They were influential in our final fabric and color selections for all the bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride, and mother of the groom dresses. After selection, the ordering process was surprisingly easy. I appreciated their patience and encouragement from beginning to end. We were all so happy with our dresses on the big day!

Morgan did a fantastic job with helping me chose bridesmaids and junior bridesmaids dresses! Very disappointed. I made an appointment and came to this location to get fitted for my bridesmaid dress. As a plus size woman, I understand that it’s unrealistic to expect them to have every dress in a range of sizes. However, I was not expecting the sales girl to be short and dismissive with me. She paid more attention and was much friendlier with another customer who was a more standard size, even though I had made my appointment for that time. She just measured me and told me what size to order and said that the dress style and fabric was unforgiving. Shopping as a plus size woman is difficult enough, the attitude of the sales person makes or breaks the experience. If I didn’t have a choice I would not purchase from Bella after this.

I am a bridesmaid and the bride allowed us to pick our own dresses from a certain designer. Morgan and staff at Bella Bridesmaids have been very easy to work with, and were extremely helpful and honest with their opinions as I tried on dresses and couldnt make a decision. I did order my dress from them, and at no fault of their own, it has a manufacturing issue with the zipper. When I realized this, I contacted Bella Bridesmaids right away, and Morgan has gone out of her way to help. With only two weeks left before the wedding, she has assured me that my dress will be fixed and returned in time, and has taken care of dealing with the manufacturer for me. I will gladly give my business to them again in the future. Excellent customer service.

Morgan is so helpful and answers questions and inquiries right away. I was a brides maid that purchased through Bella Bridesmaid Greenville and had my dress shipped to my house. There was an issue with my dress from the manufacturer and Morgan was very quick to jump on the ball to fix the error. She frequently followed up with me to make sure I would have the dress corrected in time for the wedding. I’m in a wedding and had no choice but to buy from here with the other bridesmaids. When the dresses came in they were all whacked on the sizes and very cheaply made considering they cost a fortune! The same exact China made dresses cost less than half the price on amazon👍🏻

My mother and I were passing through the area and stopped to look at bridesmaid dresses for my upcoming wedding, and the first words out of the girls mouth after we walked in were This store is appointment only. I said, Ok, we can just leave, and then she became all huffy with us when my mom asked if we could briefly look by ourselves at one of the racks. She was extremely impatient and acted quite annoyed with us as she kind of explained the racks and proceeded to ignore us, although there was NO ONE else in the store until we walked out. Selection was ok, but not worth the prices. Weve seen a better selection elsewhere for a better value, plus with much kinder employees. We will obviously not be returning. Avoid if you value your time or want to be treated respectfully.
