Great experience. I called all around looking for a new battery and not only was this place offering the best deals, but the customer service was impeccable. Ed and Chad greeted me at the desk and were both extremely welcoming. Ed made sure to greet me as soon as I walked in and turned my whole day around with his charming personality. Josh had my battery changed in less than 10 minutes and I was able to move on with the rest of my day much faster than I anticipated. Will be coming back.

We are so Lucky to have such a Trust worthy Battery distributor in Ft.Myers. The men that work there R Awsome!! Ive purchased batteries for both cars ,& my boat. Example took a battery in to have them check it for charge. Came back in the after noon young man came out of shop said batteries on the edge but were gonna replace it. As a young woman who knows very little about cars, getting work done can be stressful. I went to Interstate Battery to get my battery changed and it was the best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic. Ed helped me as soon as I pulled in and had it all done in 30 minutes. Highly recommended!! My car battery died while I was out one day so I called Interstate Battery to see if they had the type of battery my car needed and they did and quoted me their price. My car wouldn’t start so I had to get a ride to their shop. When I got there they confirmed the price they quoted me and even let me borrow one of their tools so when I went back to my car I could change the battery with no problems. After changing the battery, my car started and I drove back to their shop where they then checked the battery and ensured everything was connected properly. Through out my whole time there the staff was all very helpful and you can tell they are very knowledgeable, kind and honest people!

I had problems with starting my car, all the symptoms indicated that it was the battery, Went to Interstate battery Fort Myers, They did 2 test and told me the battery was good! It must be something else. Keep having problems, so went to an auto repair shop and they told me the battery was bad, They Replaced the battery and car is starting perfectly Since then ! I bought a new marine battery for my boat in September and we have used our boat a lot over the winter. Today our boat died and we had to be towed back to the launch. I stopped at interstate in fort Myers and they tested the battery to determine it was bad and swap the battery out for a new one at no charge. I would always recommend them for any battery needs

I came to Interstate Batteries on Metro Parkway in Fort Myers Florida on December 5, 2018 around 8:30 am to seek assistance with my car fob battery in a panic and in fear of my car not starting. My wife and I had the best experience here. We needed a battery for our Honda and Ed and Todd (owner) noticed that ours should still be under warranty with the dealer. They waited patiently while we attempted to contact Honda to have them honor the warranty (and terrible service from Honda -- they didnt honor the warranty and have lost a customer).Todd and Ed came through and were kind enough to help us select a new battery, install it, and even expressed their disappointment that our Honda battery failed like it did. Theyre incredibly kind, genuine, and do fantastic work. Well never go anywhere else for our batteries from here on out! This is the best service youll find in Lee/Collier counties.

Was having trouble with my truck battery stopped in to see if they might have what I needed. The guy at the counter ( I think his name was chad) asked me the make and model of my truck and after about 2 minutes he walked back with a brand new battery at an unbeatable price. No hassle and expertise customer service cant ask for much more.

Have a 2006 BMW and had conducted a review/comparison of batteries on the internet (being an engineer by occupation) and found Interstate to be the winner.....carried in many sizes by Costco. Unfortunately, Costco did not carry my model. Called Interstates local office and they told me to bring the battery in and theyd do a check on it (existing battery was 6 years old and would sit for 5 months at a time each year). They checked it out, found it bad and had exact model needed in stock and took it home and plopped it in and works like a charm...Efficient, effective, and reasonable in price! And, people who smile, here, as well.
