Staff customer service was great, the two ladies that helped me were friendly. However I bought the wahls 5-star magic clip cordless, no exchanges/returns permitted but it came with only 2 hair guides, the box states it should come with 8. Not sure what happened to the other 6. If you have to use them I recommend you thoroughly check what you intend to purchase since once you step out they wont try to make it right for you.

Love this place. I literally only went in cause my friend found Indian Healing Clay there and I had to have it! So I went in and talked with Yanet one of the cashiers there and she talked me into getting so much more !! But in a good way! Great prices you can’t beat it! ❤️ I live all the way in spring and would rather shop here than anywhere else!

My fave spot to run for my lashes plus service from Yanet and Veronica is great.... they have all you need in this store wigs, extensions, braiding hair you name it. I would totally recommend!!

Went here a few times and the customer service is superb. The young lady Janice at the front counter is very helpful, polite, and goes out of her way to help you. I no longer go to any other beauty store after finding this one in my area. I’ve recommended this store to everyone since my first visit!

This is my local go-to beauty supply store. The owners are pretty nice and the employees are usually helpful. Wide selection of hair & beauty needs. Limited options of crochet braids though. They recently launched a frequent shopper program that gives you a discount on future purchases. Plenty of parking available.

I went to the beauty shop at 8:40 keep in mind they close at 9 . So that means they should open the store till 9. A very rude lady with blonde hair in a bun starts telling me “um get out don’t you see we’re close”. I said it’s not even nine yet and she’s like I know but our registers is close and she tells me to get out . Very rude NEVER GOING AGAIN . If you say you close at a certain time then MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT CLOSE BEFORE THAT.

Cashier Was Very Nice, But Too Me It Was A Little Bit Pricey They Did Not Have A Huge Selection On Braids With Color Added & Not A Large Selection Of Wigs But I Will Go Back, Plus That Gave Me A Gift Bag With Make-up In it i Thought That Was Very Cool!

Best place to get hair extensions and clips

This establishment closed at 9pm. I pulled up at 8:50 due to the fact that my hairstylist on this side of town needed more hair to complete my hair. As I pull up , I see all lights turn off , I approach the door to my surprise its open , but all the lights are off. The worker then proceeds to pull her phone flashlight and use it to help me. I ask them to please turn on the light cuz I cant see the young lady said thats Normal around closing Time. I pleaded with the manager to please turn on the light so I can see and shop. I ended up leaving in disdain and dont recommend anyone to go here.

I was there a few days ago and i loved it its like a playground for women i will be there again today, Thank you Hollywood Beauty
