Rocky Smith (Salesman) and Tim Miller (Finance) went above and beyond to get my deal completed and new to me 2020 Mercedes GT63 handed off before Christmas. Worst experience dealing with what should be a luxury dealership that should provide a luxury experience. Service department is total garbage. Cannot meet completion times that THEY set and now cannot say when they can have the work done. Was told the car should be finished last Friday and I totally understand that things happen sometimes and didn’t mind waiting until Monday for the work to be completed. Now it’s Monday and not only is the vehicle not ready, but they cannot even say when they can complete the work? What a joke.

Great experience and wonderful to deal with. They gave me a very fair deal and Tom Floyd was very helpful and courteous. We are extremely happy with our vehicle and highly recommend this dealer.

Land Rover from knoxville is the best.It’s my second time there for maintenance on my Range Rover supercharged.Kenny Rolen is by far the best service advisor. He was so kind to me and attentive to my needs. My car was detailed so well after the maintenance.It’s like a totally new car with a new car smell!I highly recommend Kenny Rolen as your service advisor when you need to schedule an oil change or maintenance. So far so good. We bought a new Range Rover in December. I like the way it drives although my wife wishes we would have gone with a larger model. Only had it back once for some free customer appreciation services and the service department was very attentive.So we havent had a lot of long term contact with them but so far its been all positive.

Purchased a used car with Tom Floyd. Straight forward, professional, easy process. Transaction could not have been better. I have owned many LRs over the past 25 years. Even though I live 200 miles from Knoxville, and have a LR dealer in Nashville (Ugh), Tom, Knoxville LR and the team will be my go to moving forward when it comes to purchasing a car.

I bought a 2014 Chevy Camaro here through Tom and our experience was so easy, convenient and excellent! My grandmother negotiated the car deal because she was a former car salesmen and she was even impressed herself. Terrible service all the way around. Would never recommend them. I took my LR3 in for an issue. They assured me they fixed the problem. I paid the bill and went to leave. Car starts doing all the same things. I ask what I paid them for, they don’t have a solid answer. As we’re driving the car home we realize the hood isn’t latched down. Then when I call to speak with someone to gain clarity on what I paid them for, no one will return my calls. Very sad way to do business

Couldnt have been more pleased with the service I received from this dealership. My AC went out on the drive from Memphis and these guys got me right in, offered up a loaner car (with me having to ask) and got my HSE back to me the same day. Wonderful service, only wish is they open another store in Memphis market!

I was looking for a specific color and type of used Audi, and my search led me to Land Rover Knoxville. Although the dealership was 1900+ miles away, my sales rep Doug Oliver and team gained my trust enough to make a deal from far away...and I have a healthy suspicion and disdain for dealerships in general. They were genuinely friendly, courteous, respectful, attentive, non-pushy, and we ultimately came to a fair purchase price. Their exceptional service didnt stop there as my wife and I were picked up from the airport, were showed a sightseeing stop on the way to the dealership, and the transaction was quickly completed after a short test drive. We were impressed. The buying experience was first rate, with the car in fantastic shape and we had a great drive home. Next time when were in the market for a Land Rover, we wont hesitate to contact Doug and this dealership first, hopefully to make another happy 1900 mile journey back home.

After searching online, I found that Land Rover Knoxville had in stock exactly the used Land Rover I was looking for. I live over 600 miles away from the dealership so I wasnt able to see the vehicle in person. After emailing and speaking on the phone with salesman Keith Connaster, I decided to buy the vehicle. When I flew up to take delivery, Keith had all the paperwork ready to sign and the vehicle was detailed and even had a full tank of fuel! Whens the last time you bought a used car from any dealership and the gas gauge wasnt on empty? Keith and the rest of the staff at Land Rover Knoxville were great. Even though I wasnt there very long before starting the drive home in my new Land Rover, they made my short visit very pleasant. Would def do business with these guys again!
