I came here on Wednesday, April 28th to purchase a wig. Redd was so helpful with helping me pick one out. She showed me a wig that could be styled into a curly ponytail for a great price. She even cut the lace at the front for me. Big ups to Redd! I will be back!

This place is very unprofessional. Horrible customer service. Today I called this place before I left my house around 5:30pm to see if they were open. The person who answered stated they closed at 6pm. I get in my car and drive all the way there for them to be closed. It was 5:50pm and no one answered the phone of course. If THESE PEOPLE were planning on closing early it should’ve been stated on the phone. What is wrong with people these days...no common courtesy!!

I didn’t find what I was looking for which was hair Jewlery. You would think it would be a wider selection in a store this size but they seem to cater to the hair weave categories here. So if that is what you are looking for, this is your place. I did find some cute little flops up front by the register and they had the good professional nail files and tools so it wasn’t a blank trip at least 😊. The guy at the register was very nice as well and I felt completely comfortable shopping there.

I went to the beauty supply where my niece (Wendy) RIP would always go. I ask the sales clerk could she help me find a blue wig. She was very pleasant and willing to help. I told her that I didnt want anything to long. She said a lot of people had been coming in asking for blue wigs. I told her that was the color. My niece would wear , they might had been coming in for that. She found me a bob and I told her that I could work with that. She was still trying to satisfy me. A very sweet spirit. I showed her a picture of my niece with the blue hair and to my surprise she knew her. She was in disbelief to hear that she had passed. She said that she was a good customer and she came all the time. She told the owner of the store and she said show him the picture and he also knew her. Then he said sorry for your loss and that I had his deepest condolences. The young lady her too ,and they would miss her. When a place makes you feel like that you want to give them your support. I am so grateful for them and I will be going back. I use to go there and I stopped but as of today I will be returning. Thanks so much Hair & Beauty #2 . Everyone should go there because if you come and they see you keep on coming you may not know what will happen. A customer for life

I love this store because it literally has everything! I used to spend an hour easily in here walking and shopping. If youre going for wigs specifically, find Red and she will work wonders for you. The cashiers are always cool too. If youre kind and respectful they will be too.

I was able to find some beautiful wigs, and sink attachments for shampooing my hair. Attended a Back to School Drive at Cliffdale Baptist Church Pastor Fred Sanders Sr III and his congregation. They provided backpacks, school supplies and hairdos and haircuts for the kids. I frequently shop at Hair & Beauty #2 and was very pleased to know the owner donated all of the hair and beauty supplies. Down to every comb and the little girls favorite color hair bows and barrettes. Thankful for Red and everyones effort and so much love. This business gives back to our community.

But today they totally disappointed me I got there at 7:50 pm getting out from my dance practice and they were already closing the doors they shouldn’t be closing at that time when the time to closed is at 8..the only thing they doing is loosing their costumers! By closing so early their doors..!

Normally when you go into Beauty supply places they offer to help you...NOT THIS PLACE...I was there 30 minutes wandering around trying to find the braid hair I was looking for but no one offered to help me...I WONT BE BACK!
