My son and I went in to repair his phone, they both went above and beyond to help us with our problem that no one else could fix. I will be coming back in the future if I have any other problems. Customer service was awesome!!

I love the service here. It’s hard to get the iPhone pro max fixed less then $265 they are good on there pricing.

Be sure to check your camera with photos before and after it’s fixed. I was so pleased with Jack service until this incident. I took photos prior to him fixing the glass and later that day noticed dots in the center of every photo. I took different photos on a white wall using different lighting including flashes and every photo showed the same little dot. I took it back to Jack which he explained he doesn’t know maybe I need a new camera.(right an upscale) No sir this hasnt happened before when I let someone else fix the same issue. Not only did he quote me two different prices (b/c I came in a different day) but also different times of how long it would take. Not sure how 10mins turned into 45mins. As stated before check before u leave (taking pics of a white wall) or you’ll be out of a phone looking for a new one like I now have to. But it definitely won’t be from Jack. You tried it though.-Update : so not only is there a spot in the center of photos but the camera doesn’t focus anymore. When it snaps a picture it blurs. Photos posted below. This is such an awful experience. I need a refund ASAP!

I understand that the items being sold were refurbished but I had no idea that performance of the Pros I bought would have deteriorated so much in terms of battery power. It barely manages 1.5 hours of listening time on 50% volume.

I have an LG phone and...Yeah...originally this was a 5/5 until I noticed my phone wasnt acting properly after the second time going there. I had cracked my screen paid for the time and at first, the phone screen got changed but it wasnt working properly with the proximity sensor so we got a new screen(no charge), which happens. But then the phone problems got worse from there. Eventually on the second try I wasnt even able to talk on the phone at all unless I had it on speaker or headphones plugged in. I didnt want to risk anymore problems so I ended up getting a new phone from my phone carrier. The customer service was good, Jack was very nice and kept in contact with me but I dont think Ill be going back again. If you have an LG phone and need a new screen, youll have to wait a day or 2 before it arrives to his store because he doesnt have it in stock so he has to order them.
