I wouldn’t recommend this place thanks to NATE. Mr. Devon or devyn was great with my wife’s purchase but not for me when I got my car. On the first day I took my car home I noticed the camera for the turning Right signal wasn’t working. Had to take the back to get it fixed. One of the mechanics told me that it look like the car had suffered some damage to the door because it had already aftermarket things but the carfax didn’t show anything. With that already I’m not happy with the purchase. So I thought theyll work something out for me but did nothing. I told them I was Interested in another car and Nate said he was gna submit it in but I didn’t know he went a credit application, I thought he meant he was going to tell the GSM but nope, because of that they hit my credit score 3 times in one day. I wanted to cancel everything but according to Nate, it was too late. They lacked communication between mechanic, salesman, and GSM. Again, I’m not happy with the purchase, take it back!

I had very bad experience with them. They send me offer when I requested a quote from the truecar. I received a phone call from them and I requested to send out the door price. They sent me details over text and confirmed price on the phone as well. I went to dealership that evening and they did not honor price they sent me over email and text. Instead they totally denied the fact that they sent me price over email/text. When I showed them details their answer was they have internet helpdesk and guy that sent me the price must be smoking something. They did not even apologies on what happened instead they were very rude on me and my friend. I will never go to this dealership again.

I absolutely hate buying a car, it feels like you get raked over the coals every time. I attempted to buy a car for two weeks online, spent a Saturday at 2 different dealerships, and was basically at the point to say screw it, I am not buying a car. Emailed Robert Parra at this Honda Dealership, he emailed me an offer (less than any others we received/haggled for), we accepted. Wanted the 1.9% financing, no add-ons, and no hassles. Showed up the next day after work to pick it up. It was ready, it was clean, gassed up, and was exactly as we were told. Went to his desk, pulled our folder, numbers were the same. Went to financing, 1.9%, no hassle, out the door we went. Took less than an hour. Honestly, the best and easiest experience we have had. I feel like we got a good and fair deal and do not feel like we were taken for a ride. Robert Parra was really great to deal with and I appreciate his honesty and ethics.

If you go to McDavid Honda in Irving, ask for Robert Parra. He was one of the best sales consultants Ive ever encountered at a dealership. Transparent, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgable.He and his director worked with me to get the car I wanted, at the price that worked for me. This dealership, especially Robert Parra and his director, were a pleasure to work with. They treated me like family, and went above and beyond for me as a customer. Highly recommend.

I took my car in for oil change, tire rotation and to add Resistall to my car. I was called a liar by one of the service guys. I purchased 3 new Hondas the 1st week of January. One purchased at another dealership, where I wasnt offered the Resistall product. I did purchase with other two cars and my daughter said dad you put it on your car instead. I told him what I had done and instead of investigating or asking further questions, he told my true service person I think he is lying. I explained it to my service person and she looked into it. She found what I was saying to he true. He asked for a receipt and I told him I didnt have a receipt in my possession from January. From this day forward I wont take either of the three cars there for service. I hate being called a liar!
