I did really like this place as an option but they change their prices all of the time depending on who you check out with. I even asked if I could prove with my past receipt & the cashier said it doesn’t matter the price is what he says it is. I understand small businesses can set the price but a $3-$5 difference for each item when I’m buying bulk really makes a huge difference.

They have a lot of pretty things and I love this place for beginners but I don’t like that tax was 5.48 cents that was the only thing that disturbed me otherwise it was really good

Drove from New Orleans to visit nail supply stores for wholesale .. I was hoping to find furniture this store was definitely not it.. store is very limited on both costumer service and productsSuch as nail art and furniture .. the few nail art items were overPriced .. I visited the 4 nail supplyStores on this block and this one and two more were the worse in costumer service .. besides that arriving at 9 am the store still was not opened we returned at 10am to find the store with two employees who seemed upset with us being in there .. me and my husband felt very unwelcome and seemed like they’ didn’t want us in there I purchased two little items and got my self out of there ! I would highly recommend Sams Nail supply a block before this one all the same basic itemsFor pedicure and manicure needs with great welcoming costumer service and unbeatable prices

Hands down my favorite nail supply store in the area! They have very competitive pricing and the staff does their absolute best to help you out. I have been to this store several time and I always find amazing products. They are also very competitive because of their hours. Staying open until 7 is very helpful for those who work 9-5 and can’t make it to a place that closes at 6pm. If I could suggest one thing it would be for the store to look into selling Japanese soft/ hard gels. They are picking up in popularity and would a great selling point.I appreciate the quality products and wonderful customer service! I will always recommend your store to others!

Favorite nail supply store. Employees are kind and willing to help. Price are fair and carry a variety of supplies,unlike other stores that dont offer stickers ,rhinestones etc. Thank you new maxim !

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!.. Ive been here 4x since last weekend till 2day, which it is now Wednesday..😂..Theyre very very pleasant & welcoming with great personalities which is great after walking out on 1 other place & barely shopping @ another within the area & they were very dry, unwelcoming, and unhelpful..Theyre very helpful here, as they go that xtra mile that we beginners need.. The sweet lady even did a live demonstration @ her table in the back after I just wasnt grasping the explanation..They give Lil thanks for coming gifts which is a sweet surprise.. Ill continue coming here 1st & I fully recommend it as well..🥰

I love this place. I started coming here when they first opened and didn’t have much but now they have an abundance and of products for beginners and advance nail techs. Customer service is always good here and so are the prices. I highly recommend.

Place was ok. Was told i needed to spend $20 to use card. I asked the price on some nail foils and was told they were possibly a dollar. Then at the register was told it was two dollars. So I asked the lady at the register to please remove one out of the 3 I had originally gotten. She then said something in her language to a coworker which somehow felt a little sneaky to me. She then ran my card while still charging for all 3 foils. It felt like she tried to make me sign the receipt quick before I noticed. She did refund me once I told her about it. She then gave me two pennies for tax. The prices were okay. Not the cheapest on Bellaire but they did have nice nail accessories (foils, stickers, butterflies). It could be possibly me assuming the worst that I was purposely trying to be overcharged for some extra dollars, but again this is me assuming from my experience here.Responding to the response, I never said $20 was MY limit. An employee was the one who said I had to spend $20 to use my card. Please do not lie on here. Goodluck with your business and stay safe as well.

My friend Cindy and I visited this Nail supply and was helped so much by Johnny Nguyen. He was so knowledgeable, kind, courteous and helpful. He answered all our questions and recommended the best products for beginners. He did not try to over sale us. I highly recommend this Nail Supply place if anyone is looking for supplies especially if you are a beginner doing your own nails like I am at home and when you go ask for Johnny and you would not be disappointed.

Rude, horrible customer service.

Just went here and the sales lady asked if she could help me then turned around to talk and joke around with someone else While I stood there confused then a few mins later she asked if I needed help again..and there was a man next to me who said he’s been waiting before I came to be helped too. Anyway I told her what I needed and she didn’t even tell me where to go get it she just kind of gestures me to an area where it was kinda messy and I had to find it myself. Annoying.

Very rude. Called and asked if they have a UV sterilizer machine and the guy refused to tell me whether or not they have it. He mocked me and imitated my voice. Told me to come see and I asked if theyre sure they have it because I was told by another place they did, drove half an hour only for them to say no. Then he just hung up on me.

Asked one of the owners a question and she went off on me because of something illegal

As soon as I walked in and was approached by a very rude employee. She’s proceeded to tell me in order for me to purchase any products I would have to buy the entire rack. She then went on stating that we aren’t able to buy one or two things because they are wholesale. Very unwelcoming and stertypical! Throw the entire establishment away including the personnel on duty!

Lady in the front is super rude, unnattentive and sometimes I felt like she unwilling to help me. As a paying customer I will not come back to support this business.
