My experience at this location was exceptional! The workers inside the boutique were professional and patient with their service. The hair I left with was fresh and smooth. I ended up ordering offline one bundle that had a different texture from my instore purchase but, this location took care of my concern for matching texture. The manager was so welcoming and fixed my issue right away. I will continue to use this brand for future purchases in store.

I have only purchased hair from this boutique when I want to a sew in done. Usually o have no complaints. However, I purchased hair last week and it was not the same quality that Ive grown accustomed to from avh. As another customer stated, I can not seem to get the smell out, no matter how many times I co-wash and the bundles are not as think as they once were. Im disappointed because I literally chose to shop here and did not receive what I thought I would. Im a miser so I will wear the hair but unfortunately have to find a different vendor in the future.

So very disappointed and upset that I spent $1,400 on a unit and it has been trashed since I unboxed when I went into the store the clerks were very friendly and very professional I was told that the unit looked a bit dry because it was already washed nonetheless before I got it installed it was already shedding when I took it out the box I called washed the hair again before the install the hair was shedding so much that the beautician that did my hair was scared to cut the lace off of the back of the unit ensure that it would make it shed even moreI have bought bundles from them before on at least three other occasions I have not had a problem so I assumed that me spending this amount of money would be a good investment since I do my hair quite often and instead of paying for bundles I will just have a unit there is no one that you can speak to directly when I attempted to call back and complain so I sent the email whoever it is the responded to the email had to be one of the most rudeest people that Ive ever spoken with in customer service if I explained to her the scenario and the events that happen she continued to be rude and not helpful at all I was told that there are no refunds no exchanges and that I should have got a receipt I explained to the lady via the email that I did not get a receipt I only signed a copy in the store long story short I went back to the location advised the problem that I was having with the hair it was dry brittle shedding nappy and definitely not the quality that I thought that I was paying for I was told that I needed to shampoo it basically with their products and that would make the difference as I did so nothing came up with product in the unit or without product in the unit this has got to be the worst hair I have ever bought very disappointed

Both Miss Romona and Miss Winters are friendly and inviting. They were knowledgeable about what bundles to choose, closures, and how to care for them. I Purchased 3 bundles of Mongolian Kinky Curly all 12inches and a ten inch closure(same hair type). Reasonably priced, inventory in stock which was a plus, hair quality is superb. If you are ever in Houston go get you some hair from them; you will be satisfied.

I had an amazing experience purchasing bundles & getting feedback about which hair would suit me best!! The staff here are very kind and patient with you too definitely will be back!!

Customer service is AWFUL!! I bought hair from here, spent over $400 for the bundles not to match. It was all labeled the same but the closure and the longest bundle were the only curls that were in sync. The other two bundles were almost straight and one was more of a wave. I went up there several times, for the same purchase to get hair that matched. I went to wash my bundles exactly like the instructions say before installation. III had to go back up there and was told I didnt put as much water in the Curliest bundles, but Im a stylist. If the curlier hair was going to straighten with water, then it shouldve been exactly like the other two. Then I went back up there to hopefully trade for a matching texture, because no refunds. I was given two more of the same labeled bundles, but again, those didnt match the closure or the longest bundle either. The final time I went back up there, the owner had me up there for 6 hours between her and the manager and then the owner finally asked to speak to me and I was asked in the NASTIEST tone well what do you want me to do about it. So I ended up having to secretly ask one of the employees which texture it looked like that I had in my closure and longest bundle and I ended up taking for two of those, labeled completely differently. Did I mention that this employee wouldve gotten in trouble for helping me in that way? If couldve gotten my money back, I wouldve and I would never come back. Then, in order for her to actually let me exchange, I was forced to buy a funky brush and some serum. If I could give 0 stars and broadcast this terrible customer service to the world, I would.

This is my first time buying wigs, and the two women who helped me were AMAZING! They showed me the beginning level wig which will be perfect as I need brain surgery. They taught me how to put on the wig and even recommended a stylist to help get me the best color! I am truly grateful and amazed by this shop. I will be returning!!

