Friendly atmosphere and very helpful (even when they are busy). If ya dont know where something is or if an item is right for your vehicle- ask! The salespeople gladly answer without attitude or being rude.

Broke down near there. We had a bunch of kids with us. They let us hang out inside while our car was getting fixed. Even let us use their tools to do it. Really nice group of people!

I called to see if they had a master cylinder cap for my Dodge Challenger as mine was not keeping a seal. The phone rang and rang and finally a gentleman answered the phone and as I could hear in the background how busy they were, he was very friendly and helpful. He had a couple of sizes in stock so I headed over to match up with my existing. As I entered the store at 10pm it was busy and there was a line. When I finally got to the counter he remembered our phone conversation and knew exactly where the part was for me. He helped me choose the correct one and i was in and out in no time. The gasket fit and all is good. I totally forgot his name but there was only 2 men working and both were very nice. Thanks yall for your hard work and I hope you get some help real soon.👍😁

Cross posted on Yelp..I don’t understand the thought process that goes through their heads here. I came to this location today around 11:40am from Grand Prairie because they had the battery I needed for my BMW. I walk in, 13 people in line. 1 person on register, 2 out looking for parts in the back. One gets finished looking for part, opens register and instead of taking the next person in the main line, she takes the first one closest to her and the line splits. Other person is finished looking for part in back, gets to the register to close out with the guy he was helping. I am standing behind him and when the customer is done, employee leaves me in line without saying a word. I move to the open register of the employee that split the line and when I’m next... she goes to install a battery while I’m at her counter without saying a word to me. Employee that disappeared as well as a new one that wasn’t identified earlier goes outside to help install the battery. I’m left in a line by myself. Main line now has 7 people from 2 separate lines feeding into it while there’s 1 employee looking for parts. Autozone may wanna question the ability of whatever managers on shift right now. Oh and the doorways alarm keeps going off as if someone is stealing something despite nobody walking though it.....

Did not have the keys I needed for duplicates and so I paid triple for the ones they had.

Driving Up to Chicago where it’s cold he seemed concerned and helpful he also helped me fit some hosing for my washer fluid system, and a couple other issues. Very helpful and courteous man. This is a busy location. I went in to find an air filter. I used the book to locate the item #. Looking on the shelf, the item I needed was not there. An employee overheard my frustration and asked if he could help. I told him what I needed and he promptly went to the back and got the filter I needed. I then went to get in line and waited 10+ minutes to get checked out. There was only two individuals working the register and finding parts. The frustrating part was that there were other employees walking around and doing other things, but I guess none of them could help the customers in line check out.

Needed a part, all the employees were actually working and helping customers, I had come from another AutoZone since there are two on the same street, but when it was my turn they were very polite and got what I needed quickly

They close early. Clearly says they stay open until 10 and they closed a good 10 minutes early. They employees just standing in there looking at you dumb. Change your hours or honor your times.

Third AutoZone Ive been to in two days. This one had not a single person that was excited to be here. The lady helping us kept stopping to chat with other employees. The line before we got too her was decently long and they didnt seem to care for the timeliness of getting people out of there.It didnt help that I went to another store first and had the other store call to confirm the part. The employees had no clue of the part not did they even check. This would have been another 1 star review if they would have been missing the part.

I have been left on hold and i never get answer again several times

Frequently, their web site and store inventory say an item is in stock when it is not. Always call the store and ask the clerk to physically check stock before you waste a trip. Check the price you are charged at the register since it often does not match the shelf tag. When this happens to me, only rarely do they honor the shelf price, even when I speak to the manager. Its a good thing OReillys is next door and Advance is across the street. Their clerks seem more knowledgeable about parts and repairs. Autozone seems to have a lot of turnover.

Usually there is no wait at this location, however on this day the wait was too long and when it was time to pay, Im told that they are not taking bank cards or credit as the machines are not working properly. Why not place a sign at the entrance? As many people waited to find their parts and couldnt pay.
