This Walmart in Eugene, Or. (Off of Green Acres Road) is by far the best one in the area. I have had a good experience every time. Well worth the visit. A++

This is not a Walmart Super Store...wasnt aware of that fact until too late. No bakery, no produce, minimal groceries. Also, if you dont know its there, its easy to miss. Its tucked back behind most stores in this shopping center.

I stopped for specifics on 10/20/21, after my Dr appt.Its been a long while since Id been to this store and I was pleasantly surprised. The cleanliness was as it had always been, stellar!The myriad of choices in the food aisles was great and most prices were much lower than my local grocery store. They still had WATERMELONS!! They were the personal sized ones, but HELLO - WATERMELON in late October! Who knew?!Theyve changed a lot of areas, but I didnt allow myself to wander. I was time crunched already & needed to hurry. It was sad! Im a chronic wanderer in stores!My one grumble is that I had to walk most of the store to find an associate to assist me. He was quite helpful and informative, but I was a good distance from where I was needing assistance before I found him.In their defense, I know many employers are having difficulties getting people that are hireable in as applicants. Not to mention, keeping people on staff due to hours being too much(due to being short-staffed)or not enough (due to lack of business, etc).In short, I was rambling on SO much about how impressed I was with everything I saw here that day, my hubby & I are going after his Dr appointment tomorrow,10/27/21!!Im excited!😉

Even though I couldnt find what I was originally going for there was a ton of cute Halloween stuff for my baby girl. And the customer service was very good. Very personable.

Clean and well stocked. Only complaint is that self-scan was the only option for checkout when we were there as none of the other lanes were open.

My daughter has a broken foot and leg. In her fifty. No one came over to help her checked out. She was on crutches. Pushing the cart outside with her crutches. The Cartman saw her, he went the other way. This happen outside of building. she was very unhappy with Walmart and their employees. This happen in Council Bluffs Iowa. I have arthritis in both of my knee. So I sat in the car the whole time. I was having a bad day.

Love this Walmart, they arent a superstore but have everything you need, more options for bathing suits I personally think they have cuter stuff then the bigger Walmarts.

Major suckage here! Trying diligently not to give Walmart my money ever again.I used to be a faithful customer but I recently made an order for a product from Walmart online. I paid for the product (they didnt just put a hold on funds, they actually charged my card which creates a legal contract for the sale of the product just the same as a legal contract for the purchase is created when I click to complete the transaction) & I was told it could be picked up the next day. When I arrived at the store for my product the manager came out & said that the advertised price must have been a mistake & there is absolutely no way I will honor this sale.***I should add that the really messed up thing about this is that I had actually contacted customer support the week before to let them know I thought the price may be incorrect & they should check it immediately & change it if necessary to which I was assured that they would. When I went back on the site a week later, the advertised price was still exactly the same & I made the purchase. So I informed them & made them aware of the possible discrepancy well before I made the purchase so they were perfectly aware of the advertised price for that product & they changed nothing***This is illegal, unethical, & extremely poor business practice. Walmart store policy says they will honor incorrectly priced merchandise as long as it was an error on the companys part & not a customer putting an item back in an incorrect spot. Also, as previously stated, this is illegal as charging my card creates a contract for the sale of the product which they refused to honor.When I reminded the manager of the store policy & of the law & told him that I had informed the store of the price a week before so it could no longer be considered a mistake (& in spite if the fact their company policy says they will honor incorrect pricing if it was their fault not the customers) the manager then replied, I dont care, there is simply no way in hell Im going to sell you that product for the advertised price.How much money is enough for you Walmart? How many billions do you have to make before you will honor your own policies, the law, & not refuse to sell a product at your own advertised price to a loyal customer?Shame on you Walmart for your illegal practice and for violating your own store policy & for cancelling the sale you were legally contracted to make at the price you knowingly advertised. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Absolutely disgraceful.!!!DONT SHOP AT WALMART!!!

The lay out is chaotic to say the least. I would avoid this Walmart at all costs, If your looking for something in particular? Now if your just grazing... Then this is a grate spot , Loads of fun could be had in this zoo of stuff !! Now there selection was extreme! They were rich with diversity!I would say over all it took a long time but I found the wood stain and brush I went in for .

