These guys were great. We are riding the Transamerica Trail and were in need of new tires. We showed up an hour before they closed, they had a good selection of tires and good prices, and the shop guys even stayed late to get our tires mounted and us back on the trail!

I purchased a 2021 Ninja 1000SX from this dealership. When they sent me the title (certificate of origin) they did not completely fill it out. When I went to get my registration at the DOT, they turned me away saying that I had to have the dealership fill out the certificate of origin completely. No plates or registration was provided. This was after a 30 min drive there (DOT), 2 hour wait, and 30 mins home, 3 hours wasted total. And once I get the certificate fixed I will have to go another 3 hours for plates. 6 hours total b/c of a dealership mistake, this is not good. No attention to detail.

Came in to pick up a part for a friend whos bike was well broke.. the people working there were very friendly and extremely helpful.. Im not in the market for a bike or ATV atm but when I am Ill likely go back to Freedom Powersports because of the experience.

My bike had been to 3 different shops to get fixed, not one fixed it right. I took it there bit the bullet an with in no time Im back on 2 wheels splitting traffic

We made a 12 hour round trip to purchase a side by side from Freedom powersports. All i can say is it was definitely worth the trip. Absolutely the best sales team and an awesome service department. I highly recommend them, they are on their game. Thanks for hooking us up!!!

The finance place they use is one of the worst!!!!!just look them up on the better business bureau!!and the reviews on them! Unbelievable how they operate folks! Sheffield finance is the name.

Staff was helpful at finding what I was looking for without having to ask for the help. Also was nice enough to tell me where I might find what I was looking for and if I had a problem with the installation to bring it by and he would see to it that I had help getting it done.

I order the lower kit fir my new R3 that I droop of on the floor while standing in a hill street light and my driveway . They told me 5 days , st day 10 went in perdón and told me that didn’t get it yet but they will call me. . Today I called snd ray tikd me that actually didn’t never be ordered. If I don’t called got more than a week until somebody answered ghe phone and told me that? And ordered was put asRay told me on the phone now and will call me . Almost one month after and nothing from them . Very bad

Wouldn’t let me return a jacket that had a damaged zipper because it was on clearance when I bought it. If you need gear just go to Cycle Gear down the road. Nothing to report from the sales division.

These guys know how to take care of people! I came in shortly before they were closing and they had a really good deal on a slightly used bike. I was still a little hesitant so they threw in a free manufacturer warranty! They even stayed late to allow me to run to the bank!

The staff that Ive dealt with were superb! Bryan in sales can get you just about anything you want. Providing honest information and a handshake. Theres no other place Id go and Ive handled this type of business for awhile. Just great people with a ton of patience. I went with a beginner and he had no problem showing him the ropes. Just dont go to rainbow cycles they lack a plethora of knowledge and stack on the hidden fees were freedom does not.

Yea, the people might be friendly but their motorcycle $$$ are not! They wanted $6,499. for one of the bikes that retailed $4,260. My trade in was retailed at $3,820. They wanted to give me $1,500. I made an offer for $6,000. for their bike and $2,500 for mine which would have given them a $2,000 plus profit. Instead, it was refused. They needed to make a $4,000. profit. In the Bible, that is known as one of the sins, GREED. I know they have to make a living, but I dont believe they need to make a killing. I will never contact them again. Want a great deal? Save your gas and your time. walked in with intent of purchasing a new yamaha dirtbike. After standing by the bikes for half an hour with my son looking over them and throwing a leg over a couple bikes not one of the sales staff made any attempt to speak with or show anything. got a glance or two but that was it. worst decision Bill ever made was letting this place go down the toilet like it has. Adventure powersports will be getting my buisness from now on.

This is a very nice powersports store. They have a large selection, and a friendly staff. They helped us get back on the road when we experienced some maintenance issues on a dual sport trip.

The worst service I have ever received. I applied for financing on a tiny $4000 bike and was told every single day for a week that I would be called back when they hear back and wasn’t called back once. I found out that 6 days after I applied they finally ran the report and was approved immediately. These men will put you as they’re last priority and won’t give you a second thought until it is convenient for them. Highly recommend going literally anywhere else unless you plan on paying for their products outright.

