I usually dont leave reviews.....Needed some new tires mounted on a tight timeline. He had them mounted and ready in about 20 mins. Super nice guy, willing to share some of his knowledge and talk you through what hes doing. Highly recommend, will definitely be coming back. I was stranded with a flat 280 miles from home at 3 am, got my bike towed to this shop based on the reviews, and waited for him to open. I had the wheel off already and he put on a functional tire from his used pile so I could get home free of charge. I was back on the road 20 minutes after he opened. This guy isnt out to gouge anyone, and if Im in the area Two Wheels is getting my business.

Had some concerns about replacing my brake fluid and gave the shop a call, bill gave me a fair quote and even went as far to look up what brake pads my bike needed just in case they had to be replaced. I came in and he met me with friendly service and looked over my bike, at the end of it he told me that everything looked fine and was ready to go and did not need to be replaced. He could have easily wasted my time and money by lying to me about the condition of my brake fluid. Bill is a super honest guy who runs an awsome shop, he even was kind enough to show me around and give me a look at the bikes he is working on.10/10 would come back here again and could not ask for better service.

It is very hard to find a mechanic one feels comfortable with. The last mechanic I felt comfortable with was when my husband was stationed in San Antonio, TX and we were refered to a wonderful man and master mechanic. Leaving him was like leaving a favorite doctor. This was in 2003. Now I have a motorcycle and I am now, the only rider I know (currently). As a new female rider whose husband doesnt ride, I was super apprehensive with checking out a bike shop even for something as simple as tires. I did my homework over the last several weeks, on tires, on mechanics, on pricing, the whole deal. Bill hit all the marks. He was straight up with his pricing. There was no major surprises and I did not feel like I was being talked down to, as I have so many times before with car mechanics.First experience with Bill was a joy! I hope to need a mechanic less and less as I get to know my bike and what I am capable of doing with her, but I will be going back and recommending his shop to anyone I meet along the way. I know lots of lady riders wrench on their own rides, but for the stuff they cannot do, Bill is your guy!Oh and want an extra treat? Ask him about his kid that plays a MEAN Home Sweet Home Cover on the drums! Man those sticks twirlin everywhere... I loved every minute of it!

Would not replace my front tire tube on my dirtbike. Used the excuse they didnt have a dirtbike stand even though I could have taken the wheel off myself and given them just the rim.

I was having trouble with a Mikuni carb, talked to two other shops, one place was all about Bike week and said call back in a few weeks, the other place ... well lets just say his attitude wasnt the best. Then I called Two Wheels and spoke to Bill. I told him what was going on with the carb, he told me more or less what the problem was and what it would take to get it done. Also quoted me a fair and honest rate, I was impressed, Long story short, Honest and a man of his word, dropped it off on a Saturday got a call Tuesday it was done. Picked it Wednesday and went home put it on the bike and fired right up. Gotta say, Im not even from here, just visiting but next time I’m in town , Bills got my business again, Thank you Bill, Its nice to know some people still do great work.UPDATE : 4/24/2019 - We were having trouble with the battery/charging system. Called Bill and he gave us things to look for and check, or bring it by and he’d give it a look see. Turns out it was a under power battery. Called Bill this morning at 0930 6 June 20, I was asking him about a 35K service for my 1999 H-D Softail. He told me to drop it off at noon and it will be done today. Bill has a great shop that matches his nature. I stopped in here based on another shop’s inability to mount a tire. Bill had it done and balanced in a snap and charged a fair price. While I do most of my own maintenance, this will now become my go-to place for things that I can’t do. Thanks Bill; I’ll see you in a month or so to get the back put on.

Two Wheels is absolutely the shop to go to for all of your motorcycle needs. Or even questions. Bill is a great guy, very knowledgeable and informative. He has helped me on multiple occasions with work and questions. If he doesnt know something, he knows somebody that does. Prices are very reasonable as well.

He did a phenomenal job going over my 2015 Road Glide Special, as if it were his own.- replaced both tires- rear brakes replaced- serviced w/ AMSoil (best brand out there)- overall spot check (100% honest, no BS!)- threw on a bolt I didnt know was missingThanks, Bill!

This shop is great! I was traveling through town and got a flat tire. Bill had everything in stock and I was in and out in an hour. The shop is spotless and the owner, Bill, is very knowledgeable on both new and old bikes. I would recommend that anyone looking for a solid bike shop at a good price make this your first stop.

New motorcycle repair shop in town (local business). I usually go to Cycle Gear to get my tune ups and tire replacements, but the Fayetteville CG doesnt have a garage. Bill is nice and knows his stuff. My bike tire was ready inside 2 hours. This is a solid business.

I have taken my bike in to Cycle Max and Fayetteville Power Sports to get maintenance and my front brakes kept going soft. I brought my bike here and Bill took the air out of my lines that they left in and probably never even maintained. Great fast service and hell take care of you!

I recently brought my 2013 FLS in for a 10,000 mile service and Bill did it up right! Dont waste your time time or your money, because you absolutely will, at the local dealership here in Fayetteville. Thank God I called around and Bill was the man, he brought me to the back to see his working area and it was clean and neat, he told me everything he was going to do and kept me updated, and the price was the best price around town, now my hayabusa runs even better than before and I will be bringing my next bike in.

Was kinda skeptical about taking my CVO Ulimited to any place new. Two Wheels had been recommended to me by another brother on the road. I was pleased with the way Bill took the time to remove both tires and mount the new ones and in doing so also noticed I needed rear brakes. Good Catch!!!Would definitely recommend Two Wheels for oil changes and tires.

Ive bought tires here for HD and for Triumph, and have had a couple mounted. Ive also bugged the owner with a ton of questions about wrenching, oils, servicing, etc. Hes always patient and knowledgeable and has the best prices Ive found. Excellent indy shop.

I wont be recommending anyone to this shop. I paid dealership price and have damage to my bike. I Had a rear tire replaced and now deep scratches on both my Rinehart mufflers where he pulled the axle out or tried removing the mufflers and the belt drive was over tightened. Said to say because I have always supported independent shops

Hands down the best shop experience I’ve had. I very rarely write reviews, however my experience here with Bill warrants some well deserved recognition.Took my Fat Bob in for an oil change before a trip the next day and Bill not only facilitated my last minute service but did so in a professional and expedient manner. When he found my front brake cover cracked and needing replacement, he helped me track down the part at the local dealer and installed it within an hour.Will absolutely be recommending Bill’s shop to everyone I know that rides.
