Fastest service Ive had. They kept me up to date on what my car was having done on it the entire process as I waited. They offered snacks and drinks while I was there. The ladies of the office are happy and informative and I got to see Mike himself, seems like a great outgoing guy, his wife has that same positive and bright energy. Amazing business, amazing customer service. Even the other people who were waiting were telling me they love the place and wouldnt go anywhere else. If my car needs servicing, this is where Im going.

They also rotated my tires and changed the fuel filter. Mike’s whole crew are all on point. Very sharp and helpful. From the time of checking in my vehicle, getting all inquired information to when the mechanic pulls it out of the bay. I have been bringing my truck there for awhile now. Have never been disappointed in any of my services. From the office personnel being informative and customer service over and beyond to the mechanics to answer any question that I may have. Mike and Beth Wiggs, along with everyone else at this awesome business were wonderful to deal with. My first interaction with them was calling for an inspection on a used minivan I was interested in purchasing. I talked to Beth on the phone and she told me to bring it in and theyll look it over. Mike brought me back after he was done looking at it and showed me a few things and said it looked good. I asked what the charge would be, and he said nothing! I brought my other vehicle to them shortly after that for a finicky check engine light and oil change. They did an outstanding job and they did it in a timely manner. I cannot recommend this business enough. 5 stars!!!

Let me first say thank you for taking the time to listen to what was going on with my vehicle. I had previously taken my Chevy Impala to Harrels and Blacks Tires for the same issue and was told my brakes were fine. They clearly were making a noise and by the time I got to Mikes they were scrubbing as well. The took a look and replaced my brakes and roters!!! My Impala rides like new and now Im a life time customer!!! Thanks Beth for checking up on me. Great customer service!

I had a problem with a code (P06DD) that kept on popping on and off, which caused my vehicle to not drive the way it was suppose to. Very poor acceleration and gas mileage. I took it to them because of my Silver Rock/Carvana warranty and they were able to diagnose the problem quick. They took care of everything and got my car to me really quick. I know I bothered them a lot, but they reassured me that my car was in good hands and believe me it was. My car runs perfect now and I will always use them and recommend them to everyone. I drive a 2017 Dodge Journey GT. They are very professional and awesome.

Super satisfied with the work Wiggs preformed on my car, normally I’m very iffy about places working on my BMW but the staff was very professional and polite, they scheduled a time for me to come in and drop off my car, a few hours later my brakes, oil change, and air filter was completed, Wiggs was competitive with there prices compared to other establishments I called, I highly recommended them, and I will be using them again in the future.

Ive had some issues with my brakes dragging. I went to two other shops and they didnt seem to find the problem. Mike and his techs found the problem at the master cylinder. I will say that Mike does look over your vehicle extensively to make sure the problem is pinpointed. He also checks the vehicle afterwards to make sure the problem is remedied. I do feel other shops do not want to spend a little extra time to diagnose a vehicles problem. I also feel other shops Ive been to complete the work and just roll your vehicle out the shop. Mike doesnt do that. He spends the time to diagnose the issue and also ensures the problem is solved by testing the vehicle afterwards. The staff at the shop is friendly. It is a very professional and family friendly environment. I really like the amount of space there is at the shop. It is easy to drop off your vehicle. The prices for auto service here are fair. I feel you pay fair market prices. I will bring my vehicles here in the future and Ive also recommended coworkers and friends to use this shop. One other thing. You also get a follow up text a couple days later to make sure your vehicle is still operating properly. Not too many shops do this.

Bought a car from Carvana and was skeptical about having to use this repair facility for warranty repairs. They could not have picked a better place to use. This repair facility is top notch! Never upcharges and never finds more issues on service. And everyone is very friendly! I highly recommend this shop and that is something I can say I rarely have done in regards to repair facilities!!

Great experience starting from the time I walked in the door till he finished my truck. Even afterwards, Mike took my truck back out & said something just didn’t seem right. It was fine to me. I was on the road heading back to Kansas I was in North Carolina for camping trip with the kids.my car started smoking they got me in really quick seeing about my car. told me they could fix it order a part then I was back on the road. We have used Wiggs Automotive for the last 4 years.Everyone from the owner his wife and staff are all very nice and pleasant people.Upon taking our car there they give you a ride home and they will even pick you up when your car is ready. Everything about this company is Awesome! Our vehicle is something that we all must feel safe in upon having repairs done and we absolutely feel safe when our car is ready.I have even wanted to make sure my vehicle was trip ready and have gone there and just asked them to make sure everything from the tires to under the hood was good and they did without a fee professionalism at its finest.

A great small business with great customer service. I went in for a wheel alignment but actually only needed a tire rotation. They charged just a diagnostic for the wheel alignment and the tire rotation. They showed me that my wheel alignment was spot on and the price was good for the service I got!

