I love bath and Bodyworks my favorite scent available right now is champagne toast only because they no longer have that one green candle with a strong masculine scent. I cannot recall the name of it for the love of me but I also cannot find it on their website. When y’all bring that candle back I’ll give you five stars because right now you only have one of my favorites. 🙃

There was a short girl named Mellisa. I dont know she had a bad day or she was trying to quit her job. At the time, I gave her the bag on the counter for checking out, she didnt make me feel comfortable with her voice, and then when I was thinking about how I was going to pay for my items, she spoke noisy to my face and dropped down my things into the bag. I come to this location sometimes, and they treated me so right, but today I have had a terrible experience forever in this store. She has to learn customer service again and fix her attitude as well!!!!

Very unfriendly employees. Place is crowded. When we visited most the items were from the fall collection which I have all. Mask is required, but due to the over capacity , it is vey hard to manage social distancing.

When I think of Bath and Body works I think of home. Family.

The best place ever. I adore the creators of these products. Everything is uniquely crafted for anyone. After shopping at Yankee Candle for many years, their coupons and sales are unmatched! It is reasonable to get more bang for your buck when you shop the annual sale too. Ask for Leo; he is fabulous! I feel like he has become a scent connoisseur. He is extremely knowledgeable about recommending the best products.

Attentive staff, clean store, and great selection of holiday products. Had the complete collection of marshmallow pumpkin latte I had been searching for.

Champagne toast is my favorite candle Ive gotten it for my mom and grandma along with a beautiful silver candle holder with crystals and also the body sprays are fresh clean n smell last

It was pleasure to shop at Bath and Body Works. I was warmly greeted and helped by Edie and Jameelat to find best product for myself. All employees are friendly, courteous, helpful and proactive. They have good knowledge of products and do not hesitate to assist if you are confused as what you looking for. Keep up the good work. Thank you Lupe for managing the staff well. Social Distancing and decorum was maintained. The store was clean and organised.

My experience trying to contact Bath and Body Works customer service to cancel my order I never received was a nightmare. I was on hold for more than 45 minutes and when I finally got someone he kept placing me on long holds and he was very rude. I was told that my order would be cancelled but it would take 20+ days to get a refund. When I asked why it takes so long he hung up on me. I called back only to wait a long time again and got a lady who kept cutting me off when I spoke. She told me that my order was never cancelled. After asking her numerous times that I just wanted my order cancelled she finally said she would cancel it and it would take 3-5 days. I asked for a confirmation # and she said it would be emailed in 24 hours. Very disappointed with their customer service. I will never order anything from them online again.

My wife and I went to the store on candle day. I had never heard of it before, so the staff was very friendly and inviting about the sale. To the point that when we left, an employee by the door asked how my first time at candle day was! The manager, Rhonda, was absolutely delightful too. Great experience :). I may come next year for candle day too!

Employees were friendly, lots of selections to choose from. They also made sure to let me know if a new sale they had in soaps which I took advantage of while there.

The B&BW ON WESTHIMER AND ELDRIDGE. This is one of the only stand alone locations in this area and its a wonderful place! It is always clean, full of friendly customer service and plenty stocked products. The staffers are always willing to help and B&BW has hands down the best hand and soap sanitizer with essential oils that moisturize your skin. So grateful for bath and body works protecting us against Covid germs! ❤

I was dismayed because the store did not accept any app offers or rewards. Pretty much anything thats within the app is not accepted here. I mean, whats the point of shopping here at all then when you only get to collect points for shopping and not be able to use / redeem them ?

The best place to shop for shower gels, body lotions, mists and creams. Great selection of fragrances, varieties and amazing year round offers. The more you shop, the more gift coupons you get. Great gift option for birthdays, anniversaries, etc any occasion. Have always loved it and my friends and family love it always whenever I gift them these products. Very affordable even without discount offers. Must buy!

There were two ladies, Diana, and another ‘D’ name working. The second lady brought the pillow mists to the register for me to sample and that was excellent service. Thanks for the effort to keep things clean as well.

The employees are always super cheerful and helpful. They recommend scents and products without being too pushy. The prices won’t break the bank and you can find a scent in literally anything you can think of. The candles are great too, they burn evenly and smell great! Keep an eye out for coupons online or in store for really good deals!

I love this place now it includes another store and it gas the gorgeous collection of small seasonal decor along with seasonal smells in candles, lotions and soaps. Smells heavenly and looks like a postcard during holidays.

I’m not one to ever write bad reviews even if I had a bad experience but I’m sorry to say I have to write one today. So I was in the store and was racially profiled by a store associate rylie. I bought a candle on one side of the store (white barn) and went to the other side of the store to buy a perfume. I went to checkout and the lady in front of me had just went through the same process and checked out without issue. So when I get to the front she asks me for my white barn bag so she can place my bath and body works products inside. Before she even rings me up she asks me for my receipt for my previous purchase. I found this strange considering like I said the lady in front of me did the same as me and was never asked for a receipt. But I without hesitation began looking for my receipt, I couldn’t find it I had several other bags n my hand from Nordstrom so I’m guessing I possibly dropped it but I told her I could grab one of the other associates who checked me out to confirm I actually did purchase and not steal my candle. I spoke with them and they were quite confused as to why I was being asked for my receipt given I wasn’t trying to refund my purchase and was literally just on the other side of the store purchasing my candle in eyesight of the other employees. The manager had to take it upon himself to walk from one side of the store to the other just to vouch for me that I didn’t steal the candle and I’m very grateful to him for doing so but I was already embarrassed in front of the other customer and had to leave the line just to grab a whole other person to confirm I wasn’t a thief. Very distasteful and I don’t think I will be returning to this location if she still works there no one should b treated as a thief especially if u can visibly see I’ve made over six purchases at the mall itself and one with your very own establishment.

Staff was a little too friendly. One of the workers litterly fallowed me all around the store offering help when I kept refusing it. When I would look at something she would walk up to me and give me a bunch of information I really didnt need. I understand they were just trying to be helpful and nice but it felt a bit to much after I had kindly refused her help. I felt a little harassed into buying the stuff I got because I was litterly just looking around and I had a bunch of stuff shoved on to me.

Firts of all you are captured by the amazing smell of the shop. You can find an extended variety of soap and everything you need for the bath. The staff is present, very nice and friendly.

I hate going into the store because of the pushy sales girls. Especially the blonde. You cant walk into the store without her yelling at you before you step foot inside. I understand they are there to help, but give a person a chance to shop in peace. I was there yesterday and I had to sneak into the other boutique just to purchase my candles in peace. Tone it down! When customers need help they will ask.

Have been to this store several timesand they are the best compared to the other locations when it comes to customer servicemy last visit was on 11/30/2018 in the morning and Melissa and the cashier were nice and answered my too many questionsbeen to another location and the associates seems to run out of breath if you ask them a question

The personal who works here is rude !!!! I asked for the restroom that I used one time and somebody let me in and used kindly and they just say NO! with a really bad attitude

Some of the best products to have right here. My friend always goes there to get their body wash, perfume, shampoo, etc and somethings may seem pricey but Im telling you. Its worth it.
