I can’t thank Laura enough for making sure I was flawless for my 40th birthday party. I came in someone else who was suppose to do my make up flaked on me the night before. I walked in at 5 pm and explained my situation and what I wanted to accomplish. Not only did she give me the look I was looking for she even convinced me to try a different kind of lash and lip gloss. I received so many compliments at my party I made sure I passed Laura’s name and me location to everyone who asked.

I went in to get my brows and lashes done and the young lady did a beautiful job on me. I didn’t know that they provide these services for free I was shocked. I did buy something and tip the young lady only because I felt it was only right as she did a wonderful job and was so sweet. On my way back now to have them done again!

Im a guy, so my concept of makeup is seriously lacking, but I know for a fact that this stuff goes forever. Its a little expensive, but its so long lasting that it works. The ladies who work there are awesome to put up with a goofy country guy, like me, while helping my wife and other shoppers too.

Tina was awesome! I dont not wear makeup often nor do I know the basics very well...well I can at least do foundation, eyeliner, mascra. She took the time to explain everything and show me how to get started.

I love this store, I love it more on a weekday. Why? It is not crazy busy. The folks here are very helpful and will assist you with anything you may want. Want a make over? Call ahead. I dont really advise coming here on a weekend afternoon, during prom season, or any other time when you think a place like this will be overly busy. There is limited parking. Great products and wonderful folks make for a great experience.

Omg! This was my first time ever buying mac makeup. The rep was so nice. She explaned how to apply my make up. The other rep wax nice too. I loved her butterfly tattoo. I spent $225 and it was well worth it.

This is a Pro store so their selection is great, artists wont help much with your questions it seems like theyre always rushing and trying to get everything else done rather than take some time to ask if you need help or even help you when you as a costumer ask for assistance.

Very nice store; Great customer service; the person that waited on me, did two of us at one time. She even knew my foundation color just by looking. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes; the other person was out before me. Free parking garage near by.

This place is HORRENDOUS , BUT specially THE FAT MANAGER I not happy with macs people. they were so ugly with me. The manager the fat lady discriminate me. I WENT TO buy a pencil and the gay who help me . He give me wrong color so I return to change The fat manager refuse to exchange. And the sales person told me I don remember sorry I cant exchange. I BEEN BUYING FOR 15 YEAR MAC. also GIRLS IN MY FAMILY BUY IN MAC But no more. They have work because I bought there, but no more MAC The FAT MANAGER think that because I am Mexican I cant afford Mac?

This MAC establishment is horrendous. I have never seen anything in retail like it. I was there about 2 weeks ago looking for some new colors for the holidays, I was interested in lipstick, lipliners and lip gloss as well as some new eyeshadows, I walked in with my boyfriend and asked the girl who was leaning against the fixtures if she could help me find some lip color. She rolled her eyes and said yeah so I showed her some examples of which ones I liked. She was leaning and was dropping lipsticks on the counter all over the place. I asked her to show me a liner to match a lipstick and she said that wont look right on you. I thought she was kidding, because who would actually say that to a paying customer? Another employee came up to her and they started talking about plans for the holidays meanwhile I am standing there just listening to their entire conversation about meaningless things. The girl who was helping me left to go on a lunch break in the middle of helping me and passed me off to the girl she was talking to. I could not believe the lack of customer service. And the lack of enthusiasm for a potential sale. I wont be back....ever. Horrible experience. You cant be rude to customers if you work in retail.........

This may be my favorite MAC store, knowledgeable staff, on trend artist and exceptional customer service.

The so called manager was rude and there was no customers so its not like they were busy for her to have attitude I tried to return some make up that was given in the wrong color but i wanted a refund since I was going to a different mac as i left unsatisfied. The manager could only do store credit, i didnt understand why if i had my receipt. Left unsatisfied.

By far the worst experience I have ever had in a retail environment. I have never been treated with so much disrespect by such a disgusting employee whose main focus should be customer service. Shayna or Shaena or Shanea is the worst representation of this brand and I will never shop with this company again. I came in for a simple exchange, and to spend extra money there, to stock up on new make up for the new year. I was instead met with hostility and discrimination for the fact that I asked to exchange my products that were given to me as a gift. She raised her voice, rolled her eyes, became very aggressive, and humiliated me in public. Told me that she probably cant exchange it and gave me the impression that she thought it was stolen since I didnt have a receipt. I had to walk out because of how obviously embarrassed and shocked I was by her behavior. Why would I have a receipt if it was a gift, and I didnt want to return it but to simply exchange for more product than the lipstick was worth? Its funny, since the only reason I came to this store was because my friend who brought me had just made an exchange there a month ago with no receipt and no problem. So why was I treated completely different? I was absolutely discriminated against, and this is the worst representation of a brand that I have ever seen for a company. It is appalling that MAC cosmetics would let a person like this work for them and shocking that the manager was in the store leaning on a counter talking to another employee the entire time completely disinterested in calming the situation. I went next door to Sephora to stock up on my cosmetics where the employees were 10 times more courteous and believe in a little something called CUSTOMER SERVICE.
