The gentleman that helped us change from our carrier to T-Mobile was very helpful & pleasant, even after he had a nasty customer before us. He handled that customer well & continued on with us with a great attitude. Even helped me so quickly when I came back to have our numbers changed over.

Been to this store on a couple of occasions this week. This gentleman, by name Justice was super. He offered me a 5 star service. A few more of his kind would take this company to the next viable level.

I came to this location to switch a line and add an Apple Watch to my family plan. SCOTTY was the representative that assisted me and I highly recommend her and this store location. SCOTTY was very professional and contacted both her customer service and Apple Customer service to rectify the issue. SCOTTY continued to help with a calm demeanor and portrayed a positive attitude the entire transaction.SCOTTY is a credit to the T-Mobile brand and an excellent employee. The best customer experience i ever had they were all friendly and understanding . I came in to switch to them, i did that and upgraded my phone for a reasonable price. Didn’t take forever was actually fast especially since i got a brand new phone. I will always come back to this store! I called the store looking for an Apple Watch. Justice answered and offered me fantastic service via the phone. I had not intended to go to the store today but when I called, he was super helpful so I stopped by! He was prompt, polite and extremely efficient at multitasking! T-Mobile has always had good customer service, but my experience at this location on 3/22/2021 stood out as superior. Fred helped me upgrade my phone (which included transferring all the data to my new phone). He was patient, attentive, and well-informed about the specs of my new phone. Yall promote this man!

Our representative was Nae and she was phenomenal. She was very knowledgeable about the services, products, plans, and deals!!! I enjoyed all the service and professionalism of Fred and Nancy. They were absolutely magnificent. I could not have asked for a better experience. Money and time well spent. Fred was very attentive and knowledgeable about the products and Nancy’s assistance with my devices were a delight for me.

Horrible experience. Had to go back 2 times because no one knows what they’re doing. I had Jump! Which was not used and it completely messed everything up. All I wanted to do was to upgrade. They didn’t take my old phone at first which they should have. Then they never mailed it in to tmobile for credit. They put my phone on an incorrect plan. Charged me incorrectly. I ended up having to ship out the new phone I got to t-mobile corporate and get a whole new phone. It was all exhausting. A total of 4 hours of my life I can never get back. They will remind you, even after telling you incorrect information and taking hours of your time due to their incompetency, to be sure to rate them highly when you get a review for them from T-Mobile. Yeah right...The employees that I encountered, even the managers, were not trained correctly. They had to call corporate multiple times and T-Mobile corporate were the ones who fixed the issues. No one at this location on Raeford rd. could even though they made the mess. Never again. Total nightmare. Oh, and they try to get you to buy accessories you don’t want or need, or, instead of refunding you your money back Push an accessory in exchange instead.

Fred was a very cool and helpful guy. He was also very patient, honest and was considerate of my time constraints.

Today I came into this T-mobile location on 8/20 and was serviced by Shanae, who I came to looking to purchase a new phone cause my had just broken. Overall my experience was great because she made the whole process painless and easy, and very quick. She assisted me with finding a more affordable plan that was comfortable to me. I plan to come to this location more often for any future services for great customer service.

After desiring to upgrade for sometime or discontinue my services with T-Mobile, this old lady was pleasantly surprised with my entire shopping experience today. First of all the building and parking lot was immaculate! Second of all the staff was very happy, very patient, and pleasant! My representative was Chris which I absolutely love the manner in which she multi tasked, greeted all customers and her ability to inform me of their latest promos. Through the wait Chris was very attentive to my request and determined which products would be a better option. Thank you Chris; awesome job!

So I changed phone companies and got a plan for me and my family. But once I got the bill it was double of what I was told I would be paying. No one has been willing to work with me on this. Very unsatisfied and will never use them again. I will also be letting people know about my experience. Never again T Mobile.

I visited the store to activate a pair of iPhone 12 Pro’s and to replace my screen protectors. This is hands down the best T-Mobile store in the Fayetteville area. I have been to different T-Mobile stores in Fayetteville and can say that the employees at this store provide the highest quality of customer service. The employees were very friendly and helpful, responded all my questions, and completed the transaction in a fast and accurate matter.

Let me start by saying that in this world that we live in today we see a lot of tension and unwanted time for the next person, whether its professional or personally. Today, I walked into T-Mobile on Ireland Drive in Fayetteville NC, with a problem with my apple watch not knowing heads from tails what the problem was, out walk this very nice young man, name Terrance, with a very pleasant smile and asked how my he assist me. I begun telling him the problem that I was having and immediately he began to dissect the problem. The situation was not easy, but Mr. Terrance stayed persistence and got the problem solved. If there was ten stars to give let me be the first to give ten and some. Thank you Terrance for being such an access to this company and for having exaptational customer service skills. You are AWESOME!!!!

I have to say “THANK YOU JESUS” first! My son from Philadelphia sent both my husband and I an IPhone. I took the phones to a T-Mobile store to get our numbers transferred over. After completion of the numbers being transferred I asked if our phone numbers and photos could be transferred to the iPhone. I was asked if I had any teenagers at home (I guess to set the phones up) I told him no, he said just go into settings. NOW I HAD JUST SPENT AN ADDITIONAL 197.00 in that store. I get home tried to set up my phone with no luck. I became so frustrated. My husband and I went to a different T-Mobile store.....Store #148 located at 4103 Raeford Rd, Mia and Terrence assisted us. They made us feel so comfortable......helped us with different settings, transferred phone numbers, photos, helped set up our emails on the iPhone etc.... they never made us feel that we were wasting their time....they were very patient with us! We did not remember our password for the emails...they showed us how to go in and get a new password.
