I had several times the products not of the best quality, in particular the less known ones. The basic food items are usually of good quality with very affordable prices. The staff is mostly ok. Also, they often run out on tomatoes for some reason. It would be great if they had more choice of raw meat products as well.

A deal hunter favorite. Each store has a mix of recurring products and misc stuff that sells until they are out. Likewise the prices are a mix and you can often find really good deals mixed in with regular prices. The regular prices they list are not always accurate so it requires some skepticism to find the real deals. And at of the products use cheap and unhealthy ingredients. But if you dont mind reading ingredients it is quite fun to see what you can find. Snacks particularly are great here

Store Manager Judy ,her assistants/crew Scott , Brandon & Taylor are professional,helpful, and always go above & beyond to make our shopping experience positive . Over the past several years we have been buying our ceramic Pots from GROCERY OUTLET on River Road through the good leadership of Judy.

I love this store! All the employees are always helpful @ friendly! Its a good vibe every time Im there. Trying to survive on a tiny income is a24/7 stresser but because of this store, Im able to eat well @ healthy all month! I highly recommend this store to anyone regardless of income!

One of my favorite places to shop! Grocery Outlet is the perfect place to browse and discover new things that you may never have bought at full price somewhere else. Their vegan or gluten free selections are surprisingly vast! They are my go-to for vegan cheeses!

This is our favourite location. Seems to be better stocked than the Springfield location. Great deals, especially on wine. We hit this place before any gathering that we bring wine as our contribution. Always a fun selection of beer and ciders as well. This is a spot to come to if you are not sure what to cook for a meal. Lots of fun inspiration with some products that you never see at other places Great cheese selection as well. Our charcuterie game is strong because of Grocery Outlet. Friendly employees.

Is it just me or did this place used to be a cheaper option.... Cause that is not the case anymore. Mine as well shop at Fred Meyers. And you arent tricking anyone by telling us how much we saved. Who are you comparing prices to anyways?

I love this place. It truly is a bargain market for all sorts of fresh fruits, vegetables & the cheeses I love plus, just about everything else on even my long grocery list! Grabbed a case of the Swallow Tail Bright Chardonnay, excellent and a steal of a deal!

Well the store has great prices but terrible service as far as the are rude and I feel that my boyfriend and I were discriminated against due to having a bike carts. He was waiting outside for me while I bought groceries. We were both harassed because of the assumption that we were homeless. That is not only no excuse for the treatment but also isnt the case. How ever we have been homeless and suffered this treatment many time before from all the businesses here in Eugene. Its a real problem and yesterday was it for me. I spent good money in this store and Im disgusted at how we were treated by them. Even after they watched me make my purchases they made a strong effort to make us so uncomfortable we would leave in a hurry. Shame on you and any of you who conduct business in this way.

They always got everything I need and things I didnt know I needed. The boxes are hit or miss so bring your own bag. Its for the best.

This store is clean, organized and so fun to shop in. I never go there with a list of specific things to get, as they dont have consistent inventory. But I love popping in occasionally to look for treasures. I think they end up with overstock items or perishables that are approaching their expiration date. They price things accordingly, so you can get some really great deals. Im often exposed to new brands and products because they end up with such a wide array of goodies.The only thing I dont love about this store is their signage that says how much other stores would charge for the same item. They often seem to inflate what other stores are said to charge; Avocado: $2.50 here and $6 at other stores! Who the heck charges $6 for an avocado?

Best deals on really high quality food. I find the best vegan specialty items as well for much better prices than natural food stores.

They always have something new that we can get that is at a price we can afford. We buy and live the low carb lifestyle and its expensive to always buy everything full price. Its like treasure hunting.

This store carries different items all the time. Great for finding an odd limited edition variety of something you know, or just getting a decent price on random groceries. You will spend more money than at dollar tree but its better quality stuff.

Grocery outlets deals are amazing for people on a tight budget. Be careful though, if you love one of their products, stock up! It may never come back, due to their business model. Still love it there though!

Great prices on common foods and alcohol. Watch out for some Chinese goods and canola oil used on a lot of their chips instead of vegetable oil or better. I go in for select items, but not for the bulk of my shopping.

This store has good products and good prices! Im happy I found out about Grocery Outlet. I only wish I wouldve known about them sooner! Overall, their store seems clean and organized. If you havent been to a Grocery Outlet, you need to know that many of their items are priced low for good reason. Mainly, from what Ive seen, is that the products are close to expiring. This is not really a bad thing, but you do need to check expiration dates before purchasing. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because Ive come across a few things that were ALREADY expired and still on the shelf. Im talking about a couple of weeks past expiration. Thats not cool at all. I havent seen this often, but Ive seen it. Other than that, 4 stars for good prices, variety, organization, and cleanliness.

I am always a grocery outlet fan because theres always something cool and quirky on sale and no two stores are the same. Staff are very friendly as well.

Excellent selection of vegan options plus all kinds of interesting finds. Its a little like the thrift store of grocery chains, the prices are low and the selection rotates constantly. Worth checking out before bigger chains for really good deals on close-dated and discontinued stuff!

They had a lot of stuff that I normally use, this week. The employees are friendly and nice and are knowledgeable about where everything is at which makes my shopping experience really good

The always have good prices on items but if you see something you like you better get it because it might not be there when you come back next time. The have a wide selection of beer and wine. I also like to look around for unique things like crackers and chips because I usually find something I have never tried before.

They have items at better price than other stores, even items you wont find in other retailers. Small compare to others but is a good choice for groceries plus employees are gentle and kind.

Im giving it four stars because there things you can find here that you wont find other places. Also there are items that cost an arm and a leg in other stores that have half or less the price here. Just for an example, keto cheese puffs for $1.99 instead of $5 and keto ice cream for $1.99 instead if $7 or $8Plus the people who work here are super friendly and helpful and a bag of ice is pretty darn cheap!

This location has been pretty good with their CoViD restrictions, and trying to keep people safe. I truly appreciate their efforts.As always, their prices and selection are great. Never know what youll get, but youll get a good deal.

I have shopped at several Grocery Outlet stores and this one is not as close to my house but it has a little bit different things than my springfield store.I like this store very well so when Im on the River Road side of town this is where I drop into. This location is convenient to get in its easy to get out. There is a stoplight.The stores always clean and well-organized

Great shopping experiences almost all of the time. You find interesting items from other states, get cheaper big-ticket items, and Jake the Manager does a great job of running it from a customers perspective.

I LOVE Grocery Outlet! I always find awesome things for such a good price and lots of new things to try! You may not find EVERYTHING on your grocery list there, but I like to start there and I get a lot of my list checked off and also come home with some new things! They have tons of dairy alternatives, keto items, a wide variety of hummus flavors, etc. It will always be my go to spot! The River Rd one has more variety and seems cleaner than the Springfield one.
