I took my computer to iFixandRepair because I dropped it and I wasn’t sure if it was repairable or not. The guy was so professional and nice. He took my computer and he said first let’s check to make sure your hard drive is ok because that’s the main thing. Since that was working he put it back in the computer but it wouldn’t respond, so he told he could fix it but it would cost more than buying another computer. He recommended different types of computers for the type of work I needed to do to buy and then he told me to go to Best Buy and get an Hard Drive Enclosure, so he can show me how to transfer all my stuff from my hard drive to my new computer. Awesome job!

Thank you, remove the insurance for me. Ill pocket the $110/mo and in the rare event my screen does crack, Ill hit it the next month at iFixandRepair. Theyll fix in one day for less the price that takes Assurion a week of mail back and forth.Save yourself some trouble. Spend the $100 (or whatever) and remove your cell carriers insurance. Had my Samsung S10+ screen replaced at a prices of $375 which I found excessive. Picked up the phone and the ear speaker didnt work. Returned the phone for them to fix the speaker And got it back after several visits to pickup and then the microphone didnt work and could only talk on speaker phone. Brought it back for a 3rd time to finally get it working. That being said my I live and die by my phone for my job. I am in IT guy who spends 1/2 my day on the phone. I had to be without my phone for 3 days. Later had a network issue and had to call Verizon and explained everything that had happened prior to calling them found out that Samsung would have done the job for 1/2 the price with oem parts. Substandard repair.

Adam did a super job of helping me make the phone use my extra capacity SD card. In 5 minutes, he showed me how to navigate folders I missed yesterday while talking to the Samsung Help Desk! A lousy 2-week old problem is now resolved thanks to him and the manager.👍🏾

Don’t waste your time or money!Changing my post. Initially happy, however after taking in my iPhone 8 Plus for a new screen the battery all of a sudden doesn’t work anymore. I’m no expert, but that’s not a coincidence. They smoked the battery and don’t want take responsibility. Didn’t even offer to change the battery..... I would have gladly paid! Customer NO service!

I called to ask how much it would be to change the battery on a Gameboy Color game cartridge (Pokémon Gold). The gentleman said $50. Yet I’ve had this done two other times for $10 on Pokémon Ruby. First time the Technician had picked up the phone and said no Problem $10. Second time I went into the facility and the front person said $25 (so I asked him $10 cause that’s what it was last time. He asked the technician and he was chill with it so whatever) The work here is perfect and flawless but what is up with the pricing?

My iPhone just suddenly went nuts and I could not use the swipe feature to turn it off for a reboot. I brought it in and the salesman was able to fix it in a minute. I asked how he did it cause I tried EVERYTHING! He just smiled and said “just give me a positive review!” I asked what happened to my phone and he said it just had a “brain fart” 😜. I just called into inquire about the cost of fixing my daughters ipad, the gentleman I was speaking with had a attitude as soon as he answered the phone. I was informing him that the glass shattered on the tablet and he says well if you were smart, you would have gotten insurance. I feel that he was way out of line to say that being that you are here to service people. I hung up because I refuse to let anyone let alone a customer service rep speak to me that way and will gladly take my services elsewhere.

I went there to get ny charging port on my phone fixed and they ruined my microphone on my phone so people i talk to on the phone can barely hear me and there is an echo. I called them and told them and they admitted that the charger port and microphone on my phone are connected so they replaced it again but it didnt fix it. They claim its working fine but people Im on the phone with still complain they cant hear me over the echo and I have to yell into the phone sometimes to get them to hear me. My phone worked fine before I took it to them, it just stopped charging properly. Now thanks to them its a piece of junk Im going to have to replace as soon as I can afford to. My suggestion... Go somewhere else for your repairs or youll end up having to replace the phone anyways. Ill never go back there again. Im so angry about them destroying my phone

NEW REVIEW: After bringing my phone back to be fixed again they managed to fully repair it the 3rd time I brought it in. Great employees too! The man who worked on my phone seemed to actually care about the issues with it as well. I’m glad they did end up fixing it, even though I was very angry to begin with.OLD REVIEW: Took my IPhone X there to get the screen fixed, it was only cracked with no problems for as long as I’ve had it (about a year and a half to 2 years now) charged me $170 and said it would only take 2 hours. I thought it was a great deal! So I come back after 2 hours and I get my nice fixed phone. I get back home and realize that the screen constantly scrolls up. It gets to the point where it’s frustrating me so much that I’m about to break it all over again! Eventually it gets worse where it closes out apps, scrolls left and right now too (only sometimes) and messes up my texting too. They completely messed up my screen and to be honest this new screen feels much different than the old one did even before it cracked. They messed up my damn screen! I went back and told them what happened, so the employee very kindly told me it might be a simple little fix, so he soft reset my phone. It was fine... for 2 minutes. After those 2 minutes I just wanted to go home after having an unrelated bad day. I get home and bam, problems start happening again. Currently writing this review with my own screen fighting me at every word. Avoid this place, guys.

I took my son PS4 to get repaired. I knew it was the HDMI port. They didnt even try to diagnose it, only stated it was a hardware issue they couldnt repair. I took it to CPR Repair who fixed it in less than 24hours.