I fear for all riders who visit Bill Eddys shop.Took my motorcycle in to have it professionally checked before I got back on the road. I also had a Suzuki front brake master cylinder recall completed. The service center failed in every way possible. They failed to do any of the work correctly including the most basic service of all, the fluids. Freedom Powersports charged me $200.00 and damaged my bike doing it. They also didnt perform the Suzuki recall correctly.When I went in to confront Bill Eddy about the issues he was very aggressive, rude and didnt care that the work his shop had done could have resulted in someone being killed which his answer to that was well. Thankfully all I had was a low speed crash. He lied to me on more then one occasion and went as far as making fun of my beliefs, morals and passion for safety.Bill Eddy says he doesnt screw over his customers and backs the work of his shop 100%. He never once offered to come pick up my bike to look over the problems. He never followed through with the promises he had made to me.If anyone needs help working on their street bike send me a message and if I can help fix it I will free of charge.

Pulled up to buy some sparkplugs and the gut behind the desk didnt seem to be intrested in finding what i was looking for. He said he needed to see the actual sparkplug from the bike because the 06 gxsr 1000 model for that year all engines depth for the sparkplug where made different lmao. After questioning him further over that subject he finally went on to look up what i was asking for and what do you know he found it. My advise to them is learn how to lie a bit better if you dont feel like helping somone out.

So my wife and I went in last weekend just to look around with hopes of course to get a new bike but unsure it was even possible. Not only did all of the sales guys offer tons of help to consider all options but Bill personally took good care of us through the process. The finance guy was super helpful through the process and kept us really informed play by play of the status. We not only walked out with buying 1 bike but due to the awesome customer service and willingness to put their customers first we bought 2 bikes!!! I have always done my business there as this isnt our first purchase with Freedom but after a reminder of the great employees and even direct involvement from the owner himself we will continue to do all our business there and I will always refer anyone looking to that shop. Best mechanics, best parts counter guys, best sales and over all best service when your in the market for a new motorcycle, dirt bike, 4 wheeler or side by side!!!

Service department was very helpful

Wife and visited looking to buy a UTV. We waited for 15 minutes the lobby before being approached by a sales person. Three minutes into talking to a sales associate another associate approached him with a question. Our sales person takes off while the one that asked the question starts speaking to another family that just came in. We waited for another 10 minutes and no one else approached us so we left. Others will take our business.

Sat around waiting for 2 hours while the individual I needed to talk to walked around trying to make sales and after 2 hours of waiting his response is, “oh well I’ve got a process so it takes a little time”. “The process is him helping literally everyone else in the store while ignoring multiple customers who had been waiting for hours. If I could give it a 0 I would.

Oh yeah! Formerly Bill Eddys, he still runs the place and dies so very well. Very knowledgeable staff, shop almost clean enough to eat of. Great selection and huge discounts on lots of new inventory as well as killer deals on used bikes. I cant wait to get another bike here. Steve was a huge help with financing and I felt extremely welcome even when I was just tired kicking.Bike cane full inspected and gassed up. Let me park my car there so I could ride home and pick it up later.Best bike shop in the area!

Had Ecu problems. 2 Shops around where I live couldn’t pin point the problem. So I drove 2 hrs to freedom power sports. Both josh’s one in parts and the other in the shop workin on my quad. Super nice guys and knowledgeable. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Would definitely drive the 2 hour drive again.

I have a 2013 Concours 1400 that had some steering head issues. After a bit of trouble shooting and (putting up with me), they got me taken care of by getting the steering head issue taken care of and diagnosing the secondary problem which was a bad new tire that will be returned to the online store I bought it from. Bill Eddy himself took the time to call me time and again with updates and even rode my bike himself to assure me that everything was good and the wobble was gone. Now THAT’S quality service from a quality dealership. I would recommend these guys over any metric dealer in NWA by far. Thanks so much. The bike is perfect!I took it to Rainbow and they didn’t even take the time to really work on it and said “Huh, we don’t know. I guess we could take your money and replace the forks and see if that works.”If you have a Kawasaki, Yamaha, or Suzuki do yourself a favor and come to Freedom and let Bill and Greg do you right.

