My bridal appointment went great! Jessica Williams was the consultant working with us and she is the best! She was so sweet and helped me pick out the perfect dress. Came here with my daughter looking for a dress for the father n daughter dance. Im mad I waited til the last minute but they definitely have a great selection of tuxedo and dresses to choose from.

Within walking inside, I was in love! There were dresses fabulously displayed all around, such beauties hanging near the entrance, there was this precious floral dress to the left side near the chairs (which I plan on buying as a tea party type of dress later on), the quince dresses were amazing, the tuxedos were so nicely made, as well as the mother of the bride dresses which was a first I saw a bridal store actually organize with a sign! It was nice to see how well planned the flooring was! Bridesmaid dresses were so cute too! Got one of my bridesmaids her dress and good thing it was in her size too, she got to take it home without any alterations needed! This place was just what we were looking for! At first we checked the mall to see if ANY store had something in dusty blue and decent…they didn’t. So gave this place a try cuz why not and I was not disappointed! If I didn’t already get my wedding dress, this place would be my go to!

Had a great experience there on Saturday 8-28-21. With Jessica!! Shopping for my daughters wedding dress, she was knowledgeable and attentive to my daughter. Super friendly making our visit exciting and memorable. The gowns are pricey but if your shopping for Dimitra Designs you know that going in. You can find some amazing buys there, if your a little flexible. Definitely recommend!!

Jessica was amazing! I showed her some ideas of things I loved and every detail of the dress she was able to narrow down to the exact one! Her personality, experience, and attentiveness made me feel at ease and trusting her with picking the perfect ones to try on! There wasn’t a single one I didn’t like that she chose from but after a few options and telling her what I liked versus what I didn’t like she brought back THE dress! I couldn’t be more excited for our wedding day now and thank you so much Jessica!

Don’t purchase bridesmaids gowns with them. I’ll start by saying, I had the best experience with Jessica when shopping for my bridal gowns, jewelry and veil. Unfortunately, the ball was dropped with my bridesmaids dresses. I have 8 girls who purchased bridesmaids gowns in full. Due to them all being out of town, we were told to go to another bridal shop for measurements, call the store and the store staff would provide a recommended size, pay in full, order the dresses no later than April and all dresses would be in by the end of June. It seemed like a very simple process as it should have been. It was the end of June and we hadn’t received a call regarding the dresses so I called myself to check in. The young lady who I spoke with mentioned that the dresses were not in and they wouldn’t be in until August. Had I known this before hand, we would have never gone with this store because my wedding was the beginning of October. Initially, no one took accountability. I was passed around from staff member to staff member and no one had an answer for me as to why we were told June and the dresses weren’t going to be in until August. I ultimately had to drive 1.5 hours to the store to figure out what was going on. Once I arrived, I was told not to worry and that the dresses would be in by August. I asked what happens if they’re not in (over 1 million times) as each time I was told not to worry because “this never happens”. Fast forward to August, I got to pick up my wedding gown from alterations and was told the dresses wouldn’t be in in August. At that point, I requested a refund because my girls needed to find another option for my wedding that was now taking place in 6 weeks. Jessica who works bridal (not bridesmaids) was the only person trying to assist me. Of the number of times I have visited this store and the number of dresses ordered, you’d think the owner would at least call and apologize. It took me saying something for her to call. Ultimately I learned that by September the dresses weren’t even made yet. There was poor communication and no urgency to try to make it right without refunding my girls. I understand if the vendor has delays, which may be out of their control. If they work with the vendors on a regular basis, communication should have been better between the two parties because ultimately we were the ones impacted. It’s unfortunate because I did have a great bridal experience but because of this situation, I’ll never shop there again. We ended up going with Azazie who was able to get us the dresses we needed within 2 weeks with expedited shipping. My girls were absolutely beautiful!

They don’t seem to genuinely care about people. I felt rushed and like my consultant was annoyed and just wanted me to hurry up and pick something.When it came time to have my dress altered it was not done properly the first two times and one day before my wedding we were scraping by to get what I paid for completed. They have tacky a sign in their store that says: “The dress you saw today and wanted to think about until tomorrow may be the same dress someone looked at yesterday and will buy today.” It’s the typical manipulative sales approach which doesn’t fit with how special and beautiful the experience for brides SHOULD feel. If I could go back in time and pick a different store to spend my money at I would do it in a heartbeat.

I had a wonderful experience and I found the dress that Id been waiting for. Jessica was wonderful! She made things fun and meaningful. Excellent service with a smile and a few tears (happy ones)!

I highly recommend going to Dimitra Designs to find the perfect wedding Dress. Natalie, my bridal consultant was so AMAZING, sweet, and made me feel so beautiful! Every dress she pulled for me was exactly my style. She also knew how to pin the dress to make it fit perfectly to my body! Finding my dress was such a wonderful, joyous, experience and I have sweet Natalie to thank for making my time there so perfect!!

