Great spot - staff was super knowledgable and helpful. i went in with no experience and they took the time to help me understand everything i needed to know to pick out and enjoy my new kit.

Cool store. Could have more product options and more professional and knowledgeable employees.Walked in and asked for a gift card. One employee said we don’t have any. Other guy said yes we do! I asked twice and this happened both times. Employee unaware of the truth continued to be incompetent and ignored me a few times. I’m not angry at all, but it wasn’t good customer service. Good employee was wearing a black and white checkered face mask on 9/18/21. Other employee would be better replaced by having nobody work there. A fellow customer knew more than he did.Anyway, motorcycle stores are awesome. They have fair prices. Just a weird employee.

I was very happy with my visit. It had been about a year since last visit. I was greeted and befriended as soon as I walked in. I needed a faceshield and found a very good selection. Bobby helped me get it fitted since I had a bum arm. I will definitely go back and I dk recommend them. They have RPM and Armed Forces discounts too.

The two guys who assisted me were awesome and answered all my questions and helped me decide what I wanted for my motorcycle helmet. I actually returned my first helmet and they made it a smooth and easy transaction. To also finish this review Id like to say that if you really want a bang for your buck get a cycle gear membership because I literally bought a 225 dollar cardo bluetooth for 40 dollars because of the previous purchases that gave me 5% cash back.

The people working here dont have a clue what is going on between the employees. I was told one thing on the phone and after rushing to get up there was told something different. To the person i talked to walking in, always remember its not what you say its how you say it. By the way if this store doesnt need to make money, continue running it this way. I own 5 bikes and this store will not supply anything for them.

Tommy was not very warm and accepting of me as a customer. He seemed that he had a memorized routine for dealing with customers. He didn’t look me in the eye when I asked questions or during my transaction. He was more interested in looking at the floor.

I am a beginner rider and i couldnt recommend this store enough. The staff was extremely patient and helpful. I left feeling very confident in my purchases. Excellent store and staff!

I was in looking for a tire for my motorcycle. They said they had to order it and said I had to come in to pay before its ordered, since a lot of people tend to cancel their orders and then the store is stuck with the tire. (To either hold onto until sold, or returned to the original vendor) So, I take the 1 hour and 20 minute drive, walk into the store and up to the counter to find out, I couldnt pay cash. They dont take prepaid cards, (for whatever reason, I have no clue) so they wanted to put the cash onto a gift card. Then they tell me that they cant even order anything due to the backlog on customs.Why they didnt tell me this until after they put my cash into a nonrefundable gift card is beyond me. With enough complaining, they did finally cash out the gift card and I left with nothing. Actually, a lot of wasted time, and we all know out time here is very valuable, during the the fact that its very limited.

Great service and decent selection. Ken and Tiffany were great and took the time to help a new rider find a helmet and gloves that dont break the bank account. Will definitely be returning for more!

Always a good experience. Have had them change my tires four times now and it’s worth the minimal cost to have them do it (especially if your order from them online). They never mess my rims up and while they quote 24 hours to be safe, they usually call by lunch if I drop off at 10am for pickup. This location is especially good and is well known within the bike community for good reason.

I called ahead asking about information on a hydration pack. My associate, Justin, was super helpful. Even though the store is often quite busy, he took the time to physically check stock to be sure the model l wanted was in stock.Ive had nothing but great things to say about this store. The associates are very knowledgeable and friendly, l always feel welcome.Most highly recommended.

I think the clerk use his RPM account to boost his RPM cash instead of mine 🤬. Did buy a Sedici modular helmet with Cardo freedom at discount member price which adds up to Amazon price. They jack up the price make it look like your getting a deal 😁🤑. I do like the RPM cash deal to use on other products.

A large selection of apparel, but sizes are a bit iffy. I wear a solid 2XL jacket. I tried on 3 different brands and each in 2XL. One fit was great, and the other 2 brands were so small that it took a 4XL in one brand to properly fit. The same brand that required a 4XL, was spot on 2XL for a different model jacket. So, depending on the make, the model of jacket, and which overseas factory it was made in, will depend on the cut. Be EXTREMELY careful if you order on line. I ended up buying a BILT brand, which Ive bought this brand before with GREAT results, but I had to get a 3XL to get the proper fit. As I said, great selection, great prices and friendly, helpful staff.