Need more personal checkers, they have several check outs but maybe 1or2 checkers. Big store like this, we shouldnt have to check/bag my groceries.

They are completely reorganizing the store and we were unable to find ANYTHING! Very frustrating. Especially when a couple 9f the workers were not only unable to help, but UNWILLING to help

Store is pretty clean. Decent prices and choices but not stocked well. Areas of product signs with no prices anywhere or on the product. Quite often unorganized products on shelves.Great workers , most are very pleasant and helpful.Nursery is not well cared for at all.

Only had 20 minutes in the store before close. I take a lot of responsibility for not asking for help sooner, but I wish the 3 employees that watched me circle by them empty handed several times had asked me if I needed help before they closed the department I needed... if the trip wasnt an urgent, last minute need, I would give 4 stars bc I was helped pretty quickly after I asked...

The store is clean and well organized. The employees are the same as every other Walmart employee. They all seem to be bothered by helping a customer, as if asking them to do their jobs id asking entirely too much. One would think that with one register open that would leave a plethora of employees to answer questions or offer general help to a customer.

Love the people. They look for us every week. Would like to be given more choices on substitutions and wether or not you want it. Sometimes the fresh not the best. Amazing people and they separate all my orders for me.

Always have everything I need and then some. Cant ever go wrong with Walmart

You can never get employee help. They are going to all self serve check out which being LV/blind really puts our community in a bad situation we cannot operate the screens on self service checkout and Walmart doesnt care!I recently came across a absolutely wonderful employee I called to let them know. Walmart didnt care that this employee was awesome. They dont care about their customers and they dont care about their employees, they definitely dont care that by going to self service checkout they are alienating a entire disabled community that cannot see to run the screens. This Walmart was great for school supple shopping! Well stocked!!! Last weekend to shop before school started. Supplies were right at the front of the store with always low Walmart prices. This location is always my goto for the bulk of school supplies year after year. When you cant find the one thing on your list in the front of the store with the seasonal section....go to the stationeryaisle where they have school supplies year round. They usually have more stock there.

Good experience. Just long lines for check out. I do NOT use self check out. I hate it. Im one of those who feel that Im doing someone elses job. Once you go to total check you probably will loose a customer. Besides Im not very good at computer things. I dont even own a computer. So as far as Im concerned you may have lost a customer. I understand just one customer doesnt mean much to you but maybe you should at least read and understand where Im coming from.

Will not return to this location.Employees were very rude, bad attitude.Restrooms were filthy.I would use a out house but there wasnt one.My reserved pick up time was 8am....at 8.30 I called to find out the issue ??? This specific Walmart is way out of line with their greeters . I carry a beautiful disaster back pack style bag as my purse because I have a 3 yr old that I carry things for and Im from California on vacation here in Oregon. On arrival thru the door I was told you may not take your bag into the store that Id be required to leave it with her to be put into a lock box that all employees have a key to mi d you Im a 43 yr old full grown lady with self respect and I dont look like a street person or a thief. I told her no it was my purse and Id take it with me because its my purse she said nope it may be your purse but you cant take it in. I asked for management and then told by him that I could only take it in as long as I would show him the contents as I was leaving so I left and went to another store were I wasnt treated badly . This Walmart is ridiculously out of line .

Im there almost every day. Ive printed hundreds of photos but today I couldnt get machine to work. When I asked a employee for help he was rude and had oh well attitude. So i left my cart of stuff, didnt get photos or anything else, and took my business elsewhere.

This place is very clean good service but are low on employees even tho they are nice.

Very strange layout-no deli, bakery or produce departments.However, staff very helpful and friendly!

Very nice helpful associates at service counter, even though they no longer do in store credit when you misplace your receipt... So expect to find replacement items on the same trip to complete a return of any item w/o a receipt...

Just had a bad experience at Walmart me and my husband were checking out at self check out and went to pay with cash and found out that the check stand only takes cards only not a problem we got our card out to pay and we were talking about cash shortage and thats why it was card only and my husband said theres no cash shortage they probably dont want to deal with counting the tills they just have to pull journal tape and make its easy for them not have to as many tills. So the cashier behind us over heard us talking a d said lier my husband turned around and asked what did you just say the cashier said your a lier me and my husband were stunned wow we askedto talk to a manager and complained .