Would not recommend for tux rentals. Sent in very detailed measurements and requests for slim fitting suit and the entire wedding party ended up looking like Micheline Men. Ive gotten much better fitting rentals from online companies that use half the measurements that Dimitra did.

I would not recommend this company to anyone under any circumstance. I paid for my dress in full in April here it is September 23rd & still no dress. After being told the dress would be here the first week of September via email. I call the store only to be on hold for 30 minutes to hear the dress won’t be in until next week & the wedding is October 9th! They can’t even provide an exact date of when the dress will arrive. When we asked for a tracking number they couldn’t even provide that. This leaves no time to get alterations done in a timely manner!!

Cant post any photos as I dont want to give away the brides look but this was a wonderful bridal shop to visit. They helped my friend every step of the way, were extremely accommodating, and very friendly. They also have a wide selection for plus sized brides and know how to make the bride feel special. I highly recommend this store just on the single visit with my friend today. She selected an absolutely stunning dress and we were so happy with the outcome.

Giving 4 stars due to initial encounter with Dimitras several weeks back.Fast forward, I made an appointment Friday to checkout wedding dresses, no real intention of buying, more so browsing, and try on different styles...wedding isnt until May 2022.From the moment I stepped foot in the door and was greeted by Natalie, I knew my dress was in the store (I get goosebumps writing the review).Right off the rip Natalie was super personable throughout the entire experience, I could tell she loved her job, and I knew without a doubt she was going to be a great fit to help me find THE dress.Every detail that mattered to me, mattered to her, including budget (super mindful of this). She asked me so many questions both before pulling dresses and while trying dresses on. Down right nitty gritty details. I cannot speak highly enough.Fast forward to Sunday, I had narrowed my search down to 2 dresses (I knew Friday which 2 Id be choosing from on Sunday). One in my original price range the other way outside of where I wanted to be. The more expensive dress was beautiful and originally something to try on for fun and giggles...Needless to say, Natalie made me feel more beautiful than I think Ive ever felt to date. She pinned each dress back to perfection, pulled my hair back, and even brought me gorgeous earrings to wear and a veil for the full effect for both myself and my village of humans in tow! Im so thankful she did.I said YES to the dress that I initially pulled of the rack Friday and quickly shoved back on the rack after seeing the price tag.Thank you Natalie taking a chance on wasted time and allowing me the opportunity to try on a dress that we all knew was out of my [ideal] price range!In 2 days, Natalie spent 4 hours helping me, while maintaining the most upbeat & cheerful attitude, I cannot recommend this women enough. Dimitra, she needs a raise and great praise, 5 stars for her all the way :).

The ladies at the front were amazing, all of them were so sweet and helpful when it came to finding a dress I loved for my wedding. However, the alterations department was the complete opposite. The first appointment was great, I felt like the seamstress and I really understood each other. When it came time for my second appointment I was called a few days before and told that my dress still wasn’t ready and when it was I came in and the dress was 2 sizes too small, and the seamstress asked ME if I had gained weight when it had obviously been a mistake on her part. Next appointment, same issue. Dress still didn’t fit and I was asked the same question about my weight. I felt very uncomfortable and self conscious because of the staffs comments, one month before my wedding and my dress STILL isn’t ready.

I went in September of 2020 to find my wedding dress. Kim helped me and she was outstanding! She brought me every dress I said I wanted and a couple she thought would look good on me (that I doubted I would even like!) After trying on all the dresses, the one I said yes to .. was one Kim picked!!! It was gorgeous and look amazing on me. I didn’t even think I was going to like it but she knew! I even left Dimitra to think about it and then went back to buy it same day! My dress came in around 3 months. She said due to covid it could be up to 6-8 months! (5/5 stars for their bridal sales)I wanted to edit my review based on their alterations department since having my wedding. I would advise to have any alterations done somewhere other than here. I had 3 different alterations due to my dress being ordered too small (I should have ordered a 12 but took the advice of sales and ordered a 10 based on my measurements.) I had to have sides had to be let out and boning added to support my girls. My hips let out. And of course hemmed. All my alterations I had done, tore within minutes of me putting on the dress. Where I had boning added, it broke out the top within seconds of buttoning my dress. So I went my entire wedding with boning poking into my sides underneath my arm. Because it broke, it looked like I had gills on my side where it poked out and did not hold flat like it was suppose to. It was not side fat at all just the boning popped out. My hip seams weren’t even completely stitched and some of the details were just left hanging. I noticed seams were not finished once in natural light. Pretty much every thing I had done there was left semi unfinished and I didn’t catch it when looking at the dress at Dimitrias. It is very dark in the alterations area so I recommend stepping out into better lighting before finalizing the alteration sales. That way you can catch all the little details that may be hard to see on a more detailed dress. I spent 400+ dollars on alterations and I should have went somewhere else for them. (2/5 stars)No one could tell all the alteration mistakes. It was a beautiful and I received tons of compliments on it.

