Rude and do not follow the Metro T-Mobile 14 day return satisfaction guarantee. The store manager instructs his employees to talk and treat people in a very disrespectful manner. I emailed the ASR and have not received a response to my complain. Jay the store manager to me to help myself with calling the better business bureau and attorney general office!

Went to take care of a problem with my phone on the Eastern boulevard location, went about noon time today on the 19th Sunday April, I had simply went into the store to exchange a defective phone that I had recently purchased but he refused to give me any assistance and did so with a very bad attitude. In fact he treated me as if I was a liar, very bad attitude, dont recommend. If you need any help from PCS metro Id highly advise that you go to the Owen drive location