Ya know, this store has some of the nicest employees in this store. Quite a few are young (with their own style) shall I say, and have the greatest personalities. Taking that extra few minutes to locate an item, or ya know summ like that. So You Go) the crew at Wal-Mart in Springfield!

Its a Walmart what can I say. Usually calmer at this location at least but theyre selections within certain departments are dumbed down. Auto, electrical and a few other things in the back.

Waited 30 minutes for somebody with keys so I can buy a lightbulb. I would to say other things but would probably get the post removed for vulgarity.

Good place for affordable prices on groceries the only problem is not enough cashiers at the registers it always seems like there is only 3 registers in the whole store open. And because of the affordable prices I always leave the store with more stuff then i went in there for :)

If you are only going to have 1 register open other than self checkout, and ask them to check a line that is consistently 12-15 customers deep then maybe.. just maybe... have a checker that moves faster than than my dead grandmother, and doesn’t feel the need to tell her life problems in story mode to every dang customer...

New curbside pickup is great. Dont trust your app if it tells you to pick up right in front of the entrance doors though. Its actually a couple of spots in a row left of the entrance, and in line with the pharmacy and law enforcement spaces.

This was sent to our local news channel.I just left the Walmart on Green Acres Road a few minutes ago. They refused to let me in without wearing a mask. I showed them my vaccine card and was told WalMart was following the guidelines and everyone still needed to wear a mask. I had the greeter call a manager over. Two people showed up and said that it was a corporate thing and that masks are still required at all Walmarts regardless if you are vaccinated or not. Ive been in this store twice in the last few days and didnt wear a mask. I even asked the greeter at that time and she said that if I was fully vaccinated then I didnt need to wear a mask. ??Even Walmarts website says that fully vaccinated people dont need to wear a mask.Your news story by Mike Cerullo on May 17th said WalMart on Green Acres Road was one of the stores in Eugene that fully vaccinated people didnt need to wear a mask. So whats going on here??Could someone contact the manager of the WalMart on Green Acres Road and see if fully vaccinated people have to wear a mask or not. This is ridiculous. I shop here , with no issues until I need something that is locked up , which is usually every trip. I needed toothbrush heads ,I sat there and rang the buzzer , I even walked up to make up section where two staff members had no customers and were talking ,they said they will call someone .No one came , then I called the store twice ,nobody came ! You want us to buy your stuff you lock up ,you need to staff better . I had to pull a clerk from theshelves and he said he didnt hear anyone call anyone to the toothbrushes. Ill order from amazon for now on.

Personally my favorite Wal-Mart is here on Green Acres. May not always have as many seasonal selections as the W 11th or Springfield stores, however you wont have to walk 2 miles while shopping either.

Worst grocery department ever. The shelves are just a mess. The signs dont help if your looking for something like spices. The way they treat people coming out of the check stands is just absolutely horrid. they have someone standing there they can see you come out of the cash register Lane they see you get a receipt and then you walk 12 14 ft to the door and youre stopped by the Gestapo. You have to present the receipt youre already showing and they search your basket. This makes me feel like they think Im some kind of criminal I dont like that. Im no criminal Im not trying to steal toilet paper most criminals that are shoplifting are not stealing toilet paper. they have video theyre watching they have people that are watching Im sure they see every little thing that goes on in that store but they still have to make you feel uncomfortable like theyre searching you and searching your basket and checking your receipt for toilet paper. Its not a big screen TV its not a video game Im a regular shopper Im just getting household items I dont like the fact that they make you feel like youre some kind of criminal

It was a decent little walmart. Friendly staff and a pretty good assortment of things and has things that some of the bigger walmarts Ive been in dont have. Or its just that there store is arranged better.

Small stor.waited in line for a long time during the week at like 2 pm. Only 2 lanes open for check out. Many items out of stock. Clothing for me, a big girl not too great of selection, especially if you are under 40!

Worse Wal-Mart ever..shelves always empty...dirty...baskets of cloths piled high waiting to be put away...I only go for the peeled shrimp...now the one in Vancouver wa.is amazing...
