I am absolutely in love with my bike and as a female rider they made me few comfortable purchasing from them. I would 10/10 recommend!

I had done some research as to what bike I wanted as a beginner so I already had what I wanted picked out. I was able to get the payments and the bike I wanted with ease. We sent all our bank statements, like we were asked by their staff and still have not heard back from anyone at flip my cycle. After we were told we were approved. We ended up going to another dealer in Fayetteville and leaving with a Beautiful Street Glide, within 2 days. Sales Lady at other dealer was very communicative at all times and finance was even better. I will be sending all military buddys to them.

My wife did an application 2 weeks ago and we have not heard back from anyone at flip my cycle. We have even called and two ladies that work there, told us that they couldnt tell us anything. I know it doesnt take this long to find out if you are approved. They were really nice, just never called us back with update. If she was not approved, we would still like to know. Im giving 3 stars but, if anybody call her back I will update. I was prepared to put a nice down payment also. UPDATE!!!!! I was contacted by Jason today. I believe we played phone tag, but Tremaine called me back and we are waiting on approval.

Doubling the price of the bike then asking for half the listing price as down payment as if they are giving you the ULTIMATE Deal. $1-$3,000 should be max of required down and any additional buyers own self gain.Check cycle trader, Market place for prices of bikes before blindly sigining 48-60 Month contracts to purchase these over priced bikes high mileage bikes. Customer service isnt, Only you just happen to get what you want, it also includes fairness and looking out as best you can for your customer in a reasonable buisness atmosphere, lets agree a buisness is here to make money, a buyer is looking for a item at a great deal, NOT TO BE RIPPED OFF!I would Not finance a a chain driven tricycle from this place! What a Joke!

They gave me one quote to buy my and within less than 30 days they backed down from their quote and didn’t even requote less than 50% of my original quote simply due to the bike appraiser working that day. Very unwilling to budge or try to get your business.

We actually went to the area to look at a bike someone was selling but they bailed. Ended up here and left with two bikes! Awesome people and extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. They baited me with a cheaper bike. Spent hours in there,just to be called 5 minutes before they close and be told that the bike I went in there to get,has mechanical problems and it could be a month or longer before I can get it. They gave me to more bikes to pick from,1 stock # didnt exist and the other was about 3,500 more dollars than I went in there to spend. Wasnt trying to pay alot of money for the bike in the 1st place. Not saying I wont go back,cause it could be a fluke.

Im self employed (commerical fisherman) I couldnt get financed (after they said I was approved) I sent in all the stipulations a 1099 tax form and I was denied because they said I didnt make enough 2000$ a month I make 25000 to 30000 a year (I proofed that with tax papers). Highly dissatisfied with the whole experience

Stopped by this shop just to look around, not realizing my brother Tremain worked there. He showed me 2 bikes that were beautiful. Now this was the first stop looking at bikes, I hadnt even made my mind up if I really wanted one yet. That being said I threw out fairly ridiculous numbers for down payment and monthly payment I was looking for.... literally within a hour, Tremain had me approved and sold me a bike on those same terms. I couldnt ask for a better experience, so go see my little brother Tremain and get you a bike before summer.

I went to flip my cycle to look for a new ride the crew there were very helpful if you want an honest dealer this is the place, was a very pleasant trip from start to finish i ended up buying my motorcycle there they had quite the variety and were willing to work with me as much as they could and i was so happy i ended up taking two of my bikes back to have work done on them. can you say one stop shop. The staff are very quick and proficient at their job the salesman dont hound you and will answer any question you may have. I didnt need the financing there but they can get you that as well. as far as fixing my bikes top notch work done there. Now im not one to say they are the best in town but i will tell you out of all the motorcycle shops i have ever been to they are the most honest and easiest to work with if you want to buy, sell, consign, or get you ride repaired they are the shop to do it .

Excellent service. Bought a GSXR1000 from them. Tip top condition. I live 400 miles away and we got everything squared away in under three days. They were even able to work with me to get the bike to me instead of me traveling to them!Will definitely keep them in mind for future motorcycle needs. Unfortunately, they’re too far for me to use them as my garage, but others near them definitely should.

If you want a rideable bike, Dont buy from Flip My Cycle. Bike broke in the parking lot after signing paper work. Broke 3 more times during the 30 day warranty. On the 28th day broke again and they wouldnt do anything. Ended up taking the bike to another dealer and having to trade it in. This place is a Scam!!!!

Its true, they had a great idea,, made it happen. You can buy and sell your bike here, to find the right bike for where you are in your life. Youll spend $, they make it, but, you get a bike that works, even if you dont have a AAA rating. They spend their profit to make sure you pay your bill and improve your credit. Public service utility, we should all be grateful. I am. They should open a chain across the country, IMHO.
