Nur Performance has worked on my car on two occasions. The only thing I noticed was a scratched Spitter that they purchased and I replaced. The car seemed to run fine. The second time, I had more work done. I found a scratch on the passenger side door that they agreed to pay half. The car didn’t respond as well as I thought it should and a few months later the engine light came on. I had to take the car to a body shop to have some custom work done. And later took it to a different shop to be re-tuned. There ended up being a long list of things that they did wrong. And I have pictures to prove.1. They put my front bumper back on with glue and wood screws.2. They didn’t properly attach the supercharger expansion tank.3. No loctite or sealant on balancer bolts.4. They put my Crankshaft seal in backwards that caused an awful oil leak all under the car.5. The Tune had the car running very lean. Fouled out a few of the plugs. These are some of the issues that where found and had to be replaced and or fixed. There where more things that needed to be repaired but this review is too long already. They refused to give me my money back for the mistakes made. I’m already over 4K with the shop that’s fixing the problems caused by Nur Performance. And the new shop hasn’t even done the tune yet. HAD TO RETAIN AN ATTORNEY!!!

I highly recommend Nur Performance to anyone looking to get work done on their car. I took my corvette there to supercharge it along with headers, tuning and other upgrades and they know what they are doing. JP at the front is super knowledgeable and patient, I dont know much about this stuff so i asked a bunch of dumb questions, called the shop all the time and bothered them about everything and he never complained or got frustrated. They took the time to help and make sure i knew what was going on and what i was buying. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!!

NUR Performance installed downpipes, tune, and intake on my RS7. Their mechanic Ray is top notch and provided excellent service. My car is driving better than ever!

They took care of my Camaro came back driving like a brand new car. They did headers full exhaust and tuned it. Before Car would shift rough Not anymore. Can’t wait to take it back to them for more upgrades.

Excellent experience! The whole team was attentive and professional and the tuning was amazing. JP was a pleasure to deal with, Drew is very knowledgeable and passionate about tuning and motorsports. If you’re looking for a safe and reliable build with good gas mileage and that is very performant look no further than NUR.

I designed upgrades to my vehicle based on JP telling me NUR could handle the tuning. So I did all the work and brought it in on a Monday to be tuned; I was told they would get to it that week. The week went by and I called to get a status and was told there was a problem with the dyno. Another 1 1/2 weeks go by and theyre trying to get easy work out of the way so they can focus on mine. Another week later right before Christmas Drew calls and says theres a licensing issue they can figure out and that hes going on vacation for two weeks. So, I take my truck home and purchase a MPVI2 cable from HP Tuners and resolve the licensing issue with HP Tuners by filing out a trouble call on the website. Fixed it in a day but it cost me $550 for the cable and $200 in credits to relicense the tune to my cable. I brought the truck back to NUR on 1/4/21 again being told theyd get to it that week. After other excuses about being busy and dyno issues I get a call from Drew saying I made a mistake splicing my O2 sensor wires to fit my headers and it was throwing my AFR off. I researched and made some calls and its either another excuse to push me back or they actually believe what theyre saying. By the way the AFR the ECM is reading exactly matches the standalone AFR gauge I installed. So I go in today to let Drew use my cable so they dont have to buy more credits and talk to him about the O2 sensor issue. Instead they send out a new shop manager that just started working there to tell me to go away were too busy well call you. Ive been strung along now for 8 weeks or so after spending several thousand dollars building my vehicle. They have a sign in the lobby that says Reputation is everything.

So ive had NUR performance tune my car twice already and have not been disappointed. They have a really good and knowledgeable team. Highly recommend these guys for any work that needs to be done to your car. From simple oil change to building engines.

