We bought a car about a month ago from here. The car wouldnt start this week and we discovered it was an ignition switch problem and the VW dealership quoted us an ungodly price to fix. Easy Way worked with us to help us get it fixed from one of their providers in one day and when we got the car back it was washed and had gas in it. I highly recommend them. If there is a problem they will make it right.

We had a great experience with the our salesman Steve, he was polite and answered all our questions. However in the weeks shortly after purchasing the vehicle, we found that in spite of being told verbally and having paper work provided about the vehicles previous need for repair and the performance of said repairs we found out that they had not been performed. No attempt has been made on the part of the dealership to rectify the situation. We thought we were purchasing a dependable vehicle and less then 1 month after purchase we will be making costly repairs. i Would not recommend the dealership and will not purchase from them again.

After a long day of car searching i came here as a last stop and not only was the staff friendly, they were very honest and helpful. Wont tell you a price until they offer u a payment. Also the website is a lie. If you search for a car that says under 5000.00 you would assume that the price is under 5000. I was just told by law they can put whatever on there.the sales guy was more than rude and argumentative when i pointed out that was why i looked at cars under 5000. He told me that was so he could get people in the office to talk to them. I call that deception. A car listed for under 5000is really sticker priced at 9000....with everything i was just told 14000 for again a car that is listed for under 5000. I would walk first. The red headed man is the rudest car sales man i have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Awful.

We bought our Kia about 4 months ago and had a great experience but over the 4th of July weekend my Sorento made a bad sound in the motor and the check engine light came on. But then it made a pop sound. We dropped it off where I have my repairs for the weekend to wait till Monday. It was checked and found out the motor was bad. My husband called and spoke with Mike Ellis and he worked very hard in helping us getting information about the recall on my car and and directed us to Kia.