This store in absolutely perfect! Beautiful dresses, the sweetest consultants, and great delivery time. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.I heard about Dimitra Designs after trying multiple other dress shops where it felt like the consultants weren’t listening to my wants at all, were forceful, or made me uncomfortable in other ways. I met with Jasmine and she immediately made me feel more at ease with the process. I showed her a few dresses that I saw online and explained my likes/dislikes in a dress and she came back with a few dresses for me to try on. Each of the dresses she pulled for me were beautiful, and matched the exact style that I explained to her. I tried the second one and instantly knew that was it (I thought this was cliches and would never happen to me). Words can’t express how thankful I am that they took the time to listen to me and made this day enjoyable and about my wants!!

Fairly decent selection. I had been looking for a bridesmaids dress and they carried the make, but I’m a plus sized so I was only able to try one on, which was a little disappointing.

The customer service was horrible. My bridesmaids was measured wrong and my guys was also measured wrong. My son and nephew couldn’t even wear their tux and they tux came in on a Thursday and the wedding was Saturday and Mary grace had the nerve to tell me oh I’m not sure if you can get the tux back Friday. I’ve been told lies since day one my experience with Demetria has been the worse I don’t recommend no one to go their for bridesmaids or tuxedos. Hope measured my guys and I had just about every guy had some wrong I just hate I even went there. Please please don’t go there for anything other than wedding dress

The day I had an appointment, I was not expecting to find my wedding dress here. I was in Greenville to go over plans at my venue (I live 2 hours away) and had an appointment to just look. I am a plus size girl and already had a bad experience at another bridal shop (bad customer service and not enough plus size options). I walked into Dimitra Designs, and I was treated like a QUEEN. Jessica will forever have a place in my heart. She made me feel FIERCE in every dress I tried on, and even fix my hair as I would of worn it on my wedding day. Just AMAZING!!!! Wherever you live... COME HERE!

I went in Dimitra Designs with a tight budget and the amount of love and support I got from my consultant was out of this world! Jessica pulled only dresses that were in my budget and continued to meet the style I wanted. Jessica deserves every bit of the praise and glory for helping me find the dress of my dreams! She pulled about 8-10 dresses for me to try on and never gave up on me one time! Jessica asked me how I wanted to do my hair on my wedding day and she did my hair to see what it would look like in the dresses I tried on! She went above and beyond for me and it made me feel SO good! She truly was heaven sent and I can’t thank her enough for what she did for me and my family that went. I’m over the moon! If I could give a 0 I would. I work in Customer service and I can truly say I was very unhappy with the service I received when I picked up my son Tuxedo. Just like buying a car the salesman give u all the info before u buy well lets just say I wasnt given all that info when I purchased my son Tuxedo and we was charged for not returning his tuxedo that Monday but we had to make multiple 1.5 hrs trips to Greenville because they kept getting the sizes wrong. The cashier or clerk or whatever was in between customers and rushing us and we waited forever. Instead of the lady sizing my son 2 days before the wedding, she assumed he wore the next size up and they still was the wrong size when we received them Friday the day before the wedding. The lady I called and spoke with was very rude and half way listened to my complaint and kept interrupting me. Not to mention from the time my sister started her wedding, I saw several guys come thru that had issues with their tuxedos which was a red flag and made us worry more about if our son and the other guys tuxedo would fit properly which they didnt. Over half the guys had issues with their tuxedos including the groom. Smh

Friendly staff and they have good knowledge of their products. Expect to wait for service during busy times and check and triple check your order. Still I would recommend this place because their staff makes the difference.

Mannn my experience here was beyond amazing!!! I saw the great reviews and decided to make a trip from Florence S.C. to visit this shop and needless to say it was the best decision ever ❤️. Jasmine greeted me and my sister with a huge smile and compliments that made me feel so special. I told her the style I had in mind from trying on previous dresses and without hesitation she came back with 2 options. I didn’t even make it to the 2nd dress lol. She literally put me in my dream dress on the first try, my sister and I couldn’t hold back our emotions as she “dressed” me in accessories and I Immediately FELT LIKE A BRIDE !! Dimitra designs is a very inviting and neat environment. We were greeted with smiles from everyone and treated like family right after walking in the door! From the energy of the building down to the playlist it is a great place to be. Mrs. Natalie was are bridal consultant and she was very honest and determined to help us find the perfect dress. Not only did she find the one, she made the experience unforgettable for my bestfriend(the bride) and truly made her feel like a princess. I would 100% recommend Natalie and Dimitra designs over any other place, it’s honestly the best experience for everyone and anyone involved.