They diagnosed my engine, called around to price match and got me the best deal on the situation. I highly recommend checking them out!

Awesome , Im back in Florida from my trip to NC and very satisfied with their service. Their team was excellent, they took me through my vehicle and pointed out true deficiencies. I was able to work on them myself to save a little money in these hard times. But they performed other services. This shop is not there to rip you off they are there to really help. I witnessed their interaction with other customers and I saw nothing but positive reactions.

I went to get my front end alignment fixed here; After having some trouble at some other shop (they were trying to charge me an arm and a leg for my alignment and a bunch of other things I didnt even ask for!) I went to these guys and they fixed my alignment that same day and all for a great price I might add!

I cannot recommend Mike and his business enough! I called after I took my Kia into Pep Boys because the car was vibrating when breaking. All they did was check my break pads and said they were fine. Mike actually test drove my car, felt the problem, and was able to determine the rear rotors and calipers needed replacing. They kept my car overnight and by the next day it was good as new! Professional, reasonably priced, and trustworthy. Wont go anywhere else now!

Great place, nice people, affordable and everything, but I highly recommend making an appointment. I dropped my vehicle off on monday and it didnt actually get it back until thursday. I called everyday to check on the status and I was given the same answer that they will get it in that afternoon or first thing in the morning. Will definitely be going back for more services.

Sat there for a hour for the owner to come back and tell me he couldn’t align my car , I was then charged a diagnostic fee when I was not asking them to diagnose the issue I wanted them to do a alignment, when confronted everyone in the office was very unprofessional would not recommend

My first visit to Mike Wiggs Auto Service was for a front end alignment. Other auto service places said I needed one, but they couldn’t do it. Within about 15mins. I was advised of something completely different that was wrong. Scheduled a day for that work, it was completed that day and my car rides and drives much better. The staff are friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and fulfill their promises. Thank you to Mike Wiggs Auto Service.

Great service and great people. I was surprised at how quickly my car was fixed, especially since they had to have parts delivered. I will definitely return if I need other with for this or another of my vehicles and do recommend them. They replaced my inner and outer tierods. I also thought I needed my brakes replaced, but they insured I was fine. (A previous place I went to for another vehicle repair wanted are on many extras to the job I requested, which would have more than double my bill.) They also accept SNAP Finance, which helps out when done auto repair can be pricey.

I visited this morning and enjoyed their new lobby waiting area which is clean and filled with comfortable furniture and space for multiple customers. Mikes wife works the office and is very friendly and welcoming. I think its important to support our local small business owners who do an outstanding job for our community and residents. The service was terrible. I would strongly recommend not doing business with them So I took my car to this company because I was referred by a family member. I had a oil leak and needed the timing belt changed. There wasn’t anything else wrong with my car. No antifreeze leak or busted radiator hose until they touched my car. They did it and charged $700. The test drove it and discovered the antifreeze leaking. They charged $90 dollars which made it $800. I get my car back and notice two days later it is leaking antifreeze again. I call them and tell them it is leaking again and it could be a broken radiator hose. They said they will have to look at it. I told them I live out of town. If it is towed will I be charged and I was told no. They tow my car and look at it the next day and they are telling me that I have to pay $295 for the tow and $400 for the repairs making it a total of $700. I told them I am not paying for the tow or for repairs. I asked him if the price for the tow is for towing it to their shop and back to my house he said yes. I asked him how much it will be just for towing it to his shop he said $295. He kept changing prices and denying he said what he said. He is very expensive and will squeeze money out of you. He is dishonest and not a man of his word. He says he guarantees his work and he does not do good work. If he was good he would not have messed up my car and he would have checked everything when they antifreeze leaked he just checked one side. He did a rushed and shoddy job and now I have a busted radiator hose. I did not have any antifreeze and radiator hose problems until they touched my car. They do not know what they are doing and messed up my car. They will never take responsibility for anything. I will never do business with them again. No one should ever do business with them. When the people I arranged picked up my car he asked for more money for the oil leak that I already paid for. He gauges people for money. It is terrible and he is not a good man. Protect yourself and save your money.

Mike is awesome. Its that simple. He does good work at a fair price and does not take advantage. Cant ask for more than that from any service provider, but especially for your cars!

I got to know Mike and Beth through my daughters scouting organization. I knew them before they started their car repair business. I know them as honest, hard-working people of integrity.I have always purchased Honda vehicles and always took them to the Honda dealership for repairs and service work. But that has always felt so impersonal. I dont really have a relationship or any real connection to the people who work on my car.When Mike and Beth opened their shop, it was a no-brainer for me. Because I got to know them on a personal level and knew who they really were as a family and as individuals I knew thats who they would be in their business dealings. This now is the shop that takes care of my vehicle.
