Found this beauty supply store by accident but so glad I did.. they have everything I was looking for and more. The sales young lady that asked if I was finding everything ok was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. There was Security in there and they along with front checkout people were pleasant too! All around great experience and needless to say.. they have a new customer in me.

I can always count on them to have my favorite eye liner. There needs to be an increase in the variety of braiding hair. More colors and types are needed.

Huge selection of great quality wigs to choose from! There are so many styles, lengths, and colors. Its super easy to find one that works for you. Will be going back!

This is 1 of my favorite hair stores. They always have a variety of wigs, hair, and really whatever your looking for. I purchased a lace front and the floor attendant offered to cut it for free. I definitely had to give her a tip.

It was our first time there and we (son, daughter and myself) were blown away! Very friendly service and so many options for hair, plus other items. We will definitely be back. This will be our go to from now on. I drove over an hour to get there and will happily do it again and again. 😁

The Mexican guy that is a manager or who ever he is , is completely rude ! . Came in for a closure and was completely rushing us. The whole process literally took 5 min. Didn’t ask which pattern we were looking for or anything . Very rude , if you don’t like your job just quit , simple as that. My sister also recently bought a human wig from here and it tangled 2 weeks later and of course everything is final sale . They lie about the quality of hair they have and over price everything. Please don’t invest your money in this store for hair , anything else is ok . I warned you lol

Product I was looking for was not available but there were plenty of alternative options. Cashier was friendly and gracious. I will go back and also recommend.

Every time I go here Miguel is always there and such a big help! He’s so sweet and kind and he’s very quick and always makes himself available to assist from wigs to braiding hair and the smaller items he’s very knowledgeable of the products sold. This is the only beauty supply I go to now. He’s so great!

Uncomfortable. Cant even shops with out being followed.i understand trying to keep everything to sell. But if you are going to f follow me at least let me have something in my hand to give you a reason to follow me.

I think this beauty supply store is pretty amazing! Very big, so many choices of everything to choose from. Even better if they dont have what your looking for there other store literally down the street they will call for you to see if their other store has what your looking for. The manager there is very friendly & always greets me so warmly when my mom & I visit the store! A must visit for any & everyone to visit.

Customer service was good and the store was decent. The wigs was organized well but the prices were high on wigs for $55 should have been $35.

The staff were super sweet and helpful. Even though they didnt have what I was looking for in particular I will be back. Their selection is HUGE! Loved my experience here.

This is the largest beauty supply Im aware of in Houston TX. It has the largest variety of hair, wigs, hair care, cosmetics and other beauty supplies. They also sell some clothes, hats, shoes, and lots of nice jewelry.Sometimes its challenging to find someone to help when you need it out on the floor. Ive been going here for 9 years and its been a constant turnover of employees and they dont wear a uniform or name tags so you dont know who works there and theyre just blending in with everyone else. Other than that, its the best one stop shop for me.

Great experience. No issues I came and was able to buy everything I wanted except one product.. They were out of the Difeel Peppermint oil.. But I was able to get the other three ..Jojoba, Aragan and Coconut!

My experience could have been better. Some things are DEFINITLY overpriced. Customer service (from the person who appears to be a manager) just OK. Will keep looking for a better place to purchase my beauty products.

This is my go to stop for hair products and accessories. They have a really large selection of products and they even take request to order something you use often. The staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are pretty average. I love all the different texture and color options they have for weave.

I can always find a good sale on some everyday wings for $7 & $10.

Have a Very Big Selection of Products with Great Prices. Sometimes Im indecisive, so it takes me a minute to figure out what I want to buy. Im just pleased they dont follow me around like Im going to steal something or Ask if they can help me with something 100 times. I can take my time and shop without the hassle. Staff are friendly as well. I really like this location.

Great selection of natural hair products but they wigs weak.......

Star was so awesome! She helped me pick out different wig options that would work for me and gave honest opinions. She also applied the wig and was careful and gentle about it. She was completely nice and sweet throughout the process. She definitely made this trip here a lot smoother and easier than I anticipated walking in here. Thanks girl! :)

I purchased here frequently, until two nights ago. I came in looking for a lace they could not find, or was out of stock. I ended up buying an alternative, which was not my first choice and because management was telling me they were about to close. When I tried to exchange it the following day , they pointed out a no return policy. I had not even opened the package!I decided at that point, I would not go back. I felt as though they could have made an exception due to my being a frequent customer. Its not always about the product, but the service. I will now spend my dollars elsewhere.. Be warned!!