Jasmine was spectacular! She took her time and I did not feel pushed or rushed. She made me feel so beautiful and she really knows how to connect on a personal level. I highly recommend this place. Hope at Dimitra designs took excellent care of us. Despite how busy they were and Hope being the only associate in the tuxedo section, we were tended to in a timely manner. I cannot say enough good things about Hope.The prices to rent a tuxedo were also fair, although I chose to purchase mine. They have many styles and colors to choose from. Any other time that I need a tux I will be going to Dimitra designs.

I had an appointment with Jasmine today. She was the sweetest and she really made me feel so good about every dress I tried on. She was so excited for me! A++ for customer service. I am extremely satisfied. Even when there was a mix up and she was accidentally double booked she STILL made sure we were all taken care of. Thank you Jasmine! You are amazing!

Wonderful staff, being such last minute we didnt find a dress to fit for prom but they definitely went above and beyond to try and find her one.

I went in to find a bridesmaid dress a few days after the other bridesmaids had gone together. Once I got to the bridesmaid section, i told the girl that was working whose wedding i was in and she showed me the section of dresses i had to choose from. I have been in several weddings and any other place ive gotten dresses from, they would pull the dresses for me and were very accommodating and attentive. Not the case here. I had to search for the dresses myself. Most didnt have tags so i literally had to dig through every single dress to find one in my size. i only found 2 in the material that the bride picked out that were in my size range. Once i tried them on, i had to ask for help to be zipped up. This experience was very overwhelming and i wouldnt recommend.

My experience was magical at Dimitra Designs! I only had to tell Jessica a few things I wanted, and she was spot on! She had such professionalism and such a sweet heart! She knew what she was doing, because I ended up saying yes to the first dress she picked out! It was truly a time I will always cherish! ❤️

Made my appointment on 1/24 and Lina my consultant. She was absolutely amazing and understood the type of dress that would fit my style and body type! She was understanding when I came back and wanted to switch out the dress I decided on. She didnt make me feel foolish over the exchange! She is awesome and very knowledgeable about the wants and needs of the bride. I am glad I went there to get me wedding dress!

Drove 4 hours for a dress I saw online since no one in the state of Georgia could help me get the dress to try on. After getting frustrated I looked at other states & saw DIMITRA Designs in South Carolina. I had the pleasure of speaking to Jessica who immediately calmed me down and told me not to worry she’ll have the dress there in no time for me to try on. Within a week I was able to try and say yes to my dress! Although my wedding is not until 9/2022 she reminded what I needed to purchase to make sure it doesn’t change colors and even found a veil from the designer that goes perfect with the dress. I can’t thank DIMITRA and Jessica for all the help you’ve gave me to get this dress and the amazing customer service and the incredible bridal experience I received while having to drive so far to get it! I highly recommend them to anyone! ❤️❤️

This establishments customer service is unreal! These girls are the most friendly, down-to-earth bridal consultants that you can ask for. If youre lucky, you will get paired with Jasmine. She knows what shes doing, shes been there for a long time, shes not pushy, she let you take your time and shes honest with you! She just makes you feel like youve known her your whole life🙂 They dont work on commission, so theyre not going to try to talk you into buying something that you dont look fabulous in! Theres no way I could have had any better of an experience. Thank you so much. And the gown selection is crazy good.

The consultant talked on and on about how we may not be able to get the dress in time for the wedding unless we took the used sample with holes and nasty places where several others had tried it on (with absolutely no discount whatsoever)so the appointment took longer. Between the consultant and the owner we felt pressured to BUY TODAY OR ITLL BE GONE FOREVER. So we put money to hold a crazy expensive dress but found one in another store with no pressure that fit so much better. I would not recommend this place. They are not respectful of choices! 12-24 hours is not an unreasonable thought process. Theyre out for the money only and do not care about one of the most special days of your life.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I came here Friday, September 18th, to book an appointment for my granddaughter (after my horrible experience at Davids Bridal). Anyway, Mary Grace helped me and she was AMAZING! We had our appointment for the very next day Saturday. The Salon is Gorgeous! Mary Grace was our consultant for the appointment. She was so friendly and attentive. She brought us great selections to try on. My granddaughter ended up with the first dress she tried on, which i selected. She had so much fun trying dresses on, though. Her entire Bride Squad enjoyed the experience. The atmosphere is amazing. Great music. Dimitra, the Owner, came out and checked on us and made conversation and she was very friendly. Actually, she is so humble that I did not even realize she was the owner until the next day when I was looking through their website to write this review. THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My experience from beginning to end was wonderful! My consultant Jessica was so supportive and genuinely listened to the vision I had in my mind. Any staff member who passed by was very encouraging and made my family and I feel calm but excited about finding the one I found my dress and could not be happier! I had another appointment prior to this one at a different salon and it was night and day difference, I highly recommend Dimitrias.