I’m honestly very disappointed. I’ve gotten hair from them plenty of times In the past & loved it. But just recently I got the Peruvian straight & the hair has a really bad smell to it that won’t go away. It seems as though the hair is a mixed blend because when I curl it it seems like it wants to stick to my iron. It seems like aliexpress hair at this point & im upset that I paid more then $400. It’s thin & they must of changed there vendor. I will not be returning anymore!!!!

When I first bought a bundle I had a good size & blended great with my she’s happy hair, but the second time I went the bundles were skimpy & when I got home it smelt really bad. I went to wash them right away but the smell wouldn’t leave, so I thought it is new the smell will go away eventually but it didn’t & took it down right away. Not only did I wasted 300 on weave that gets matted ,stinks & looks like beauty supply hair but I also wasted money to get it done for it to be taken down. I will not be going here again & I suggest others to try she’s happy hair or even Klassy k extensions it’s cheaper & way better quality .

She is the one who gave it 5 stars on my phone. So good thing I was able to change it to 3. Only reason I give it 3 stars is because the hair smells like wet dog when you wash it. No matter how scented the shampoo is and how many times I washed it. It smelled so bad. Literally made my cousins restroom smell. So embarrassed. Im going to remove it because of the smell. I just cant deal with it after I wash it. Ive only washed it twice out of a week. So if you dont mind wet dog smell. For all means.

Mona is awesome and really works hard to make sure you’re happy. I originally purchased 3 bundles of Malaysian (loose wave) and wasn’t too happy with how it blended with my natural hair. So I called and spoke to Mona (store manager) and she encouraged me to come in. She really helped me out and is absolutely awesome! She understands how important our hair is to us ladies. Customer service was amazing and they have so many options for hair types. I found the texture that worked best for me and am super satisfied. I will definitely be coming back.

I always get my bundles from here, I’ve been a customer for 6 years! Typically the hair is to die for !!!! Always great customer service. However, I’m unsure if the changed their hair venders/ brand because my last purchase 2 weeks ago was horrible! I always purchase (3) bundles 18 or 20 inch bundles, this time 2 of the bundles were thin and the ends were horrible and split. I feel like they (maybe an accident) gave me a lower grade of hair because only one bundle curled or straightens and falls pretty like I’m use to.

I am not very knowledgeable of difference in the textures and Lola was patience with me. She showed me each texture and described the difference which I appreciated it. In addition to, I was indecisive about my length and she helped with decide which would look best. Every time I go there, I have a wonderful and educational experience. Everyone in there is passionate about what they do and so willing to help. On my most recent visit, I worked with Monay and she was great. She spent a lot of time with me and was very transparent and I feel like she wanted me to have the best experience possible with my hair to achieve my desired look. I ONLY buy my hair and lashes from “All Virgin Hair Boutique” , it is the best hair I’ve ever bought !!!!I’ve been with the boutique since 2015 , and never use any other company .Here are a couple of things I love about this boutique not only is it superclean and super cute inside , you get that one on one interaction with the staff and they know quite a bit about every product that is in the shop.This boutique Is it like any other hair boutique in the Houston area what sets them apart from the other boutiques is that the quality of the hair is 100%Everything down from no shedding no bad smell easy to clean and the hair also takes color very wellI would have to say “all virgin hair” is more of a high-quality boutique nothing like “she’s happy hair”.

I definitely will not be back here. I spent $103 on a Malaysian 14’ closure which I thought would be great considering I’ve never paid that much for a closure but it’s terrible. After one week of purchase, it has a big bald spot in the middle of the the closure. No there were no chemicals or anything put in it. The bundles I purchased also shed a lot, and shouldn’t be as high priced as they are. I asked the ladies there if this hair shredded and they assured me it didn’t. I barely do anything to my hair so it’s no reason it should be having all the problems it is as if I’ve dyed it so much or anything. Only has this hair for about 2 weeks now. Definitely won’t be back! Customer service is great though they’re very sweet and know how to get you to spend your money!