I had a very good experience with iFixandRepair today. The technician that waited on me and my son was able to diagnose the problem with my sons phone immediately. He was very polite while explaining the issue and was able to fix the problem within an hour. Also I didnt have to pay an arm and leg for the repair. I highly recommend this shop if you need your phone or something else repaired.

Took them my phone in April Samsung s20+ with a cracked screen. Phone was less than a month old. They were higher than anywhere else I called but they assured me they could fix it with a lifetime warranty. Three days passed I called them they put a screen on it but the front camera didnt work anymore. They told me the camera came with the screen so they would order another one. A week passed still no phone. So they offered to send it to their board guy. After another couple of weeks I stopped by because they hadnt called me. Still no front facing camera and offered to take fifty bucks off the bill. To me that was unacceptable because it worked when I dropped it off verified by them. As of today they were supposed to order more parts and get back with me I havent heard anything from them in a month about it. I would not recommend taking anything there.

I greet him Hello how are you...yeah what Can I do for u ...NOTHING..If I the customer could fix it Or new details on the issue I the customer would not have bothered someone who don’t respect their work or the customers life is too short rude is not where it is at....if u don’t like people don’t do a job that include them the customers! I don’t know what has happened to this company because a couple years ago they were good. Now every time I go get my phone “fixed” (6plus) they miss up my phone completely. I went in for my camera to be fixed & in the process they missed my touch up. I went back so they could fix what they missed up and told me I would have to pay for a chip to get replaced for cause of “touch disease” my phone never had before they put they hands on it. Starting to think they in cahoots with Apple with messing ppls phones up on purpose.

I dropped off a phone for repair that was cracked and dropped in water. It kept restarting. They took it apart and said it would need a new part and it would be there in a few days. A couple days later they called and said that after it was sitting apart for a few days it mustve dried enough to start working again because it was working fine. So they just charged labor $25 for taking apart. They couldve lied and I wouldnt have known the difference. Thats great service.

Fixed and also gave recommendations on PlayStation that wouldnt even benefit them, just the customer.

Why do I call ahead of time and tell you that I am coming to pick up my phone, yet when I come the phone is not ready or even in store? The workers do not communicate with each other nor do they communicate with the customer. The old guy working there decided that working on his own personal phone was more valuable than helping me (a customer) and called the younger worker to help. When I asked whos fault it was for the miscommunication he said it was both of our faults. No business should place blame on the costumer. The product was damaged (I guess) so once thats figured out I should have received a phone call. However, I did not receive any message nor option about what the next step I wanted to take was until I personally called back. Its like they wait till they are closing to give you a call for options.

I give a 3 rating because I had to take my iPad back to back 3 times within a month.Communication definitely needs some work! I had to call every time to check the status of my device.I will rate them a 5 for only charging me once and never giving up on trying to repair my iPad.My iPad is still not working correctly but I’m not returning it for a fourth time.I’ve had it for five years, no cracks, and only dropped on carpet twice during those years. I guess it’s time for a new one.Would I recommend them or go there for a different device? Yes, I would/will.

First, I have to say that the guys here seem to be genuinely nice people, but unfortunately, that doesn’t change the fact that the $500 screen replacement I paid for seven months ago already went out in my MacBook Pro.My son accidentally broke my 3.5 year old MacBook Pro screen earlier this year. iFixandRepair replaces the screen seven months ago for $500 but then it went out again last week.Make sure you double check your warranty for the products they sell or prepare to kick the ball down the road for another expensive repair or, like I did, buy a whole new computer and software programs to keep business running. I wrongly assumed that if the first screen lasted for almost four years, the second one would, too.Also they told me I was the first and only customer this has happened to, so I do hope your luck is better than mine!

From what I know. Usually companies that repair phones... they have new phones and repairs the parts on the customers phone. So why, when I picked up my iPhone X the back has no Apple symbol!!! This is dumb, if I would have know. I would have never done it!! They didn’t even care to tell me that was, what they were gonna put in there. Apple probably won’t even touch my phone after this!

I had a black screen on my Google phone that virtually made the phone useless to me. The tech took my phone and two minutes later had it working again. Best of all was NO CHARGE. Cant get any better than that. Thank you !!!

For the prices they charge, you could go to the Apple store or your service carrier and have it fixed. It’s a nice store though, way better than the space they had in the mall.

Got my phone fix here before and everything was great. The price was reasonable so I decided to go back not to mention I have been sending people there to get their phone fixed as well. So today i send my phone with my brother because he needed his phone fixed as well. To my surprise they want to charge me an extra 50. So i called and asked the reas9n and explained and he agreed to fix it at that price I was given before. I get another call from my brother saying something different. IPhone speaker didnt work couldnt hear anybody talk. Brought it in after stopping by T-Mobile. T-Mobile was unable to help. This place cleaned out my aux Jack and it worked fine. With a simple fix and they didnt even charge me. What a great place!

Took my computer in to have some things looked at, they recommended thermal paste so I went with it, came back a few days later & picked it up. When I was at the store it booted up just fine, when I got home & plugged in an aux cable it shut off immediately so I took it back.Went to pick it up again & they showed me there was drop damage on the battery, that left me very confused because Ive never dropped this computer in the 2 years Ive owned it. Atleast they refunded me for the thermal paste they added.

They gave me a messed up screen and didn’t wanna switch it out for free as if it wasn’t there fault after I paid 150 to get it fixed right the first time
