Ive always been taken care of here in Irving, from sales, service, and parts. This location is Customer Service Focused.

Great people, I can not say the same thing about the maintenance department, bunch croocks and the mechanics they never put all the screws back. I went for an oil change and the next day the oil pan guard fell of because they did not put the screws back.

Not really one for going to dealerships for work done on vehicle - but gotta yenna - gotta take care of it.

This is what a modern dealership looks like. I don’t even own a Toyota! I love visiting Toyota of Irving. Each time I visit I see something new. It feels like its its own little world inside with all the extras they offer and how uniquely they’ve set up the showroom.A gift shop, a kids play area, relaxed seating, business workstations, and a great refreshment center that’s CONSTANTLY being cleaned and tidied up. That’s huge for me. I can’t stand seeing spilled coffee and sugar all over the counters. Why? Because inevitably it gets on me and I’m sticky for the rest of the day… Their sales staff is helpful without being pushy and the management team is very lowkey, laid back but clearly knows how to get things done. Kudos to Jereme and his team, I hope you open more dealerships!

You can’t purchase anything with your Apple Pay and the manager santoch doesn’t want to help . It show they take Apple Pay , lady on parts very rude . Didn’t want to call manager again , they are always rude after you purchase from them , I was just trying to buy original parts for my vehicle I purchased here 17 years ago bad services them bad services now

I bought a battery and I dont have my receipt when I bought it, and they say they cant help me give it to me and I pay the difference of what it has been used, I always buy parts there and ago all kinds of service to my car, he says the boy who works there if I dont have the right thing that he cant do anything, and of everything Ive bought if he goes out on his system but the battery doesnt come out anything, thats why Im not going to buy anything there and no service either , I better go to grape vine or toyota from Dallas ............
