The workers are nice but very slow.. Green light and Parker auto are the same company. I paid my car off today but when I bought it I drove off the lot upside down not from a trade in. I paid almost $4,000 over what it was worth. All their cars are the same. If you can choose wisely and shop around. I just wished I had looked at Kelly Blue book before buying there!

James was my mechanic, and he did a phenomenal job. Answered all my questions, and I recommend him without a doubt.

Sierra was my server tonight and im not sure if she had too many tables or she just didnt want to serve us . she got my appetizer wrong after stating it twice. When we finish drinking our drinks we had to wait well over 10 minute for a refill. Whwn i cash out i told her before she brought my ticket for my dessert she took her time bringing it to table. I had to get up and ask her to please get it im ready to go. Food was okay server was terrible

Michael is the biggest rip off. Tells you one thing and does the complete opposite of what he says.

They took the gps system out of my car for parker auto and messed up my sun roof I called and told them about it and dude got an attitude with me like it was my fault that it wasnt working it was working before i let them take out the GPS so I diffently wont go back to them just check and make sure ur stuff is working right before u leave there

The absolute worst auto buying experience of my life. Since doing business with them Ive been lied to, cussed out, threatened with physical violence & subjected to constant harassment. Save yourself & your sanity and avoid these people at all costs. I will say that the management running that lot had fixed all of these issues but evidently it went in one ear and out the other.

Only reason Im giving this a 1 because google dont allow 0 . Bought a car cash made it a block away it shut off. They told me they replaced the battery but I noticed they kept a portable charger on the battery should of known better. Called asked for they help they said it wasnt nothing they could do I said seriously well give me my money back I was told no I bought the car as is. Same day I had to get the alternator replaced and oil change trans light still on dont go here and waste your hard earned money these people are pure evil. Alternator cost me 320 sad worst car buying experience ever and by the way my worst car.This one I put in the Lords hands

I wouldnt give a star if I didnt have to in order to leave this review. I wouldnt get a car from them if you paid me to. Here we are all out of work and they are cutting peoples cars off like the fact that they arent working doesnt matter. They arent reputable and they are uncaring and unprofessional not everyone has savings or got a stimulus check. Some of us live paycheck to paycheck... Understand Greenlight the people keep your business running and you all arent showing any compassion for the people.

Will lie to you just to sell a car. I asked for a reliable vehical and was sold a truck that broke down 46 miles into ownership. Truck had the wrong radiator & was missing the fan shroud which caused the truck to overheat every time I drove it. Then was forced to pay for the repairs. I recommend finding a different dealership with more customer based morals.

They are great people to deal with and work with you better than any place Ive ever bought a car from. I would recommend them to any and every one. Very pleased I was able to make a deal and love my car I got from them.

If I could give 0, I would. First off I bought a 2005 sauturn ion and they already were charging me way too much for it (which is normal at a buy here pay here). I drove it from Late October to beginning of January. I told them 3 times something was wrong with my car. One day the transmission finally dropped in it, and they wanted to tell me it would cost 1800 dollars almost. They didn’t help me, all they did was take a young kids money and laugh about it. Sorry people and places like this should be out of business. During a conversation with Doug and Michael, Doug heard me say something over the phone and then he said this might be the stupidest conversation he ever heard. I reported them to the better business bureau.

Doug made the car buying experience very easy and was honest about everything. They work with you. Less than 2 hours I was driving away.

Excellent service in my opinion. Bought my car in July 2015 and really havent had much of an issue. Only had to put a fuel pump and transmission pan in it. They really try to help people. Got behind on the payments and they helped me get it caught up as long as I stayed in contact with them. About to pay my first one off and finance another from them. Definitely recommended

As an employee of the company I have not bought a vechical here BUT working in the service department I know the quality of service cars received pre sales. Vechicals are through inspected and repairs that other dealers would let slide are repaired before anyone buys them. I was impressed to see this from a used car dealer as Ive worked with many others in the past and knowing attention to any issues is done before these cars even see the lot , which VERY few others would ever do.

WORSE CAR LOT EVER! Had to fix my car before i even made MY FIRST CAR PAYMENT & couldnt even GET NO DISCOUNT OFF MY BILL FOR SPENDING $300 TO FIX IT!! Poor service. They work deals for your down payment, your payments are not reported because of length of time as a business, or something. We were told our payment dates could be changed if our work paydays changed. TOTAL BS. You are not allowed to change them. If there are more than one purchasers, they will only try to get a hold of one of them. After what they say are multiple attempts of trying to reach that person, I received ONE phone call and within 10 minutes, got a call from a reference Green Light needed to talk to my husband. They have terrible customer service and do not hold up to what they say. Make sure you read the fine print if you go there, but I just recommend you dont.
