Very impressed with this shop! Luis helped replace a dead battery on extremely short notice. The Yukon battery is a bit more difficult than usual to install, but they were knowledgeable. They worked fast and were very friendly. The shop and lobby were spotless and their price beat other shops in town. Will definitely return! Thank you for such a great experience!

I got my brake pads and rotor changed here. The techs were friendly and able to get me in and out same day even staying open past closing so I could come pick up my vehicle. They did a quality job. 10/10 would recommend.

Recently had someone attempt to steal the catalytic converter from my truck, leaving a cut in my exhaust pipe. The guys at the Fayetteville store were able to work me in on short notice and repair the damage quickly. This was done at a price that was very reasonable (quite a bit less than expected). Were moving and on our way through town, had some car troubles while pulling our trailer. These guys were fast and friendly! They ran the thorough diagnostics and helped us figure out what was going on.

Made an appointment for 4:30pm on Friday 10/8/21.got there at 415pm and was informed they were too backed up and wouldn’t be able to get to me. Let me drive across town to find out. Never again .

Took my expedition here to have my brakes changed and leave run some errands. Start noticing around corners it starts to vibrate, go around a sharp corner on the interstate it vibrated so bad it felt like my tire was going to come off. My husband pulls over and my driver side front tire lugs are not tight. They are so loose my husband could move them with his fingers. I have 2 of my kids in the car as well. How unprofessional and dangerous. This is uncalled for its called double checking your job to ensure the safety of your clients. This could have ended worse than it has.

They told him they would air up the tire and help him move it to where it was accessible, then proceeded to walk back in the building and not come back out to help.Him or I will never step foot in their business again.

Came here a couple weeks ago needing a same day oil change and tire rotation. For an area the size of Fayetteville, its surprising that there arent many auto shops that will take walk-in oil changes. But when I scheduled my appointment at Midas in the morning they were able to work me in that afternoon before they closed. Service was fast and the price was great.

I did my Lyft and Uber vehicle inspections done. It was easy breezy.

I just picked up my car where they replaced a fuse for my AC at 3:00. At 4:45 the fuse blew again. When I checked under the hood, I found my box to the fuse just sitting on my motor. I called immediately and spoke with Lee, who said they didnt do it. So I said are you saying it was like that before? When you guys were underneath it last? He replied No. Then he asked where I was at. I said Springdale and I would be happy to send pictures. He said well if you want to drive it over here we can replace it. Why would I even consider taken it back to such rude people! I have never had so much horrible customer service. I will NOT be going back.

Bad customer service-Been turned away twice now. First time happened back in July. Wanted to purchase a new Magnaflow exhaust system. When I went into the office I was promptly greeted by the person by the counter. But, when I mentioned that I needed an exhaust system. I was told that the lift was down and I would have to come back tomorrow. At the time, the were only two other cars in the 5 stall garage. But, the mechanic on duty seemed to do nothing but wait in the office talking to the person at the counter. Apparently, waiting for someone to show up to fix the lift. Now, today I show up well before the posted closing time with no one else in the office and zero cars in the stalls. Again, promptly greeted and asked what was needed. I needed an oil change and was told flat out No. Maybe, you could come back tomorrow? No, I wont be.

You don’t need to use an impact wrench to tighten an oil filter.

I came in completely freaked out and worried that my car was falling apart and these guys got me right in put the car on the lift spent probably 30 minutes checking kind of fixing it reassuring me of what was going on and then told me exactly showed me with a Flashlight exactly what I needed to do to fix it and how much it was the people here are the greatest and they charged me nothing

These guys are awesome! Ive been going to them for years -brakes, oil changes, etc. Roy, at the front desk, knows me and my family by name at this point. Dont pay attention the bad reviews. You cant please everyone and dealing with the public is never easy.

This shop is awesome. Theyve become my go-to-guys for repairs on my ten-year-old 200,000 mile Nissan Frontier. Theyre honest and excellent trouble shooters. After reading some of the reviews here I was a bit leery, but thought Id give them a try several months ago. Since then, Ive had brakes done, oil change, today was vacuum lines-- they continue to show me that they know their stuff. And they really are nice folks. And not too expensive at all. Thanks guys!!

I have taken my cars here for years. They do exceptional brake work, have super fast turn around and are great guys. They give me the info straight- telling me what I need and what can wait without any pressure or up sells.

Checked the website and made an appointment for an oil change. Waited for half and hour and didn’t receive any calls. Called them myself and confirmed the exact time. Went there a couple of minutes before the appointment and the guy told me that he is only able to do it after a couple of hours. “I am not able to keep an appointment when someone else with a bigger job arrives before you,” he said. Can somebody help me find the meaning for the word ‘appointment’. If you are not able to keep it then why do you have the option on the website. Who is going to pay for my wasted time now?

