Untrustworthy! I agree that this store is beautiful and at first the service seemed nice back in December 2016. Then after ordering and paying in full for my bridesmaid dress I heard nothing. By the end of May I was concerned so I contacted Sei Bella. Tammy said that she hadnt ordered the dress yet as the Wedding was at the beginning of October. She knew that I was concerned as I was meant to have alterations when the dress came in. She went quiet again and by August still no dress. With the wedding fast approaching I was understandably concerned. She agreed to a refund of which I have written proof to which I can post a picture of on here. She said as her account is through Paypal it would take up to 30 days. I waited for over 30 working days and guess what? No refund. I messaged again and she said that the supplier had gone out of business. Yet another change in direction of her story. I have not had a reply to my last 2 previous messages and Tammy if youre reading this please issue my refund. I had to go and panic buy another bridesmaid dress for my best friends wedding. You nearly ruined the day. I am also not surprised why you have such a high staff turnover. You are poor at running a business and for someone who chose weddings, you are doing a great job at ruining what should be a special day. I suggest for anyone going to this store to purchase only what is available on the day. If you order then there is a likely chance your money will be taken and no goods shown. Worst decision I ever made to support a local business.

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. In September 2016 my mom went to this salon to find her dress for my wedding and everything was great... Tammy was friendly and charming and they found a dress so she ordered it in my moms size. My mom paid by check and was told it would be ready by Christmas at the latest (my wedding was March 5th). My mom calls in November to check on the dress and Tammy assured her that it was ordered and on the way, they were just waiting on the vendor. Christmas comes and goes without any more word, so my mom calls again. No answer. She tries again a few times, with no answer, so Tammy was clearly avoiding her calls. The check was cashed in October, so my mom is starting to get concerned. She had her sister (who lives in the area) go visit the salon and Tammy assured her that the dress was on its way and the vendor was just being slow. My mom decides to call the vendor directly, Alfred Angelo, and ask about the status of her dress. They informed her that Sei Bella had not ordered any dresses from them since August, and my mom had bought the dress from Tammy in September. At this point my mom is extremely upset that she has been lied to this whole time and now she has to find a dress for my wedding at the last minute. She had a friend call Tammy so that she would answer, and then talked to her directly and calmly asked for her money back. Tammy was very angry and confrontational, but eventually offered to give my mom her money back for the dress. My mom asked for a certified check by a certain date, and of course no check ever came. My mom has since taken this issue to the Better Business Bureau (you can read her review on their page) and Tammy has still failed to resolve the issue or pay my mom back in any way. My mom plans to pursue this issue, possibly until it ends up in small claims court. This woman should not be in business. She stole from my mother during my wedding, and that is unforgivable.

Great experience, went in with no appointment and Tammy was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Great selection of dresses and reasonable prices. Tammy helped me put my entire dress and accessory look together and made the experience easy, fun and memorable.

Purchased a mother of the bride dress.. the dress was beautiful and the price was reasonable ,I had checked around for dresses and no one had the selection that they had. I just wish she had someone to alter the dress I had to take it to a seamstress to be altered which cost more than the dress.

I would say one word for her experience,,its perfect . She helped a lot to choosing the design and accessories. Great quality and products . Tammy is really awesome and nice person ....she helped me to look perfect and beautiful on my special day.

I met Tammy through a (now former) mutual friend. We met in the early months of 2016 with my wedding planned for June of 2017. I ordered the dress in April, giving her a check. Months went by and I heard nothing. I called in early October to inquire about my wedding dress. The girl who answered (not Tammy) said she would call me back. Did she? Nope. I called again two days later. I get Tammy who gives me some ridiculous excuse about her computer system not being active (which I knew was a lie) and that she would call me back. Did she? Nope. By this point I knew something wasn’t right. My fiancée and I drove over an hour to confront her. The second she saw my face she turned six shades of embarrassed and tried to pretend like she didn’t know who I was. She then tried to suggest that someone had told her that the wedding was canceled. So I asked why she hadn’t contacted me to offer me my money back and she gave the pitiful excuse that “the maid of honor usually does that.” I mean if you’re going to lie at least make it believable. Then she offered a refund, which of course we never got. We finally demanded to see a copy of the invoice. Well, it was immediately clear that she hadn’t ordered the dress and never intended to. How do I know? Because no where on the invoice was any of my contact information or any information about dress aside from dress name and color. No size or order or style number. For a woman, especially in her “profession”, she should be ashamed of herself. She is remorseless and a pathological liar. She charms her way into your checkbook and leaves you holding the bill. If your lucky, which I wasn’t, you may get five cents back. The most important day of a woman’s life should not be the most stressful. Oh and Tammy, don’t think I’ve forgotten about you. I will be seeking legal action against you. It’s not about the money. It’s about a beautiful day you’ve destroyed for me and for many other women. Oh, one question for you, what exactly do you do with all the money you scam from your clients?

If i could give a -1 star...Terrible ordered bridesmaid dresses in November here it is end of July and this womans number is disconnected!!!! Small clams court here we come!!!!
