Waited for an hour for a tire change, just for them to tell me they didnt have the right tools to remove my lug nuts. Ive been to a few walmarts in other states to have my tires changed and have never been told they didnt have the right sized tool for the job.The associates were nice and helpful otherwise.

I had a flat tire. The technician pumped air in the tire, and tried to check the leakage without removing the tire from the car and said its all good even after I showed him that the car sensor was showing depleting air levels. Finally I had to go somewhere else to repair my flat tire where they mentioned it was indeed a screw responsible for the flat!

Amazing service. Due to COVID, they need you to make an appointment beforehand. I ended up walking in and the guy helped me find the next day appointment. Very professional, checked all boxes and made sure the work was done correctly. Would recommend!

Unbelievable they just told me at 6:20pm they can’t fix my tire because they had to close now and no reason order by the supervisor or whatever!

If I could give 0 stars I would.. went for a simple tire installation! Bought tires online. Was told walmart was good because tires comes with road hazard warranty! Wrong! Apparently you only get that if you order tires in store which makes no sense because the tires werent in stock and I wouldve had to come back for appointment anyways! So walmart and walmart.com dont honor the same thing! Makes no sense at all. In addition to that I had to go get my own tires from pickup in front of store which they didnt have ready! So once they finally located the tires from the back it then took the technician almost 2 hours to do a simple instillation! Dont get your tires here! Discount tire is much quicker and better service! Walmart couldve gained a customer but I will not be buying anything from Walmart. I work in customer service and sales and refuse to receive bad service from any person or establishment.

The worst! No matter what you take your car in for the guy says its gonna be a 4 hour wait. And he means it. I waited 4 hours exactly to get new tires put on my car. They dont have enough help and the help they have seems disgruntled. I dont know if they are overworked or lazy. Hard to tell. They dont get in any hurry though...thats for sure.

I couldnt find a filtered water bottle at a decent price. The one here was $40 and at target its $16

Today My husband went to get 4 new tires. They tried to charge him for a special valve stem they didnt use.. he watched them. Then they put the hubcaps on the wrong way. So he was there over 2 hrs. Received his money back he was over charged. The tires look good now but you better know whats being done to your vehicles.

The worst service ever. I bought 3 tires for my car is supposed, I paid for balancing. I dont know what happened but my car had a strong vibration after mounting the new tires. Walmart never fixed my car. I went to fix my car at the dealer.

Marcus was super nice and accommodating he really helped out with my vehicle. I needed the tires checked because my light kept staying on and he found it was actually a bad censor I got it fixed up. Thanks so much Marcus!!!

Honestly very upset with this location. Bought a whole set of tires with warranties. The very next morning my rear left tire is flat. Was told if I had any flats or complications I could go to Walmart without prior appointments, Turns out you have to set an appointment for emergencies like Im able to control destiny. Its not even same day appointment they scheduled for the next morning. Not only did I miss work today. Im also going to have miss it tomorrow. Thanks walmart.

Very long wait to get my tires. Other than that everything was good. Be prepared to spend some time getting tires, bringing another vehicle or ride along is not a bad idea.

One guy wouldnt help. Said company policy would not let him recommend another battery than the one the company said was it. Other guy that came out was great. You could see he was having a bad day,but just kept smiling through it all.

Staff does not effectively acknowledge customers. I waited for over 15 mins for technicians that were not busy at all to help me when I drove up.

Auto care center is open but they can’t do work with only one employee apparently, so they are effectively closed. Really poor management, recommend avoiding this location.

Goofballs couldnt open my hood! Called and said I would have to return to location and open it if I wanted my oil changed. I told them forget about it, thank goodness they didnt get it open. Scary to think what might happen if they did.

I was just traveling and needed my bolts tightened and a nice lady from the auto center kindly took care me at no charge! It is some nice people in this world!

Opening time says 8 am but its already 8:55 am and the place is not opened yet. If the workers are off or the place could not open until late, why to put wrong information and make customers wait forever? I hate this place. I am waiting since last hour for them to open tire center and to service my car. But, yet no luck. Place a big notice outside the shop saying you are closed for some reasons. Dont waste our time.

Sooo slow. The guy at the reception said they really busy. That it take 1 to 2 hours to change my oil. It wasnt busy at all. They walk around taking their time dont care. They are really really slow. Wont recommend any one to come here. I definitely wont come back.

Horrible customer service, they wont tell you the right approximate time, after waitting 2 hours they still not sure how long it ll take to get my car, this is just to change 2 tires. Took 1 1/2 to replace a popped tire. Didnt even ask them to put the thing on the car, just put on the new tire and balance it. Ended up costing 85 bucks. Go to a real shop. Walmart quality.

I just entered, checked out and exited from automotive dept, you can never get anyone in sporting goods. The fella at the counter was friendly and busier than a one legged man at a butt kicking contest, but still faster than going through the front of the store.

