I went here months back and had a great experience and even wrote a review about how nice Sergio was and how I love my car. I still love my car and after such a great experience and a great car I finally convinced my husband to go down there to them. After being approved online we went this past Saturday and test drove 2 vehicles. What first bothered me was the condition of both vehicles. Nether was in decent condition. The first had bald tires and a brake fluid leaking. The fact of no seat belt in the back seat was extremely upsetting as I dont understand how with a inspection they missed these things! The second vehicle pulled so far to the right the steering wheel jerked out of my husbands hand while our children was in backseat! After these 2 incidents we asked to see a third vehicle and explained the issues and Im not sure why we even bothered to try a third vehicle but did. And the fact that nobody seemed to leave the desk to even come outside and talk to us or even try to make this right by making sure we could test drive a decent running vehicle is not what I expected. Our interactions was being handed keys and asking what was wrong with other vehicles. This was not the experience I had when I went. And I was floored by this! I am absolutely shocked how badly this went Saturday and even more upset about the vehicles that are on the lot. 15k was listing for both vehicles. Im not sure if this was just a bad day for the office but surely it was a embarrassing day for them with the sales department and whoever does their vehicle inspections and services! We then left and went to CarMax which showed us the level of professional courtesy we were expecting from drive time and did not receive. Also not one car on their lot that we test drove ( 4 different ones) had a single thing wrong. Basically exactly what we had expected from drive time based on my previous experience is what we actually got from CarMax. Unfortunately I do not think I can ever recommend anyone going back to drive time again. And its very sad. I love my car and I did have a great experience and always told everyone that they should go there. I will now be giving a reference to CarMax cause they went above and beyond our expectations. Im not sure what is going on with this drive time location but you failed a loyal customer and failed a new customer.

I honestly did not think it would be that easy, but the process was the best and fastest I have ever done. Was not there all day, and my rep was great. He showed me a Nissan Rogue and I drove and loved it so now it sits in my driveway. You also get warranty with your purchase and so much more. I would recommend everyone going there. They report to all 3 credit bureaus if you need help with your credit building. So go by and check them out they are great!!

The salesmen was nice and helpful. But when purchasing a car they all are. Be prepared for high rates and payments if you dont have the best credit or a cosigner. I was quoted almost $500 a month in payment cost. Thats about 1/3 of my income. Didnt go any further than hearing the payment amounts. But you CAN drive off the lot with a vehicle for $500 down THAT DAY if you qualify and everything else.

Our experience was excellent with the Manager. She was so patient (very patient) in finding the right vehicle that we wanted. I have a exact idea what I was looking for and picky but Sheyna didn’t waiver and found our car. In the near future there’s going to be a major need for used vehicles for the computer chips aren’t being made for new vehicles due to lack of materials to make them so used cars are going to be the new hot rage. We didn’t buy due to this; we found that out on Chicago Tribune after the purchase. Don’t go to Dealerships for they are far pricier and the insides are used and abused. Just drive to a local Drive Time dealership and you’ll be very pleased! 😊

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever experienced in my life!! Me and my wife were in need of a new car since our previous vehicle had died on us. We had seen a commercial on TV about Drivetime, so we decided to do some research and get more information about the company. The Company had great reviews on google specifically for the Knoxville location. There is a salesman there by the name of Sergio Pinon who literally owned the whole google reviews page for the Knoxville location. I would say about 90% of the reviews for the Knoxville location was all about Sergio talking about how funny he was, how knowledgeable he was on different makes and models and how he helped customers get into a vehicle when no one else would. There was literally not one negative comment said about Sergio, they were all positive reviews. After reading the reviews, we set out to make an appointment and work with the man who was named Sergio. When we got there we asked for Sergio and he was available to help us. From beginning to end, Sergio had me and my wife laughing on the floor with all his jokes. He gave us pro and cons on every vehicle and was extremely knowledgeable about the car industry as whole. He was extremely detailed and explained finances to us in the simplest of forms that I am sure even a child in grade school would have also understood his explanation, LOL. I can definitely see now why all the reviews were about Sergio on Google. This guy was charismatic, he was friendly and gave me and my wife the best car buying experience I have had in all my 52 yrs. An experience we both will never forget. Out of 5 stars I give Sergio a 10 for being simply awesome. I highly recommend DriveTime If you are needing a car and definitely go see Sergio, you will not regret it, He is truly the man there!!!