I bought my wedding dress here and had a wonderful experience. Jessica was so friendly and knowledgeable. She definitely made the experience a lot of fun! The dresses she pulled were exactly what I was looking for. The first dress I tried on was the dress I picked.I also got my dress altered here. Rebecca is amazing! She works miracles! I was worried about the fit of my dress, but she was so calming and helpful. I just had my final fitting and the dress fits me perfectly. Rebecca is phenomenal!

A good place to shop for wedding dresses

After having a bad experience at another bridal shop, I came here and with the help of Jasmine( who was incredible) I found my perfect wedding dress! And I had fun the whole time. What a group of professionals!

Horrible customer service!! My sister and I came in today looking for a dress. No one greeted us, no one asked if we needed assistance, nothing. Finally we walk towards the front desk and I asked if this store was appointment only and they said yes but they would help us depending on what we were looking for. I told them no one had acknowledged us and they said it’s because they hadn’t seen us. Maybe if you didn’t have your back turned to the show room, you would have. We will not be returning to this store

I would give no stars if I could. My prom is canceled so I wanted just my shoes I was told I could have a store credit considering $200 down and she said “we need the business “ well you have forever lost mine and honestly if you are broke I hope you close! I definitely do not recommend. I’d be more understanding if she wasn’t so rude or if my senior year wouldn’t have already been ruined. She could’ve been more respectful considering what class of 2020 has went through.

I’ve been shopping at Dimitra’s since I was in high school! Bought all of my prom and pageant dresses there! You can never go wrong! The staff is always so sweet and so helpful! Lina helped me find the perfect wedding dress!! She was so helpful! I basically told her, ‘Choose what you think looks best on me’ and she did! She blew it out of the water!! Lina was so sweet, kind, & most importantly honest!! I’m so happy with my dress and cannot wait to walk down the isle in it! We couldn’t have made our decision without her honesty!! Jasmine did an amazing job helping me out with picking the right wedding dress! She was very professional but also very personal when she needed to be. Almost everyone there was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place even over places like David’s Bridal.

This weekend was my first few days of wedding dress shopping and Dimitra Designs was the second stop on our list. When we first walked in we immediately felt welcomed and were excited to try on dresses in this beautiful store. We were quickly greeted by Jasmine who was so welcoming and friendly the entire appointment. She took the time to get to know everyone and even remembered each name of my group members by the end of the appointment. Jasmine quickly understood my style and what I was looking for, but also did not hesitate to give recommendations or honest feedback. She did this all while entertaining my group and made us all fall in love with her by the end of the appointment, so much that I called the next day to come back and try on a few more dresses. She was able to get us in and again was absolutely wonderful. Every employee we encountered over those two days was welcoming and seemed to really enjoy working there. We definitely felt like family by the end. I would highly recommend setting up an appointment and working with Jasmine, she was amazing and truly made it the experience we were all hoping for!

We had an amazing experience here buying my daughters high school pageant dress!! From the minute we walked in the door to the moment we left the service was impeccable. The staff was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. This was our first time buying a pageant dress and they made this experience so much fun and so easy!! Busy staff, kept waiting some, large selection of dresses

I love Dimitras! This was the third shop we tried on dresses at and they shined far brighter than the others. Our experience with them was wonderful from beginning to end. Natalie helped me say yes to the dress and is so good at what she does. She was super helpful and personable through all of my fitting appointments. The girls at Dimitras rock!

I never thought that I could get a wedding dress at a place like this. Its beautiful and the dresses are too! My experience was great. Lina found dresses for me in my price range and had a good eye for finding dresses in the style I described. She helped me to get a full idea of what it would look like and I really appreciate that. Some places just let you try on dresses and never help you to have an idea of what it will be like with a veil or accessories or anything. I definitely recommend this place.

Horrible customer service!! I have never left a negative review for any place of business before but this was a terrible experience. My sister and I came in looking for a dress and not a single person greeted us or asked us if we needed help. Then when we asked the people at the front desk if it was by appointment only, they said yes and that they never saw us because we didn’t come to the very front. There was no sign or indication that this store was by appointment only so it made no sense. Will not be returning to this store.