I had been going to midas now for at least 5 yrs. But now I just dont know anymore. Recently went in my usual service and left with clean report of all. Went to nearby town came out and oil all underneath my vehicle. I immediately called them and was asked to bring it back and let them look at it so I did. They told me I had a crack in my oil pan. Offered me 5 qts of oil to get home. Also said could fix for a good price. Well I checked with my vehicle dealer and they werent offering a good price. In fact it was same as dealer. Also did I mention I did not go in with oil leak or crack in oil pan but apparently left with one. Looked underneath oil pan the crack was from drain....where apparently it had been over tightened. Hmmmm.......I had not driven over or hit anything so what must I think. The last 3 times of being there, changed employees everytime. I am feeling that they should have taken the responsibility for this incident but I just sucked it up and had it fixed elsewhere. Now I will be going elsewhere and I am very very dissappointed in this place as up til recently I had great respect for them but no longer will they obtain my loyalty or buisness as they cant take responsibilty for their actions.

Ive been going to this shop for almost 3 years but recently they got a new manager and my experience with him was horrible. All of the mechanics and shop guys are awesome and do great work but how the new manager treated me with disgust when I asked for a particular oil. He was rude, unwilling to work with me, and had poor customer care. Very disappointed and I will not recommend anymore.

Came in for a routine oil change. The place I normally go was too busy and couldnt get me in. I was quickly helped here with no wait. When I went to check out I tried paying with a credit card, but their machine froze up and so I ended up paying cash. A few days later I got a call from Lee telling me that the charge actually DID go through on my credit card so I was charged twice and needed to come back so they could refund me my money. Just through many personal experiences I feel like in the car service industry there is a lot of dishonest people and on several occasions I have had people try to tell me something was wrong with my car when it wasnt just to get me to spend money. I am very impressed with the people here and their integrity. Will definitely be getting my oil changed here from now on.

I went in here on a Saturday, as I cannot get to them during the work week. The first Saturday I waited about an hour and then they told me they wouldnt be able to get me in until Monday. I went again on the subsequent Saturday around 10am, they said they would get me around noon, and then around 1:00pm they told me they couldnt get me in that day. I wasted over 4 hours in total at that place, and the rude attendant did nothing to appologize for the inconvenience. I highly recommend Firestone tire instead, which was cheaper, has coffee, and took me in on the spot.

My car broke down and I had it towed to Midas...The good:Fast turn aroundFriendly serviceThe bad:Upon receiving my vehicle, I noticed that several sensors were not hooked back up. I took my car back to Midas and they fixed the issue and were very apologetic.Two days later, I noticed my car steaming. Now, this is a problem I have never encountered with this car before. Upon closer inspection, my radiator cap had not been fully replaced, they put it on and twisted it, but did not actually lock it into place. Furthermore, the radiator cap itsself was all scratched up like someone had to forcibly remove it. I put the cap on fully and noticed a minor leak coming from the radiator cap, as if it had been damaged. I am going to replace the cap myself and hopefully that fixes the problem.In addition, they are expensive! They are easily making 300% profit on their parts.Summary:Good customer service, but they clearly are not double checking their work or lack experience. Hopefully they get their act together before they cause someones car to have a large problem. I hope I dont find anything else they messed up.Edit: Used my windshield washer buttons and found that Midas had rewired my windshield buttons wrong. My front windshield button turns on my front wiper but sprays my back window, my back window button turns on my back window wiper but sprays my front window. A year later now and I am still finding things Midas did wrong to my vehicle.

I went in to have my safety inspection done for Uber. While he was filling out the form he informed me that they require a specific form or theyll reject it, and Lyft has their own form as well. He charged me $25 for the Uber form (for something that took literally less than one minute) and when I told him Im looking to drive for Lyft too and asked if he could give me the Lyft form as well, he said ok, printed an exact copy of the first form only this one had Lyft at the top, copied all the information over from the first form, and asked me for another $25. So I literally just paid $50 for 2 sheets of paper which were identical, and one minute of work. Cant help but feel like Ive been swindled, and no amount of being called Sweetheart is going to make it any less of a highway robbery.

I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy! This entity uses an unscrupulous bait-and-switch tactic (illegal by the way), which means they quote you a low price over the phone and then subsequently increase the price 300%. Please dont support this place; it smells of greed and corruption.

In my case I had a boat trailer that needed work on its brakes. I called prior to bringing it in to make sure that they would even work on it. I was very honest about what I was bringing in and would have understood if they said no. I had tried Seeburg first and they politely informed me that they could no do it. I had to take off from work to get the trailer and take it to their establishment. I went through the whole process of checking it in and them telling me that it might be several days. The manager was there and was aware of why I was there, and never said hi, bye, or hows the weather, even though he walked within 2 feet of me. The gentleman behind the desk was finished checking me in, I asked where to leave the trailer, he said he needed to go ask the manager. He came back and said they wouldnt work on it. Aside from the fact that I took an hour out of work day to bring the trailer down there based on them saying that they could do it, the manager did not even have the common courtesy to even walk within 30 feet of my trailer nor was he man enough to come talk to me in person.

This place triple charged me for the part. ( I checked prices afterwards) I paid $800.00 for a $150.00 part plus 1&1/2 hour labor and refilling the radiator.Midas overcharged me by 400.00 more than anywhere else including the dealership. VERY DISHONEST!