This is the worst service Ive ever received from an auto center. I was completely ignored. I had to hunt someone down for assistance in purchasing a car battery. When I found everyone that was working in this area, they were all standing around talking to each other while there were customers waiting. And on top of that, they had an attitude with me when I politely asked for assistance. To make things worse, I had to wait a very long time for them to get to my car. With all the employees hanging out back here, there was only one person working on the cars. I will never come back for auto services no matter how great the prices. I recommend that everyone go somewhere else for their auto care needs.

I cant say enough about the automotive center at the store these guys went out of their way to help me get out and back on the road when my tires went crazy they actually stayed over to help me these guys deserve a raise and this department in Midland is the best one Ive ever been to Great mechanics friendly wonderful staff must go to.

I would say the experience as a customer was pretty smooth without much obstructions. The associates were helpful and communicated professionally.

I went late so I was pretty much in and out with an hour. The service was quick the folks were friendly.

Unfriendly people!I took a position in the waiting line and a black guy rudly and harshly tried to back me up and take care of the other cars!

I wish I could give them no stars. I went because I needed a tire repair. The guy at the reception took forever to check me into system, saying it was time for his break. I stood waiting for someone about ten mintues. Next, they took almost two hours to fix my tire, and still it wasnt fixed. I had to go back to work otherwise, I would complained again again to the manager. I got home and saw that the nail was still in there. I decided to take it to a discount tire place and they found a staple and two nails in my tire! This place was supposed to take those out but did nothing. I wont be returning ever! I dont usually leave bad ratings but this was a terrible experience.

Needed a special battery for my wifes car. they had it and got it for me and I was out of there in 15-20 minutes. great service

Check my WalMart battery..was here at 7am no one there walked to front of auto center waited additional 10 minutes finally rep appeared tested my battery was faulty exchanged for a new one however the auto service manager must be there with a key to approve the battery exchange w/o a charge after another hour wait manager appears..need to have assistant mgr with a key for this

Worst service ever. I went there to check my battery, cz, my car was having problem to start. They told after an hour they are gonna tell me whats the problem of that. I came more than an hour later, they told me I have a problem with the starter, but my car was starting, it just needed a jump start. So, they tested my battery again, it was showing charge need for battery, after that, they tried to start the car several times, with their bad starting power thing or the Auxiliary starter. My car was clicking, but they were pushing it again and again, to start my car and flame was coming from the battery,, I had stop them. And my battery was a Walmart battery, so, they had to give me replacement or credit, since they was problem with the battery, they didnt gave me that and they had me on waiting, due to all uncertainty, I had to ask a guy to help me jump start my car and I left that place wasting 3 hours of time. Really bad place to take your car, they dont know anything about cars, theyre gonna mess up your car. Dont take your car over there.Stay away. Take your car to a good place where people knows about cars.

Got off of work and found that I have a flat tire. Took it to the Walmart Auto Center in Irving, Tx and they took care of my problem quickly and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

This by far the worst walmart auto tire store the guy told me hr half for oil change took 3 half hrs. And had them redo my oil because they put wrong oil type in. Dont go here.

Worst customer service. Employees are here not to work rather just to have fun. Very slow work. Had to wait 3 hrs just for 1 tyre change. They don’t follow first come first serve system. Estimated wait time was 1 hr. Never coming back to this place again. Their excuse is they are in short of workers. If you guys dont have workers please shut down the place dont waste your and your customers time.

Absolutely horrible, called them ahead of time to confirm they had what I needed. They took my car into the bay kept me waiting for one and a half hours then called me and said they did not have the tires in stock for my car. Went down the street to discount tire and was out the door in less than 20 minutes. Bless you discount tire...to walmart at 4100 w airport freeway in irving tx get your crap together and hire a staff that actually gives a crap about there jobs. In case you havent noticed white people are the minority now.

They literally spent 3 hours.... T-H-R-E-E Hours doing a simple oil change. I was second in line and they said it would take 1 1/2 hrs, which seemed very odd but thought hey maybe theyre understaff. Nope there was 4 on duty and 95% of the time they were on their cellphones. Never have i done a review but this time it seemed as it was needed. An oil change takes about 20 minutes max, maybe 40 minutes if you have no idea what youre doing. Moral of the story avoid the auto department if possible. P.S couldnt give it 0 stars otherwise i would, so dont think im being generous.

Everytime I come to this Walmart the workers in the tire and lube are never ready to work at 7am. Today I get here at 6:55am and at 7am they had not opened the doors. Walks up too the door and a worker say am waiting on a manager . IF THE WORKERS OR MANAGERS CANT GET HERE AT 7AM AND READY TO WORK AT 7AM MAYBE THE HOURS SHOULD CHANGE.

They dont have the tires I needed in stock and their order still havent delivered and its three weeks already.

I paid extra for a full synthetic oil change and they filled it with regular oil. Thanks for robbing me.

As a single girl its hard to find mechanics who dont try and pull one over on me. They end up suggesting the most expensive services. These guys didnt do this and in fact went the extra mile to help me. I only take my car for oil changes here.
