This place is a total rip off. First off they don’t let u touch the clip on extensions and on top of that the quality of hair they sell is probably worst then ebay. Please stay away from this place.

I love this place! The owner is so generous and kind. I saw some negative comments and was skeptical but my personal experience is great. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and they simply asked if I needed anything with kind smiles and as well as being attentive. I really appreciate the great service. Definitely recommend! Store carries a huge selection of items, and the owners are constantly up-to-date with the newest products and hair. Must mention that there is a ten percent discount when using cash, and the people here are always so willing to help. Owners, and most of the employees for the matter, are from Korea, so their speaking or use of English may not be the best, but could tell that they are extremely kind and willing to help. Love love love this store.

They dont take care of their display wigs. Watch you like a hawk. The only thing I like is their $9.99 wigs. They are good for a night out or special event; dont wear longer than two weeks.

The workers greet u as soon as you come in. They do not watch you while you shop but ask if you need help. Then they continue on what they were doing. They have a lot of the kids product line and when they carry a product they have everything that comes with it. They have sale on wigs and they were pretty. Nice small go to store.

Great products and clearance wig selection! Oh, & love the fact that you get a 10% discount on certain regular priced items if you pay cash! So just make sure you mention it to them though to make sure, on the items youve selected. Ive never had a bad experience here. They are helpful and friendly.

This is my go-to hair care spot! The owner and workers are always helpful, and I love that they give a discount to for cash.

I typically have no issues here except if the Asian woman is there. She has a tendency to watch you like a hawk and had the audacity to check the box my Durag was in most likely to make sure I didnt have another one stuffed inside SMH. I prefer to deal with her husband compared to her.

The prices for hair and stuff are so inflated. Their crochet prices have gone up way too much... and they profile black people. Literally can’t relax and browse for too long without being accused of shoplifting. I prefer Obsidian Beauty Supply or Epitome Beauty supply.

Depending on when you go, what time, you can find some helpful people here, other times, not so much, they don’t even try to find what it is you need

I they have freetress water wave in colors. I have called all over southwest, west and northwest looking for ombre blue or 27/613. Had to drive but got the color I wanted. The store is clean and stocked.

Recently on my usual visit, I was searching for a new hair color and one of the nice ladies helped refer me to the NEW KISS TINTATION hair color and it was amazing ! I called in asking for a lace front wig for a family member of mine. When I asked if she had it in stock. She says I told you already we have the wig Someone must have called in before me about the wig but regardless thats no way to talk to your customers she also refused to give price over the phone just nasty attitude all around. I will find a new shop.

These stores have a terrible no exchange or return policy. The lady stood in front of me and just FaceTime with someone while I waited to be helped.

I have been going to this beauty supply for over 8 years im usually in and out but recently my mom brought a ponytail she realized it was the wrong color and brought it back with the receipt the next day to exchange for her color and they told her no i will never go or recommend this beauty supply they watch people of color as if they all steal
