Great and fast job. Ended up needing a new battery as well and was given a discount on the battery. A little disappointed that they had to shave the edge of the phone to fit the new screen but such is life. Theyre in the process of changes so only accept cash at the moment. Would recommend.

I replaced my iPhone battery which was (well, appeared to be going) perfect until my grandfather called me and I couldn’t hear him. Took it in, dropped it off, bought a pair of shoes, came back and out in under an hour. Apparently sliced a sensor. I have no clue. So I’m glad these guys exist. Recommended.

Completely TERRIBLE experience.I brought my Note5 in to get the cracked screen repaired.I was told that it would take 2 hours, and it would be $300.I left my phone and information with the gentleman, and went about my business, after he assured me that he would call if he finished early.After 2 hours, I returned, only to be told that he needed a little more time, about another hour.Again, I returned in the time given, only to be told that repairs HADNT EVEN BEEN STARTED.I was given some line about how they only had 1 spare Note5 screen, and they were working on the phone they were going to take the screen off of, but first they had to back up the data, and pull off pictures, and they only reason THAT hadnt been done already was because they had to charge the phone first. NOT my phone, someone elses phone who dropped off their phone THE PREVIOUS DAY and STILL hadnt been worked on!So after 3 hours with my phone, they told me that they hadnt even STARTED on my phone.The workers were rude and condescending.Definitely WOULD NOT recommend. I suggest anyone looking for phone repairs STEER CLEAR of this place!!!

I love that all the people who rated this place five stars have only reviewed this place...fake?Brought my cracked phone in, female employee said it was irreparable and that Id have to get a new phone. Took it elsewhere for a second opinion and they fixed it and said a part inside was damaged and could only have been damaged with the screen off. Ive certainly never taken my screen off, so the only time that part couldve been damaged was at this store. My phone is fixed and fine, because I took it elsewhere.

My experience with this place was not satisfactory at all! At first everything was well but after about a week or so I noticed that my camera was not centered, I was told that because my screen was cracked there was a plastic piece missing so I just took that and left. The screen that was replaced was bugging out and I was told that they could do nothing about it because of a scratch (Which is understandable) So I decided to go get another screen from a different place. When my phone was taken apart there were screws missing in the frame which is probably why the screen came apart so easy! A piece that I was told was missing because the worker was too lazy to open and check before the scratches was perfectly in tact so with that it proves that the screen I paid over $100 wasnt even worth the work. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great and fast service! Repair was done right in front of me, answered any questions I had and was very knowledgable on a lot more than cellphones. All around I would recommend this place over any other.

I came in a couple hours before this store closed after breaking my screen earlier that morning. Immediately Lindsey was very helpful and repaired my phone at record time. She then offered to put a tempered glass screen cover on my phone for added protection. She tried her best to place it on perfectly, and came extremely close. The manager then walked out and realized it may have been a faulty item. He offered to replace it for free if it didnt settle on the screen within 24 hours.I am very impressed with the people working this shop, and I am so pleased with the prices. Its a shame I can only go up to 5 stars.10/10 would come again.

I had a shattered iphone 5c and I took it here to be replaced they had the screen fixed fast but a few days layer I noticed issues with my screen touch going crazy I had to go up there a few time and they replaced the screen - no charge - thinking I got a defective screen.. turns out the phone itself was having an issue but they did refund me and I was able to use the refund to help myself with a new phone. Prices here also arent too bad.

The experience was fine and speedy. The screen that was placed on my my iPhone 6 plus was VERY inferior. The colors were off, I had to increase the brightness all the way to see close to what I could previously.The touch response was also inferior and the battery life was cut to a third. With minimal use the phone overheated.On the first minor drop (happened several times before with original screen) the screen cracked once again.I was out of town in MN and had it repaired there for $40 less and with a screen that looks EXACTLY like the original Apple one and battery life was back to normal.Beware as they use inferior products and charge more than the competition. Regret ever walking in there.

My phone was having issues searching for service. After spending over 4 hours on the phone with my service provider, they couldnt help me so I went to ifix and repair. The associate told me how to troubleshoot at home to save myself some money, then if I was still experiencing trouble I could come back and have him troubleshoot my phone. Sure enough, I couldnt figure it out, so I brought my phone in the next day. He fixed my phone by updating the software and just like that, my phone was perfectly normal again!! He saved me over $500 and was fast, knowledgeable, and truly cared to save me some money instead of charging for diagnostics. I recommend anyone who is experiencing phone issues to go here!!

I called in advance to see if they had a screen for my husbands phone to be fixed and they said they did. I took the phone they told me youll be ready in two hours. I sat in the parking lot for an hour and a half waiting for them to fix the phone because I do not live close by. I went in to check on the status of the phone and the chick in the front precedes to tell me that they tried two screens on the phone and they were both defective. She told me they knew this a half an hour before I walked in so I asked why didnt you call to let me know, and I got no answer. So now that the phone is all taken apart, I cant even take it elsewhere to have it fixed. The best part is, now I have to wait until Saturday (instead of the two hrs promised) because they had to order more parts. Thank you guys for ruining my surprise for my husband, still charging me $185, and making me wait and extra 2 days! Way to have great customer service! Oh, and the chick in the front could use an attitude adjustment..

