Photos of them returning my car trashed with scratches from auto body. They damaged my 2021 cars interior extensively with what looked like white paint & even left food trash. Never did anything to make it right. Had to leave in it dirty without it being ready for pickup after they claimed it was. Coming back for a simple detail costed me 1/2 tank of gas & 5-6 hours of my time that I wouldve otherwise been at work making $. Offered me nothing extra except the cleaning & acted unkind about it. Youd think theyd have gas cards or prepaid gift cards laying around to give to people with free oil change service coupons or things of that nature to make up for it when service does things like trash peoples brand new car interiors.

Not very good about calling you back.I live over 100 miles away.AC went out on my 2019 Subaru, they diagnosed it Saturday morning and said they did not have the part. They said the part would be in on Monday.No one called me Monday or ever. I called Monday afternoon and left 2 messages with the service advisor and an email. Still no reply. I called again Tuesday and was told that he was not there. I asked if my part had come in and they said it would be in probably Thursday or Friday.No call back Thursday, Friday, Saturday. I called Saturday and the parts department said the part came in Thursday and someone should have called me.Made an appointment and got the car in and repaired. 2 weeks, no AC, Not under warranty and over $800. Not Loving My Subaru at this time. I will find a local mechanic next time, or trade in for a Chevy, Ford, or Dodge which has dealers nearby.

Friendly and helpful staff! Thorough service for specific issues needing addressed; reasonable prices. Two sitting areas for customers while they wait, equipped with outlets for devices, coffee, drink and snack machines. Restrooms are clean, as are the waiting areas. All in all, our 2nd visit to Grayson Hyundai was as good as our first visit 9 years ago.

I only rate this a 3 because I usually have bad experiences when I come to get my subaru serviced but this time I had a different person, Brandon I think, that helped me. He was super easy to vent to and he took care of everything without doubting my claims. If I rated my experience with him Id give it a 5 but my rating is an average of all experiences with their service department. Brandon made me leave happy even though I dumped $800+ into one service and still have to go back to get more. Grayson, if you want people to spend money learn from this guy! He made me excited to dump money into your buisness.

Sales and Service are excellent. The Parts Dept. will not price match other dealerships, so you should google prices from other dealerships and you will find a lower price even with shipping.

I must say this sale department is horrible i connected this dealership June 03,2021 to inquire about a Chevrolet Camaro they had post on there site after confirming the vehicle was still available I explained to the sale guy that I live in Arkansas and requested a purchase order only to be told I must Finance the vehicle through there dealership or in the sale guy words pay with green backs unprofessional is a under statement not sure if they have staff meeting concerning customer service if so it’s a waste of time thank you so much for help me avoid the Pitfalls of a greedy dealership.

Pretty good place. They have a massive garage and a lot of technicians. They did a really good job on rotating my tires, better than any Maine dealer! Car services open at 7:30, and with an appointment you can be in and out quickly.

I want to give it two stars but gave three stars because the service department is always super friendly. I only go in if I need a specific issue looked at. Prices are way high for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Earl Duff is worth the drive if you are actually car shopping.

Told them what I needed over the phone they completely lied over the phone sent me down the road in the worst junk they had on lot the vehicle had major motor issues and no air conditioning both of which I questioned over the phone e and they lied about once we arrived and test drove the GMC Acadia and pointed out there was a major problem with Air conditioning as well as motor they still tried to sale us a OVERPRICED used vehicle still not dependable they will lie to get you here and try to sale you a used car as is with major issues costing thousands of dollars to repair after the purchase of thier over PRICED piece of junk be Careful I would never purchase a used car here

Went to look at a used suv and was told they didnt have the keys. Salesman was pushy to try other vehicles and 2 wouldnt even start and 2 others had check engine lights on. There used car selection is legit junk on all levels.

Very disappointed in the service I received. I brought my car which I purchased here in 2005 to have them do a full check on what needed to be fixed. Got a written estimate and told them to fix it. Got my car back and with in a couple of weeks my car broke down. I have my car towed back to them. I then get a list of things that need to be fixed that wasnt on the original estimate. On top of that they had no loaner cars so I had to pay and extra $300 while playing phone tag with them. All of this and I got no apologies from the manager just told me I had a leak where I didnt have one. Very frustrated with them and feel they didnt do their job appropriately. Letting me drive off with what at first was told to me a leak in the break line to then find out no a leak in my steering. Neither one is good to let someone leave and not acknowledge. I had my car towed to another shop who did an excellent job.

I wanted a budget suv for work. Zeke Coppinger was my salesman. He found me a Kia Soul that was very reasonable. They were able to get me financed with a great interest rate at my credit union when I did not think they could. He went the extra mile that makes me want to do business with them again. I had bought a car from them before and had a great experience then as well. I could not be happier and will continue to do business with them in the future.

