ups.

Ive bought alot of cars in my life. And this by far was the greatest and easiest purchase ever.Also when the salesman said hed find my extra key (which is 586 bucks).. he found it and found me.The service department is Golden. Everyone is nice and they are prompt on service. Thanks for giving me hope in car dealerships!

Charlotte Wilson is an awesome service consultant! We had an issue with a newly purchased 2017 VW at another dealership. Charlotte went to bat for us with the other dealer and got the problem resolved properly, not just a band-aid. Without her help, we would have had to spend $2000+ out of pocket to get the problem fixed. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and especially Charlotte! Thanks for getting my cute little 2017 Golf fixed!

This review is long over due. I bought my 2019 GTI from Frank. He is a fantastic salesman. Personable and professional. He taught me about the bells and whistles of my car and also taught me the amenities of the service department.The service department is fantastic, i take my car in for a car wash time to time.Charlotte,Vinny, louise are always welcoming with a big smile when i come in. The service department team at Volkswagen autonation always gives high quality service that you can trust. i recommend this location if you have a love for your car.

We had to stop at VW Autonation in Vegas on our way from Idaho to Arizona. Our Add def light, maintenance light(wrench) and Check Engine light all came on at the same time and the 200 mile shutdown started. We topped off the def but the countdown continued.We called and they were all booked up but we could do a walk in appointment. After explaining our situation to Mark he got our Passat in immediately, fixed all our issues, threw in a car wash and we were on the road again in under 2 hours!Great service, accommodations and Mark truly cared about helping us, he was awesome! Thanks Mark and Autonation VW!

I was scheduled for service. I had been having problems with my car battery needing to be jumped, also a oil change. Came here because I bought my car here and my oil change service I pay for through them. Well asked the gentleman Gustavo after the oil change was done and battery was tested (which) came back good, I asked if possibly a diagnostic test can be done sense I been having to jump the car the past 3 weeks. I ask him what he think if I should just get a new battery or get the test done he told me to get the battery I gave it a second, thought about it and asked to have the diagnostics test done. He calls me back a later In said the mechanic was already booked and I can bring you back in the morning the day and tell me is better to take it to a Chrysler dealership to have them run a diagnostic test. Long story short I take it to Pep Boys they fixed my alternator and my cars running just fine. So why couldnt they just test the alternator or starter after I told them what was as going or maybe they just didnt want to service my car, Will never come back not even for my oil changes, Ill just take it to a Chrysler dealership or Pep Boys who saves the day