Amazing customer service!! I came in without even scheduling an appointment. They were so nice to squeeze us in. Natalie was our consultant. She is amazing! She knows what she is doing, and honestly wants to help find the dress you feel beautiful in! She made me feel comfortable and taken care of! I love her!! We had some really nice talks while I was trying on dresses! The alterations lady, Rebecca, came and talked to me about what to do with the dress. She was so nice and listened to our thoughts and concerns for the dress! Very good customer service! This was the best experience I have ever had when dress shopping! Highly recommend this store!!!

While everything worked out in the end, my experience here was awful. They were very unprofessional and when my dress was altered it was done poorly the first time. They tried to accuse me of gaining weight since my previous fitting, but I measured myself before going in both times and was the same. They were overpriced but left stray threads everywhere with messy seams, and took in the dress too far at first. The only reason the dress fit the second time I went in was because I didn’t put any undergarments on. There was no responsibility taken and no apologies made for the behavior of one of the employees. I would not recommend going to this place for an alteration, as they are not thorough and do a poor job.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!! I usually don’t write reviews, but they were definitely worth it! I have been doing pageants for awhile, I’ve shopped and been in over 20 pageant/prom/bridal stores, and this was one of my favorite experiences. I called the store before I came in, and spoke with Lauren. She was very very personal and wanted me to know that she could help as best as she could. When i walked in i was greeted kindly, immediately directed to a dressing room, and given a sales associate. I live about a hour + away and she made me feel like I was at home! Lauren asked what styles I was looking for and also picked out some that she thought would fit me well, I ended up falling in love with a dress she chose for me! My mom explained that I was going to another store for a specific dress, and she made sure to get my contact information before we left the store so that if the dress I was going to look at didn’t work out I could call and place a hold on the dress that I really liked from Dimitra Designs. The store had lots of dresses in lots of styles and colors, and a really friendly staff. 10/10 recommend!!! Very very pleased!

I got my wedding dress back in February and had a good experience with my bridal consultant who was very helpful; however, I found the owner to be very insulting. The owner reviewed my measurements with my bridal consultant and said, “Oh wow that’s your waist size!? You hide that very well!” I am very comfortable with my body, so I wasn’t torn up over the comment. I was still extremely insulted. Insinuating someone’s waist size is so big that it’s well hidden OR they don’t look like the actual measurement of their waist because it’s not considered small is NOT a compliment. I was planning on having alterations done with Dimita Designs because of my experience with my bridal consultant, but after Dimitra’s comment, I will be finding someone else who is more professional and uplifting to other women. I was asked to tag them in posts, but as a decent human being I refuse to encourage anyone to shop for any stitch of clothing from a store owner who is condescending and thoughtless.

Dimitra Designs provided me and my whole wedding party with the best service that one could ask for in such a stressful time. My bridal consultant was Jessica and she as well as all the other ladies were so knowledgeable and kind. Everyone has such friendly and great personalities from the time u reach the door. They picked out a dress that was beyond what I had imagined for myself at a reasonable price. They were able to get all my bridesmaids dresses ordered on time and in the right sizes with minimum alterations needed. They even gave each girl a discount off the dress. I had a total 10 bridesmaid and 5 were out of town but the communication between them and Dimitra was easy and timely. My girls provided their measurements and payments and they provided the dresses. My tuxedo process was even easier than the bridesmaids. I literally could not be more pleased. Alterations prices for my dress was a little more than I had anticipated but with something so precious there was no way I would have went any place else. Seriously save yourself the trouble and come to Dimitra Designs they have everything you need.

I must say thank you to the ladies that helped me .Long story short I had my original wedding attire custom made and two days before my wedding it wasnt ready so I went to Dimitra just in case and they took their time helping me find something to wear on my wedding day. Knowing that I have spent so much on the custom made one they were trying to to keep my costs down and put me in a nice gown. My original outfit was ready the day before my wedding but it did not turn out the way I expected it to , My backup dress ended up being the dress.

Hope was amazing. She went above and beyond in assisting With our tuxedos for my wedding. She really came thru, I will use her for all my needs going forward. Great customer service, friendly, and attentive. 5 stars all the way

Everyone was extremely helpful and kind! They have a beautiful selection and will help you find the perfect dress. We drove up from Atlanta to find a homecoming dress and we are so glad we found this store! My daughter found a dress she loves thats different from what we were finding in stores at home. It was a great experience.

I HIGHLY recommend Dimitra Designs for all of your dress needs. I have been shopping there for pageant and prom gowns for almost 9 years now and they have always been consistent in their customer service and quality gowns. I also just found my wedding dress there and it was everything I imagined that I wanted. Im sure all of their bridal consultants are wonderful but I have been working with Ms. Kim through the years and she has been so amazing! Not only does she listen to me and make my opinion and desires feel valued and heard, shes also honest. And that is exactly what you want and need in a consultant!! She is so patient and helpful in every way. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place and Ms. Kim because I have had nothing but amazing experiences there! If you are looking for any type of wedding wear, homecoming dress, prom dress, or pageant gowns you have got to stop by and see Kim!!