Worked with a guy named Jeffery (older), nice guy at first, enjoyed conversation, but after i told him (after doing months of research) the car was over priced by $2000 dollars, to meet me in the middle and drop the price $1000 and i would have bought the car, told me he couldnt do it and sorry for my loss..... later that day, received a phone call from him threatening me to not buy another car and telling me how to do my car shopping lol terrible salesmanship. I couldnt imagine being that salty when i was the one WITH the ego and let a customer who wanted the car.... walk away for $1000 lol dont worry, found a better one just like i told him i would :)

Nothing can beat the care and attention that you receive from Grayson auto. Ive never had a service manager who didnt patronize me but Brandon never does that. He is kind and helpful and I never feel like he is selling me something I dont need. And Brian the sales manager got me exactly what I needed when I was looking for a new car. Not sure if anyone was interested in assisting me. 1st person who saw me when I got out of the car yelled from the porch area if I needed help, he obviously wasnt interested in coming out into the cold to help me, another gentleman came out and talked with me about the differences between some of the used cars I was interested in, and then pointed me to a couple of 2017s still on the lot and said he would get another salesperson to help me.... 10 minutes later, the only salesperson who seemed interested in why I was there, asked if I was being helped (he actually was the first person to ask my name), his name was Brian. He listened, and took the time to get me a info book for the cars I was looking at. He had an uncomfortable exchange while I was standing there, by another salesperson wanting to shake his hand and passed him a folded dollar bill (could not see the amount) when he shook his hand. REALLY!!! Was I the subject of a bet, seems that way if that other salesman took the time to interrupt my conversation and make sure he passed him $$. Brian Brown actually seemed interested in helping me, but that was the only redeeming part of my visit to Grayson Subaru in Knoxville TN. I dont know if it was because I was a woman shopping alone that I was treated this way, but it is 2017 and no longer the good ole boys network. Was I being judged because I didnt start with the new cars, and was looking at used cars? Are the salespeople taking bets on customers? Apparently Brian was the only one interested in my business. So Grayson Subaru, you dont want my business, and my $$ I have to spend is just as green as everyone elses. This is the second time I have left Grayson Subaru with a really bad experience. The first time I called and even emailed and never heard back. You have made it clear you dont want to sell me a car.

I bought my last car here and was very happy with my experience. I worked with Toni in sales, and before that I had emailed back and forth with Seth, the Internet Manager. They were happy to work with me to get me out of my lease early and were very attentive to the type of car I wanted. The two cars I wanted to look at ended up selling right before I got there and right after I drove one, but I knew that was because I hadnt come across my dream car yet. I found the car I wanted with the features I wanted for the right price. Haggling was very minimal and they kept their word.My only negatives are that they ran my credit through 2 credit unions when they were only supposed to run it through one and also that the one car was sold underneath me not giving me a chance to even buy it.

I bought my first Subaru at Grayson Subaru back in 2005, and have owned at least one or more ever since that time. Grayson Subaru, however, has changed. They are no longer personable. You dont feel like they care about your business anymore. There is little effort put into making sure you are treated as a valued customer, so that you will continue to come back.The reason for my poor review stems from the last 3 years of dealing with their service department. Heres an example. We took our Subaru in recently for yet another oil change. This latest visit took 2 1/2 hours. Thats right, 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change and car wash. We werent alone. Many other customers in the lounge experienced the same issue. They were there inordinate amounts of time for simple service. One couple was there for 8 hours for a simple recall that the dealership couldnt get right and had to attempt 3 times. They werent even given a loaner car for the day. Just had to sit and wait.So, our car finally comes out and they tell us with a smile that our car is done and take our $78, then just walk away. Our car isnt washed, which was the reason for the delay apparently. Its filthy, as if someone just drew a wet rag across it in a few places (Ive included a picture for reference). 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and that? This has become the norm in the last several years. The oil change before that was 3 hours, and the one before that was again over 2 hours. Why? I made an appointment, at their requested time. I wasnt a drive in. Why does a scheduled oil change take so long?I called the GM afterwards, a Mr. Jim Viox, to ask why. He wasnt in, but I was assured that he cares, and was told he would call me back soon. This is day 6 and I still havent heard from him. I called to speak to Mr. Grayson next. I was told the same thing...Mr. Viox and Mr. Grayson care about customers and they WILL get back to you. That was 4 days ago. I havent heard from either one and its again, day 6. I have also reached out via email and still have no response either.I love my Subaru quite a bit, but Im seriously considering whether its time to make a change to another vehicle make though. Its just not worth it to sit for 2 1/2 hours for a scheduled oil change from a dealership that no longer values you enough to even talk to you about why their service department is doing so poorly. At any given time during the oil change employees were standing around 3-4 at a time chatting, laughing and having fun. Maybe some need to be cross trained to do a simple oil change?The product is good, but the dealership and service are not. I can no longer recommend this dealership to anyone. If, for some reason, Mr. Viox or Mr. Grayson eventually contacts me and gives me a reason to restore faith in their dealership and service department, I will update. In the meantime, I advise you to steer clear of Grayson Auto Group if you value service as much as you do your vehicle itself.
