They did a great job with my car and didnt back down when the insurance company tried to argue with them.

I went to this place after someone hit my car in the rear bumper, pretty concerned because the car was less than 3 month old at this time, but these people handled with the best staff I could find, professionals, friendly and very honest; they figure it out for me with the insurance company and I had to do nothing, just 3 days later my car was like brand new again, you can check the pictures attached!, more than happy to put 5 stars to this Body Shop. Highly recommended !

I don’t usually write reviews but I went to 5 different body shops and this was one of the most honest people that gave me a correct price and estimate on labor/paint work so this one deserved it. My car looks good as new and the owner himself dropped my car off to me to my work after my shift! Amazing price and service!

Being a woman that needs body work on her car can be difficult, there are many shops that abuse and charge you more than normal prices. The owner at Diamond, is very helpful on information with the procedures being done. He gave me a fair price, more accessible than any other quote I got! He guided me from start to end. I loved the way they engage with the clients, they did everything to make my experience confortable as was possible. They gave me my car like new on time. They even took me to the rent a car for free, they don’t offer that service I think was for make it easier for me. Recommended 💯

We were referred to this body shop by our mechanic and wish we had not listened! One of the owners listened to what we wanted and verbally quoted us an amount. My husband asked if he needed to write down the information, but he pointed to his head and said hed written it down in here. There were quite a few requests beyond the repairs covered by our insurance, but we trusted what he said. We left our car for 2 days for repairs and when we returned, only part of the requests had been repaired and they had messed up the paint on our drivers side door. Once we pointed it out, they told us to bring it back another day and they would fix the issues. We reviewed the requested repairs AGAIN and were assured it would be done right this time. After leaving our car another 2 days, we picked the car up to find it STILL wasnt completed correctly. We have both made numerous requests via phone and text for an itemized list of repairs so we can see where the money we paid was utilized, but have been ignored repeatedly; no return phone call and no return texts. We were exchanging texts with this company before regularly, so we know they are receiving them. This is VERY frustrating and we will definitely NEVER use this body shop again! We will make sure we tell everyone we come in contact with to avoid this place as well. Very unorganized, sloppy work, and very poor communication skills. If you make mistakes, just own up to them and fix the problem! Or give customers their money back for services not rendered!

They were very friendly and said to come on in for a quote. Prices are reasonable, they delivered when they said that they would, and the work was fantastic.

The most horrible body shop ever!!!!!!Not only they scratched my right side of passenger door, but they also charged me double for oil change without any receipt which they could prove the legit amount!! NASTY JOB!!!It took almost 3 weeks till they could finish the job? VERY VERY DISHONEST BODY SHOP!!!!!