Jasmine was amazing! Her energy and knowledge was more than I could ask for! She made our entire group feel welcomed and made he experience so enjoyable. She even played the song that we are walking down the aisle to in the store, just so I could practice my big moment! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! My daughter and I had the best experience at Dimitra Designs. Keller was an awesome consultant. She was very helpful and patient with my daughter as she looked for a prom dress.The entire staff was very friendly and we were greeted as soon as we walked in. They had a variety of dresses and it made the decision tough but after hours of being there and trying on dresses she found the perfect dress for a reasonable cost. Thank you Dimitra Designs staff!! You all are AWESOME!

Jessica gave me the most amazing dress appointment. The very first dress I tried on I ended up buying two months later. She listened and was able to find exactly what I was looking for. I went back to finally purchase my wedding gown and her sister, Jasmine, took care of us. After putting me back in it, she fixed my hair and put jewelry on me. For the first time I envisioned my entire wedding day. Thank you so much Dimitra, you and your girls made my dreams come true!!

So much for southern hospitality! I live 9 hours away and had to order my bridesmaid dress via phone. I was given Jessicas number to call so I could ask questions about the fit of the dress since I would be 7 months pregnant by the time of the wedding. I tried calling and leaving messages several times, but never received a call back. After the bride called and then personally visited the store to make sure they contacted me, I received a call THE DAY THE DRESSES NEEDED TO BE ORDERED! The person that contacted me was unprofessional, rude, unhelpful, and wanted me to go out to a local seamstress to be measured that day! Im sorry, but if she had called me back originally maybe I would have had time for that. None of my questions were answered, and I was very concerned that my order was even placed after my credit card was charged. The dress took so long to arrive at my house that I had to cancel my fitting at a local seamstress and then be rush fitted shortly before the wedding. My dress wasnt ready until two days before I left to travel to the wedding. I was extremely worried that my seamstress would even be able to make the dress fit me since the dress was not a maternity fit, contrary to what we were told. Bait and switch - once the money is down, the service disappears. If you want to save yourself the stress, skip the boutique experience and go to Davids Bridal for a quality, more affordable dress and better service.

That fact that these kids could not enjoy a very important night because a world wide pandemic and you decide not to give refunds or store credit is selfish, unprofessional, greedy, and ugly! You should be ashamed! Plus you have absolutely no diversity on your web page ..I hope karma does a working on you and your company!

The ladies in the front were exceptional. They took their time with me and made me feel like a real princess. The alteration dept is another story. I didnt feel like they cared since my dress was already paid for. But the overall experience was great!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. We were told we would get up to 20% off our bridesmaid dresses since the bride purchased her dress from Dimitra. Then when we go to pay for our bridesmaid dresses all the sudden they dont do that anymore and it all depends on the bride. Ummm if thats your policy then you shouldnt tell the bride and the bridal party otherwise. Basically they screw you out of money so they can pocket it themselves. Needless to say, support another business and skip over this one!

I was in your store yesterday looking for a Mother of the Bride’s dress and was fortunate enough to have Lisa assist me. I know that nearly every mother is excited about selecting a dress for her daughter’s special day. While I am thrilled that my daughter is getting married, the thought of purchasing a dress has not been a priority of mine and yesterday was scheduled as more of a “to-do” item, than something that I was looking forward to. You see, I was in a very serious car accident 5 months ago, breaking my neck, back, shoulder, ribs and pelvis, along with a multitude of other serious/life-threatening injuries. God has been gracious and good to me, and I have made remarkable progress in my recovery…but the effort to go an look for the “perfect” dress seemed daunting --- akin to looking for the perfect bathing suit when you are 54 years old!That’s when Lisa stepped in. After my selecting a couple of dresses that style-wise looked appealing to me, she took my non-verbal cues and selected a number of other dresses that she thought would fit my style, figure and taste. She also took the initiative to go to the storeroom where a recent shipment had come in and selected two dresses that hadn’t even been entered into inventory for me to try on. She completely understood my body type…after briefly telling her about my accident, she understood my reticence in even being at your store yesterday…and she calmly (so KEY!!) assisted me as I tried on about 10 different dresses.I left your store yesterday with an exquisite gown which was one of the two that Lisa so kindly went searching specifically for me. I just wanted you to know what kindness and fabulous customer service I received from Lisa yesterday!

