I went there because of a circular ad for 3 twelve packs of Coke for $10. I went and found the Cokes. No sign mentioning prices/sale. Carried the 3 Twelve packs to the counter as there were no carts. While in line, I was asked for money by a person. To the stores credit, a manager saw it and removed that person. Overall, their prices are pretty good. However, I did see a few empty shelves. Would I return? Probably not as I was also asked for money in the parking lot and when I told the woman no, she exposed he breasts to which I also said no and left.

Just close it down or hire a bunch of new people and managers who would keep this store establishment running correctly smooth and clean! I would consider a descent pay structure and people who really need a job.

Very cheap and nice staff

I used to come here a lot. Until their membership machine started to act up. Just for a couple of dollars off. It took over 5 minutes to register my membership number. They wouldnt open another cash registers. After this happened twice, I cancelled membership online and never came back.

Good African food sold here!

Great prices on staples like paper towels and toilet paper. Periodically they have my Folgers coffee and Kingsford charcoal on sale. I recently saw really bathmats.

Not sure what the issue is, but they need to hire people. I see the same one guy everytime and maybe another person. And the one guy is usually trying to guard the door in an effort to prevent theft.So with only two employees, theres no way they can attend to the store, check out customers, AND execute loss prevention. They need workers here. The store is always a wreck because they dont have enough staff.

Lack of staffs on the floor. Hearing mutiple time customer yelling out for help. An individual was shoplifting beers and a customer brought the attention to one of the staff. His reply was like, oh okay. Seconds later another staff after listening in the incident, she say its time for break. Overall pretty large store. Many items I see at this store that I havent seen at another Dollar General. However the sense of security was intense. I didnt feel safe taking my time to look at everything. I constantly sending message to my sis from time to time let her know Im still in the store. I told her next time I wont be going alone. The checkout and customer service was poor experience. People working there seems like they really dont want to be there. I was at cashier ready to check out and have asked cashier on pricing of one item I didnt see price. He just shake and nod his head. Tap the price screen instead of telling me the price. Lol. Alright. Im out.

I pulled up to the Dollar General at this location at 9:00 a.m. the store is not open. I saw a man go inside right when I was pulling in this location should be open at 8:00 a.m. what is going on?

Terrible, filthy no organization, boxes still in the aisle to be stocked. Other shelves total destroyed stuff everywhere. My app would not work. I did not get coupons for anything no one seemed to care. I deleted my app and DG Will not get a penny from me. Done with this store. Do not go

They are still open but shelves are stocked thin and prices are higher than expected.

The cashier was very nice. I was able to get in and get out quickly which is something I really appreciate. I also appreciate the cashier for paying attention to who is next in line. She politely asked for the next customer in line when another lady tried to cut the line.

They got rid of their old shelves and got new shelves and the store looks great! now they can move a little bit faster on clearing the line

The problem with this location is called A real MESS so disorganized.

This location is a centralized location from where I reside. I can always find what Im looking for here it can sometimes seem that there is a lot of items to choose from. I would recommend this location as long as they continue to treat me with respect.

Theyre price tags are always different from what it rings up at checkout. It happen on my last two visits which is very disappointing... especially when there are children involved who get excited because they are told they can have something that they later find out is over our budget!

Patrick was a rude employee telling me “you said you had 1 thing to get and you over here looking at clothes. I’m tryin’ to go”. It’s 3:30pm. Sign says they are closing at 4. I was in that store less than 3 minutes when he said that. I’ve probably spent over well $1000 here in the last year. The hard freeze knocked my power out early in the morning and I’ve got a sick 18 month old. Went to get him a warm onsie with the footsies to keep him warm and that was the 1 item I was looking for. My 1 star review will change when that rude kid is gone. Won’t return back and will be complaining to management. There’s a more polite way to handle that situation.

Prices can be high sometimes but Dollar General Digital Coupons always saves my life! The store is semi-clean. Staff can be friendly.

I returned a phone charger this morning sept 8, there was no staff at the register. I yelled out three times for assistance. Finally a young girl came to assist however was unable to resolve my issue as she explained she didn’t do returns. She called out for Patrick who took five minutes to walk to the register because his pants were saggin” and was moving like a sloth. Is there no manager at this store? Is this the dress code? When Patrick finally made it to the register... there was no good morning , no thank you, poor customer service. To the dollar general manager provide training of customer service to your staff and how about enforcing a dress code.

Only one cashier, you have to wait for long time

I have already found another DG to replace this store with. As soon as the manager saw i had coupons she just had this face and attitude as if she she just felt like i was going to give her a hard time, then started being fake nice towards the end. I didnt know if i was the customer or her....

Staff is rude. No carts for customers because employees are using them all for recovery. They even tried to refuse to give me a receipt but wouldnt allow me to return what I just purchased without the receipt they were refusing to give me! Took 20 minutes and a dozen or more eye rolls from the cashier before I got it. If I could rate 0 I would.

I came to this location because I needed some school supplies for my students. The manager, Jeneen Randolph, told me she couldnt take my tax exempt form. She asked if I still wanted to buy the school suplies. I told her no. So, she yelled at me and told me to get out of the store. She then proceeded to call me names. When I asked her what was wrong, she yelled at me again and told me to get out. I will never come here again.