Great mechanic work. Not so good customer service

So Im updating my original review after receiving a call from the general manager. I had originally gave this place three stars, due to the fact that I paid over 7k for a bike that had originally cost $3600. The general manager - Mike - called and explained that there were several products (extended warranties and such) that added significantly to the overall price, but he also explained that we could cancel the coverage and I would get a pro-rated refund.My original review explained that I was thrilled that they managed to finance me, and made the buying process so easy, and I was pretty happy with the speed and quality of the service department. I would like to add that Im also appreciative of the effort in making sure Im happy with my purchase several months after the sale.The only negative: After viewing my contract, there was a handling fee and a freight/prep fee that both totaled up to about $1500. I think some of that may be for the pre-paid maintenance, and if so thats fine, but if not then thats pretty steep. Im going in tomorrow, and if they can explain what this is for to my satisfaction, I may even give them 5 stars.Overall Im pretty happy that they went through this much trouble to make sure Im happy with my purchase.

Great customer service

The service department was reasonable back when it was Bill Eddys and I dont know whether they just changed the name or its owned by a different person now but when I tried to get my motorcycle serviced recently they tried to rip the s*it out of me. Im a first time bike owner so I wanted them to bleed the rear break fluid on a sports-bike. They quoted $200 dollars for parts and services saying its a two hour job. A job I was able to do in 15minutes after watching a couple Youtube videos and spending about ten bucks for everything I need. I dont think I will ever go back there since I dont know how much they will try to milk out of me, especially on areas Im not too familiar with.

Parts way over priced. I got quoted $100 41 rear tire on a dirt bike then looked it up online and it was 25 bucks super overpriced nice people but their prices suck.

Absolute Worst Service Department I have ever worked with! They are extremely rude, unprofessional, liars and just full of it. They dont even know how to be polite to a customer who has not said anything out of line-- and when you tell the manager how rude his employees are, he says he will look in to it, but when it happens more then once then its something he must really not care about. Thats a sign of poor overall management. I would never spend a dime there and I seriously hope you never do either!

In the month of February, I purchased my first ever, in my own name, brand new spankin YZ 450F. The staff were very kind and considerate of my credit situation. They helped me get the payment I wanted and the parts department were very good about setting me up with the right protective wear and accessories. All in all a very good experince! Would recommend these guys to anyone in the area.

Went for parts and service. I couldnt get there before closing and they stayed for me to get there after closing.

Im retired from 30 years of dealing with the pubic and I know how to run a business. These people have no idea. Honesty is always the best policy, but not with these people. After reading what others are saying I see that my opinion of them is shared by several. The people that run this business are deceptive. I went in to buy a V Strom. The price on the 2014 was marked down considerably. I told the salesman what I wanted but that I wanted a skid plate thrown in with the deal. It was agreed. Then I learned that the interest rate was not zero but 6.9%. It was only the 2014 that the zero percent interest was offered. So, I changed to the 2015 and paid full price and still got a better deal. That was fairly minor. But...I showed a coupon for a free helmet but was told there were none left. Then, after pursuing it found that there indeed was some left.When I went to get the skid plate (it took 4 of them a long time to find it) it was a cowling--made of plastic--not what I wanted or what was understood. I agreed to pay the difference to get the skid plate while at the business. They would not try to settle it before I left, but I was assured by Randy that they would take care of me. So, I left the cowling. When I got home Randy called and said I was stuck with the cowing--they were not going to pay the difference or do anything to settle the dispute. Im hoping I can get all my work done at another dealership.Also, when trying to get me to purchase an extended warranty I was told the V Strom would require a valve adjustment at first oil change. I said it did not but the woman argued that it would. The argument ended after I used my cell phone to prove it. The service manager then confirmed it.I regret not reading more of the reviews before entering the store. I should have walked out when I first detected their deception.

4/5/16 Called to have safety recall work done on my Suzuki only to find out they dont even have their Suzuki license and cant work on it..... what a joke.