We were doing to get our phone fixed and the guy there (manager he said) was super rude to us and bragged about his self and his services and said if we didnt like his price we could just go buy another phone. He would interrupt us when we spoke and told us he spent years working at apple to replace parts not to make McDonalds wages. Very rude and arrogant. Also we asked about a military discount and he said that you are already getting a military discount that the price to fix it is a discount compared to buying a new phone. It was disrespectfull and a slap in the face to all military who risk their lives to be treated as they dont even deserve a simple thank you. We didont expect a discount because some places dont and we accept that but the disrespectful way he said it was implying we were no better than anyone.

I dropped my daughters iPad Mini off at 12:00pm to have the screen replaced because it was cracked. The lady working at the front desk told me it would be fixed and ready in an hour and a half and the discounted military price would be 100 dollars. I called them back at 2:00pm and the lady said it would be done by close of business because my LCD screen needed to be replaced and the part was being dropped off there from another location. I called back at 6pm and they said come back tomorrow....sigh.I came back the next day and my LCD screen had lines on the right and at the bottom and the manager assured me it was turned in to them in that condition. I insisted he was wrong and to check the security camera right above their desk. He called his employee and she lied again. I know they cracked the LCD screen taking the outer screen off in order to replace it. She also lied about the iPad being on when I turned it over to them to have it fixed. They replaced the LCD screen and the outer screen and the iPad works and looks great but i will never bring my electronic devices back to this place. Finally, they charged me 110 for the replacement screen instead of the 100 I was quoted by the lady when I originally agreed to have them fix it. One more lie for the road.

I would like to prefix my review by stating that this does not outline the quality in personnel at IFixandRepair. However, this is my outlined experience, and distaste for IFixandRepair as an organization.Prior to my repair service, I called the store to ask for pricing. I followed up with asking if services can be price matched, and was told that it it can be met.Once arriving to the store, I proposed the price to be matched, and was told that the store cannot match a screen replacement from Apple. (Pricing is listed on the Apple Website). They were able to accommodate a little bit regarding price.The screen replacement was quick, and possibly took less than half an hour. I immediately noticed that the screen brightness was mild. Unfortunately, I did not have time to walk back into the store due to my intense schedule.A week later, I began to experience complete screen blackouts, along with unusual battery drainage. This is when I began to do my research. I do believe that the screen is of a much lower quality. One that does not feature the Retina display that comes with iPhone 6s. I also believe that due to the quickness of the screen replacement, there may have been some sort of shortage that affected the battery.Ifixandrepair, does offer a warranty. However, they clearly print a absolutely no reimbursement clause on their receipts. A clause that in NOT mentioned beforehand.I would like to formally request a full reimbursement, to have my phone repaired by more qualified individuals. WITHOUT the lack in product quality.Thank you.

Should be called iBREAKit. I took my sons phone to be fixed at Cross Creek location and the female at the front desk J tried unsuccessfully to fix my sons iPhone 6 screen. She was extremely aggressive with the phone and not gentle with the cables inside the phone at alll. Once I left the place the home button stopped working and the touch ID no longer worked and both was working FINE before we came.I called and meet with the owner and he informed me that this is something they are not responsible for. Granted this was a screen I replaced earlier but there was NEVER an issue with the touch ID and everyone knows that once the touch ID is ruined..its ruined forever.He stated the home button wire was broke and a liquid which appeared to be juice was in the phone. This is the same juice that was on the techs work station that she put her fingers in and begin working on my son phone!! I would have been ok if he would have just admitted that his staff member ruined the touch ID but no he stated that it couldve been anyone fault including ours. Never will I return again and I would not recommend this place. If I could take away the one star I place above I would..not even an Im sorry!! Smh

I came here because the price was reasonable. I didnt want to spend $200 for an insurance claim to get a whole brand new iPhone 6, but now I wish I did. Ive carried it back twice & its still not right. First the screen started popping up on the side, so he put some stuff on it to helped it stay down (which ran out on the body of the phone & made it look like sh**). Second the top of the screen was popping out to where you could literally see down the inside of the phone. (Again the guy put more glue on it & it looks like super glue & of coarse you can tell where he let it run out). Now the screen has started acting up & has a dark spot to the top right corner. I had absolutely no problem with this phone until I carried it here and its always been in an otterbox or lifeproof case. If I could give you zero stars I would.