Cycle Gear was a great help to me today. I am a new rider and I went to Cycle Gear to get a helmet some gloves, and other safety gear I might be in need of. The experience was great. Once I walked through the door, someone immediately took notice of me and proceeded to help me out. I had a cab outside waiting for me and the employee was so generous to get me a ride back to my residency, because I wanted to spend sometime getting to know the gear I was getting. My taxi driver was in a rush so I only had about 15 minutes to get a helmet and get out. I wanted to spend more time just getting immersed into the store and gear, and making a great buying decision base ok what I thought I needed. The employee said he would get me transportation back home! I was shocked. I never had that offered to me before from business. Im new to the area so it would work out greatly if I could take my time and not be in a rush. I went outside and paid the taxi driver for the ride to Cycle Gear and told him Id find away back. I went back into the store and spent about and hour and a half, Im sure more time, on hearing about different helmets, gloves, jackets, helmet sound systems, and I free roamed a little bit to check out other things.The employee had A1, amazing customer service. He was patient with all my questions and answered them without an issue and gave me allot of knowledge. I walked in with some internet knowledge and walk around the store learning allot more. He walked around with me all over the store and answered questions and gave recommendations based on what price range and customizations I was looking for.I left the store spending a little bit over my budget. I mostly went over because there were things I didnt plan to get, but after hearing about what it was for, I got a few extra things.Overall, well worth it visit to the store! I will definitely be returning there for all my motorcycle gear that I will need in the future. I highly recommend this store.

Cycle gear has my become my new favorite store to go to, with a huge item selection for your riding experience. The staff is always helpful, respectful and friendly, if one staff member isn’t sure of something they’ll go ask the next team members or look it up. Cycle gear is the place to be!

The customer service is not too bad until I got to the counter and try to use my motorcycle safety foundation discount and they said that I had to we registered it. That part I understand because peoples certification does expire however, she would not renew my certification because I didnt live near that cycle gear I have to register with the one closest to me, which does not make sense because its the same system. I do not know if that is the regular procedure (which if it is it needs to be changed) or if she was too lazy to do it herself.

They have very knowledgable staff in Fayetteville. Ive never had to wait long to be helped. I was looking for a front tire for my Ninja 400 and the local shop told me it would $88 and that was with a 15% discount. I decided to look at Cycle Gear online and there price was $68.04. Thats a much better prices. The local store to me had it in stock and available. final price was $74 after tax and the NC tire fee.

I’ve been shopping at the Fayetteville,NC store for years. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great variety of products, both in store and online. They do a great job of helping you find exactly what you’re looking for, even if they have to direct you somewhere else to purchase it (which seldom happens because they have so many options). They have been really good about making in store warranty replacements or size exchanges easy, the few times I’ve needed it.

First time but not the last. Great guys work here! People really do make or break business. I had a problem with an online purchase and they were so helpful, also observed the same thing with other customers, that I made additional in store purchases. Good people are hard to find and keep.

I went to buy a new helmet. While I did buy the one I wanted, the sales representative gave me the wrong answer on the price and then didn’t give me the box with all the contents. Just found a helmet bag from the back and charging cable from some plastic box of odds and ends. Additionally, no user’s manual. Had to look everything up online. Not super thrilled with the service and not sure if I will ever shop here again.

Excellent knowledge about the helmets in stock, excellent service on installation of my Bluetooth, and the whole staff was happy to help entertain my daughter to make life easier.

Always has great products, military discounts, and keeps needed parts on hand. Ive never had a single negative experience at any of their stores in any state and their staff are always very knowledgeable and love what they do.

Found what I wanted with the help of an employee. Fast sale and I love my new goggles.

I came in looking for a new Helmet at a decent price with little knowledge about the different helmets they offer. The staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. I ended up leaving with an awesome Sedici Bluetooth helmet that I love and they set it up for me before I left. They also offer a “pay as you ride option” to basically finance your equipment for 3, 6 or 12 months. While I was willing to pay the full price it was nice to be able to pay a small portion of the bulk price and make a few monthly payments without incurring serious interest. Aside from that I got some amazing riding boots that are made from great quality material. Overall my experience was fantastic and I will most certainly be shopping there in the future.

Bought my helmet through cycle gear online and picked it up no problem. Here I am 2 months later after selling my old bike and getting a new one, I finally get to use my helmet.