This shop truly gave me the red carpet experience to the tee!Hi my name is Nick and I own a 2017 Mk7 Golf R. When buying this car from a small dealership in Miami I found out it was stage 2+ with a stock clutch YIKES! Now this clutch of course was trashed to a point that I’m surprised that even was able to drive and engage! Now with this all said I needed to upgrade to something to hold my power needs! When arriving at Nur performance I was greeted by J.P and I can’t even tell you how nice this guy is and truly loves his job! He talked me threw idk 7 different clutches for my car we broke it down to driveablity and aggressive feel. In the end after long thought I went for the DKM twin disk stage 3! 3500+ miles later and this car truly is the monster I knew it can be!! Also with going for the DKM it was cheaper than the rest so more goodies were added such as Steel clutch lines and whole new clutch system from E.C.S tuneing! Going to the track next week and can’t wait to see those numbers and dynos soon! I know I will be seeing these guys again and again!Thanks again NUR crew and J.P!!P.s I was told by idk 3-4 of my other VW friends that this is the place to go and was recommended highly before even arriving!

Nur at first seemed like an exceptional place to take our car. We dropped it off, they looked around the car, had us fill out paper work and tell them everything that we wanted done to it. That went smoothly, and they had said they would call us the next day with a quote on how much they think everything would cost in the end. Next day comes around, no call. We decided to wait, maybe they were a little busy.. still no call. We tried getting in contact with them in various ways, and it would say that they line was busy or straight to voicemail. Once this started happening we started getting a little irritated, they had his car & we had no idea what was going on with it or if they had even touched it. About a week or two goes by and still really no info, we’d get in touch and they promise to call us and they never would. Finally they called us, and they had already ordered parts without telling us prices.. which really isn’t okay. Also, they kept telling my boyfriend it would be done, & then it wouldn’t be. They had his car for over a month, which it only had minor issues.. if we had the proper equipment we could’ve done it faster than over a month our selves. All in all, our experience wasn’t that pleasant. Would recommend going somewhere else to save you a hassle! Communication was horrible 🙃

Where do I begin? Dan and the guys at NUR are the real deal when it comes to GTRs. I was stranded with what I thought was a bad OTS tune from Cobb when my car kept cutting out. I popped in at NUR and they were able to diagnose it as bad fuel pump and got me a custom tune. It was my first time at the shop, but I was treated like family. Dan went above and beyond to get the work done. All the guys work their tails off. I was there until at least 9:30pm while they worked to get the tune right. Thanks for everything!

I got beyond amounts of work at another shop up in Orlando, FL. My car came back every few months for a year with more and more problems. I finally bit the bullet and sent it here. I can say I am more than satisfied with the final product. My Evo came back beyond better than it was within A WEEK! The professionalism of the owner and his employees, along with communication was top notch. They were more than fair with pricing. Do not hesitate to get your car built by them and tuned by Rob Kaizen! They are both AWESOME. If youre hesitant just stop in, you will be more than sold by the appearance of their shop. This shop is doing the rest of my build from now on! 10/10 at Nur Performance.

The first time I went to NÜR Performance, they installed a Corsa Xtreme Cat-back exhaust system on my Hellcat. They did an excellent job and I have had a lot of compliments about the exhaust. The second time I went to them, I got a LMI Hellcat Air Intake installed as well as a dyno run. They did an excellent install job both times and also were great at keeping me informed especially the second time when their dyno system recently went down due to a bad storm. They were able to work with my schedule and get me scheduled on a day that worked for both of us. I would recommend them to anyone interested in getting some performance work done to their car.

Great experience having nur service and optimize my focus st. They typically work on much higher end vehicles, like gtrs but were not ignorant about my turbo hatch and had more experience than i have experienced at any other shop. Dan and the crew were knowledgable and had my vehicles long term health in mind at all times. They have 2 master techs on site one of whom serviced my ford. I trusted him with service and dyno due to his credentials and the talks we had. He knew his stuff and even repaired other failed installations from other shops. Nothing bad to say about nur. My perience here today will most certainly be followed up with future visits.

Went there a month ago they said they could tune my challenger anytime I was ready! Decided I was ready called them they said sorry we cant tune challengers we dont have the program or equipment needed, why couldnt they of just said that at the time I was in there shop instead I could of been finding some one that could. Bad customer service from the owner and the tech! Tell me one thing and dont even have the means to do it ! Very disappointed in there lack of professionalism I will be going elsewhere and will let my friends in our Mopar groups no as well