Brought two iPhones into store to be fixed/ cracked screens and battery issues. Was a long wait for repair, watched him replace batteries in both phones and heard him tell us that the heat straps that keep your phone from overheating and in place were, just there to annoy and phone didnt need them. We believed him, as he said he was one of the only certified apple fixers. We continued to watch him fix phones, he dropped the back of mine in the ground hard! Picked it up like nothing happened and continued on. Once the phones were rung up and given to us we immediately began to have issues. Sons iPhone home button was sticking so he ran it back in, it continued to stick so we ran it back the next day. We live 2 hrs away from store so its not just a jump in the car. Later in the week I found that my earbud outlet wasnt working and had been fine before taking in. Made another trip only to have him tell me I must have broke off an ear tip into it???? Any possibility you lodged a broken piece in there when u dropped it? He did not go through the phones system before and after to ensure everything was working like others there had. A couple weeks later my sons phone died- wont charge, turn on- nothing. I called the shop and of course they said bring it back. Well I said no, I gave you ample opportunities to fix and the phones getting worse. I sent it in to iresqWhere they found the phone was lacking heat strips to keep battery in place and keep it cool- ultimately destroyed a brand new battery. He had also cracked the brand new screen he put on, that irsq found when trying to take it off. We had to have that replaced as well. Would never send it there again!!

Garbage, sloppy work, wanted my screen replaced and it was, but the battery was loose and shaking around in my phone, causing it to shut down permanently. Cant find good service anywhere in America unless its a brand new business.

Horrible experience with them. Dropped two iphones off for repair of cracked screens, and battery replacement. Phones hadnt even been started after 3 hours. We stayed in store to wait on phones and saw technician drop my phone on floor in process of repairing and told us that the sticky tape holding iphone battery in, was not needed and proceeded to rip out heat protective tape in each phone. After repairs were completed, there was no checklist done on phones to ensure everything was working. Left store, went out to car and tried to use one of phones and wouldnt turn on and the home button stuck. Went back into store- he changed out the battery and fooled around with home button- told us to not press on it hard. Left store and attempted to use phone again and home button stuck again- this wasnt even an issue before the repair!!!! Went back in store and waited for another hour to have him fix home button- the total number of hours since initially dropping off phone 9 hours!!!Brought phones home and one of the phones worked for 4 hours and quit and wouldnt turn on, reboot- nothing!!! Went back to Fayetteville- an hours drive away from home each way- and waited for him to replace battery for the 4th time!!!!!!After 2 1/2 weeks the phone died again- I sent it to iResq- the technician stated, the battery was bad because it had overheated due to heat tape that held iphone battery in place and prevented from overheating was missing- which ifix and repair technician had removed and never replaced!!! Not only that, but they found that the screen had a small crack- most likely caused by the multiple attempts to fix battery and taking screen on and off- and the whole screen had to be replaced.Attempted to call and tell them- they said they filed a claim with corporate and noone has called or attempted to fix the situation. In contact with Apple and AT&T to help file claim against them as well as BBB.

Not even worth a star. These are the most rude people I have ever met. I emailed them asking them if they had a part in stock as I was going to be in the area, and they said that they did and it would be $25 repair. I go to the store its self, and the manager was rude as all get out and said that they didnt have the part and it would cost $70-$75 to do it once they got the part in and blamed the corporate office for giving such false information. Do not go there!

My experience with iFixandReapair was amazing. I can honestly feel good knowing that I can leave my electronics with them with promised services. Although the issue with my iPod was too outstanding and irreparable, they did indeed fix my Iphone 4. The back off it was cracked because it fell from the 2nd story of a building onto concrete. I greatly appreciate the services of iFixandRepair and will recommend anyone to go to them. The treat all customers as if they were top of the line costumers. It took less than 10 minutes to discover the problem with my Ipod and to fix my iPhone altogether! Amazing!

I dropped off my Ipad, which had the screen shattered from where my child had stepped on it. It didnt have any cracks on the outter edge of the screen but the inner screen was completely shattered. I dropped it off for a new screen and was told that it would take 2 hours to fix it, so I walked around the mall for that time. When it was time to pick it up after the 2 hours, it was not fixed and we were told that the tech needed a special tool to finish the repair. Upon arrival several days later, after being told that our Ipad was fixed, the screen was not properly placed, the besal was broken all the way around and we had to leave it there, so a wasted trip of an hour drive one way, and we left it there to finish being fixed. Before we left, I spoke with a new tech, who didnt know who had worked on my ipad and who was knowledgeable, in reguards on what needed to be done. I called 3 weeks later after not hearing back from them, was told that they tried to call me twice, but left no voicemail. I was told that the back of my ipad was warped and had to be put into a defended case for the screen to be secure in my ipad. Upon arrival, I was told that the new tech had to completely redo the work on my ipad, yet he didnt know how the back case got warped, yet it was not warped when I dropped it off. He was able to sale me a defender case for $20.00 after I paid the $130.00 plus tax to get the screen fixed. I was told constantly that he didnt know weather the tech or I had warped the metal back of my ipad, which it was not warped when I dropped it off. Also, during the time that they had my ipad, they have changed every staff member in this store. I am not happy with the way that I was treated, or how they fixed my ipad, being that they caused more damage to it, than what it had when I brought it in. I was told that its hard to tell when the warping happened, but being that I am a tech myself and could have done better myself, I know that it was not that damaged when I brought it in the store. I will no longer having this place work on anything of mine, since this was the worst experience I have ever had.