If I could give zero stars or even negative stars, I would. This place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!. The customer service is terrible. The person taking the measurements DOES NOT speak English and completely messed up my daughters wedding dress. We were charged over $375 in alternating fees and the dress still doesn’t fit. They gave the dress to my daughter and told her to take it to another alteration shop. And then they said that another $60 was due from that day. My daughters wedding is a week away. The new alteration shop is charging $450 to correct the mess up caused by this store. Lol.... I’m going to have almost as much in alterations as how much the dress cost. PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!!

I went shopping for my wedding dress on Friday and could not be more happier! The process was so smooth. I had an appointment and was helped by Jessica. She looked at pictures of the style I was interested in and pulled the dresses that were similar in style. I said yes to the dress and she also paired my veil perfectly to my dress. We also got 2 of my 3 bridesmaid dresses taken care of and they are in the process of being altered. The seamstress was wonderful as well! My process was stress free thanks to Jessica! I failed to mention that my wedding is in February but they were still great! Thank you Jessica and all the staff. You are wonderful!! I would highly recommend them!!!

In and out, quick and easy.

They were eager to me sell the dress. Not so eager to schedule my fitting how I wanted because “we are busy it’s prom season”. My dress probably cost what 3 prom dresses would. I should have been priority. My dress was ordered in September I was “convinced” that I needed to hurry up and order it so it would be back in time cause it will be prom season. So I got a dress, it came back the first of Jan. I’ve had my dress since have had it altered and it sits in my closet til April 27th. I get my dress out to make sure it still fits and my beading is falling off majorly. Need it steamed but I’m afraid to even have that done. My dress was poorly sewn together, the seamstress was knitting threads as I stood in my dress. These loose threads are what my beads supposed to be hanging on. The quality of the dress is nothing like the one I tried on in store. They have beautiful dresses but if you take your time and go to many different places even the consignment shops you will find the same type dresses maybe even better quality for a lot less money. I feel like I got a sample dress. I am very disappointed. But I’m making it work. They also eagerly encourage you to sign those papers just in case you eventually find something wrong with your dress they won’t be liable for it once it leaves the store but they charge a storing fee if you leave your dress there 14+ days. Catch 22

Rated a 5 stars because the consultant, Natalie, was AMAZING. I came with the bride and Natalie was so informative to us as a group. She was honest, she knew what worked best with the brides body, she was all around excellent. Ask for her when you make a bridal appointment.

I had the worst experience ever. Being the Groom, I expected things to go a lot smoother. Tuxedo order was wrong on at least 4 different occasions. Kept dealing with several different reps and I believe a couple of managers, because they all had quit their jobs. Changed prices on the tuxedos at least twice. They never explained there policy on payments due. When all of the groomsmen and myself received our tuxedos, all measurements were wrong. This situation caused for a couple of my guys to be late for rehearsal. There was only rep who assisted me in the matter at the latter part of the situation and she really tried her best considering what was thrown at her. I will never use Dimitria again. Terrible customer service and definitely not looking to help you out

Our experience here with Dimitra Designs and their staff was absolutely amazing! We were catered to with the most professional ladies ever! They have a wonderful selection and they know the perfect dress for you. 10 stars!!!!!

The experience I had at Dimitri Design is definitely one I will share with all 5 of my sisters. As well as their daughters. I would never send them to this establishment. I paid for my dress in full, was advised that repairs on the dress would be made . That was far from the truth. My dress had a snag on the front and the Rhinestone belt was just his raggedy as it could ever have been. I will never recommend this to any of my sisters friends or their daughters for their promise for that matter. I was extremely disappointed.

Absolutely terrible how we have been treated we need a refund on the suit we got because prom was canceled and they are not giving it to us. We don’t have the suit yet or anything yet we can’t get our money absolutely do not recommend this terrible business

Great atmosphere and great staff. I had a great experience while searching for a gown. Alterations were very nice and very fast. Great place and if your getting married please visit. They can get you your dream dress even if its not in the store.

Dimitra Designs was my first bridal appointment for the day. My consultant, Jasmine spent time talking to me and figuring out what look I wanted for my dress. I found my favorite dress with the second dress I tried. She was honest in answering questions I had and I never felt pressured to make a decision. I had other appointments in the afternoon, and I am now wishing I had just stopped here! I went to another salon and immediately felt that they were not listening to what I wanted and were pressuring me to raise my price point. I went to a third bridal store and was wishing the whole time that I hadnt wasted my time. I finally went back to Dimitra Designs where I ended up finding my bridesmaid dresses, as well. Jasmine immediately helped me when I came back to the store-even joining us in the bridesmaid department. Olivia is also fantastic in the bridesmaid department. She pulled numerous dresses until we settled on the one. They spent hours helping me by answering questions and giving great advice. I immediately fell in love with all of the consultants and the overall atmosphere of the salon. Im so thankful for the wonderful experience I had today! My advice to brides is to start at Dimitra Designs and dont waste your time at other bridal salons.