Its a very nice place ,its very big its got just about everything you can think of and beauty products as well as some purses, some shoes ,all types of makeup and jewelry . mean its like a Alice in Wonderland place You really get excited knowing youre going there and and all the stuff they have and guess what? they dont follow you around like Inspector Gadget they kind of pretty much leave you alone in the store you look for what you want if you want assistance you really have to look for them you know ,so I like this place I give it a five-star!

This place is a walmart for hair product. I live in San Antonio. Finding somewhere that has more than one option for curly-haired people (especially men) is damn near impossible. This place had all kinds of products for me that didnt make my hair smell like strawberries or roses. Not that I have anything against strawberries or roses, but I enjoy the earthy smells.They had it all!

Friendly and helpful staff. I was looking for peppermint oil and a staffer helped me with that and a few other things. Great place and I have never had to wait long. The staff doesnt follow you around, they allow you to shop. I will visit Beauty Empire again.

My nails were done correctly but the technician was rude. I know that if Im spending my money somewhere then I have an expectation of at least good customer service.

I went there specifically to buy crochet hair to do my hair for my upcoming vacation. The manager just so happened to walk pass the aisle I was on and I inquired if there were any other darker shades in stock that werent on display and he said no that what was out thats all they have at that time. He did offer to call the other store for me and found out that they did indeed have other selections of color in the brand of crochet hair I was intrigued with that really caught my eye. I told him thank you and preceded to leave and go to the other location. But low and behold as I was about to exit the parking lot unbeknown to me a UPS truck just made a delivery and it was of the style and color that I wanted. The manager flagged me down in the parking lot and I saw him waving but I was thinking I dropped something and I backed my car up and headed back in his direction to see what could be that I thought I may have forgotten or something. He graciously filled me in on the good news of the new arrival of what I was looking for in the store. I returned back to the store with him and he opened up the box and I was so happy, I told him thank you so much more than a few times and that really made my day. I made my purchase and thanked him once again for all his help and overwhelmingly dedication to customer service. So Thank you so much for making everything go smooth for me today.

I was amazed buy the selection of hair. Im in love with this store. I highly recommend this place. The went above and beyond the call of dutie to get what i wanted. I was very satisfied.

This is one of my favorite beauty supply stores. I never leave here empty handed! They also give out these cards that allow you to get a discount added to them on every purchase and i was able to save $10.00 on my last purchase.

They have EVERYTHING here! I brought my stepdaughters in for a few items and walked out with somethings for myself. Its been a while since I visited any beauty supply store and this one has always been one of the best that I come to when I need to.

When I visited a couple days ago I saw a board with a lot of people I guess that had shoplifted ans it was a big turn off. All the people were black and I felt like the were watching me. I DONT STEAL but yht made me uncomfortable so I left and didnt get anything.

Courteous, knowledgeable and helpful staff. There is another location close by so make sure you are going to the correct one as Im told there are a few items that one may have that the other may not. If that is the case however, they totally offer to go pick that item up from the other nearbyblocation.

This place has a lot of products you need for your hair, and the customer service is always great. I have several beauty supplies in my area, but I prefer to drive here.

People working there are very off putting. Big store lots of hair, makeup and product selection. Prices slightly cheaper than other beauty supply store but the men working there make me not want to return or spend my money there.

Like that they have a lot of options, but the service is lacking. Sometimes it feels like you are bothering them if you ask for assistance. Maybe its just me, but I feel if you work in this type of store you should know the latest trends. You should ate least have an idea.

This is my place to go for hair stuff. They also have a reward card where you can get points and redeem later. Prices are decent and they have a wide variety of selections and people in store to help look for items.

The hispanic girl that helped to me did not know what she was talking about, they do not offer half a bag in any long hair or good brands at all. She did not have an answer to any of my questions and I have been buying track hair and making my own clip in extensions for over 10 years, so I will definitely go right back down the street to the other supply place that I have always gone to where they are knowledgeable on every brand that they carry and although it is a much smaller store they have a way better selection and offer half a bag even on there most expensive here. Not impressed at all was a complete waste of time and just cause me to get frustrated