This is a Nice store front. My only issue is their return/exchange policy. I didn’t like the hair texture I purchased. I Tried to exchange it. I wasn’t expecting a refund. Mind you I didn’t install the hair. I just took it out the bag. These ladies knew what type of style I was going for. I shouldn’t have trusted-their faulty expertise. The Customer service could of been better. But they got $250 so I’m sure they needed that sell business looks slow. Oh well I will never purchased hair from them again. I’ll stick too (Mayvenn virgin hair) they will at least exchange the hair rather it’s dyed,cut wefts no questions asked ...

This is my second experience with this Boutique and I loved it. The young lady who helped me my first go round was very honest with the hair types and lengths. She gave advice about closures and bundle deals they had. I got The Flirt bundle package in the natural wave and it was amazing. Very soft. It did not tangle and had very minimum shedding . washed very well and overall I would do recommend to anyone.

Found this boutique online. I looked through the hair and figured I wanted to give their Malaysian natural wave a try. I brought my stylist in store with me to buy the hair just to get her approval and she gave me the thumbs ups. I absolutely love the hair and the front desk and associate were extremely helpful and sweet! I ended up with the Malaysian Natural Wave in a 14, 16, & 18. I will definitely be back in store and if I’m not able to shop in store, I will be surely be shopping online. Keep up the fabulous work!

The service here is so great! I used to go to Shes Happy Hair but I just did not like the quality of the hair. After asking around someone recommended I try All Virgin Hair and I am so glad that I did! I was helped by Courtney and she was super informative she really knows about hair. My hair texture is sort of thick and so sometimes it is hard for me to find a texture that will blend well with my leave-out. Courtney knew just what texture would work and she even gave me some extra hair care tips to use at home! Ive gotten so many compliments on this hair, I love it!

I ordered the Mongolian Kinky Straight hoping to receive the Afro-coarse hair advertised to blend with my hair and microlinks, but the hair was not textured, just crinkly and silky. Lavanda worked with me and tried to exchange the product for what I needed but was ultimately out of stock. She refunded me and made the process so easy and smooth. She was very professional. Even though the hair wasnt the texture I wanted, it was of good quality and I will definitely order for a wig in the future.

HIGH ALERT*** ladies this company is a scam they are most definitely paying for most of these reviews there is no way in hell you got this many fives from this low-grade beauty supply hair I realize quickly after installing and washing it that it was very processed plastic like material it would tangled and matt up it was hard to run my fingers through it without shedding. Purchased a bundle of curly Brazilian hair 12,14,16. I’ve purchased hair here several times as I like curly hair for vacation. I went to have it installed and both myself and the stylist noticed how thin the bundles were. The wefts were so thin that the transition between each length was clearly visible. The stylist did attempt to blend the hair but due to poor quality hair it didn’t work. Since we had already starting installing I was stuck. While on vacation the hair shed like a dog and needed detangling several times per day. It was stiff and matted every morning. I was very disappointed with this purchase and will not buy from this establishment again. Sad because they’ve always been my go to spot. Never again. I spent over 400.00 for a curly sew in - including the hair and it hasn’t been in 2 weeks yet. But when I got in from vacation today Immediately removed this rats nest from my head 😡

The hair here is not bundle quality. If you are looking for hair that you can keep for months or years, then this place is not for you. I try to give places a chance. I bought a closure and it felt good and everything. I died it very carefully and it easily got dry and matted. It only took a few days. Ive colored other bundle brands and the hair still lasts for at least a year. I thought it could be the color. I bought a bundle from them and once again the hair quickly became dry and matted like pack hair. You would be better off buying pack hair. Save your money and get some quality hair somewhere else.

Destiny helped me and she was soooo nice. They were really knowledgable and honest with what hair they loved, which was the best closure I should use as well as.
