Overall, well stocked. They have had to lock the bathroom so ask for help before you walk All the way to the very far back corner of the store. Prices were high on some stuff. Did get a couple of good finds. Have a really nice bathroom rug set of 2 on sale. Spent too much!

I had THE BEST customer service experience at the Eugene Big Lots. I called to check stock on an item and have it placed on hold for me, as it was out of stock at the store near me. When I arrived to pick it up, someone had mistakenly held the wrong item and they were out of the item that I had driven more than an hour to pick up. Needless to say, I wasn’t happy. I’d already had a bad customer service experience at the Roseburg location trying to get this item... Trina, the store manager went above and beyond, getting a comparison item from the Springfield store, while I ran another errand and had it waiting for me when I returned. In a time where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, Trina and her team are in a league of their own! I will definitely be back to her store. Thanks again for saving the day!

Not the same as it once was. Even the staff have all completely changed. They have things in the wrong spots or items mixed so when you get to the register you end up paying more than you had expected.

I was pretty annoyed with how half of the items I picked up didnt have price tags on them or a shelf label at the very least. I approached the cashier for a price and said half this stuff doesnt have a price tag to which she says guess its a good thing Im here. I made several trips to get prices. Some items I just skipped over because I was tired of dealing with it.I am about 60 - 40 in favor of finding what I want at fair prices.

Open til 9 (maybe 10?) Good deals! Fun to poke around and see what they have in stock.

There are a lot of good buys here but look out for rip offs too. Furniture and home goods are great to get here also patio but toys arent a great buy mostly.

They didnt have what I was looking for at least I got out of the house & yes we fpund something else though.

The employees here are incompetent.

Came In had questions and at the end was gonna ask about delivery and for some reason I almost snapped at him but then the employee said that I snapped him never gonna come back here again. Dont come here there rude the employee was a male

Never know what youll find. Went looking for decent ear pods. Simple ones with a cord. Nothing at the other places. Either cheap ones you throw away or fancy wireless things. Basic quality please. Big Lots had some! Sound decent too. Im kind of shocked. And a wall of storage tubs?

This is one of the best stores for discount products. Keith was very helpful and me finding just the right couch.

I only gave three star for this location. Reason being is the lack of surplus/stock and the handicap toilet has been out of order for a very long time. They have helping staff and do appear to try to fill the shelves. Pricing of goods is exceptable.

I love this store. Especially all of their decorative stuff and furniture. The staff is always around and asking if they can help with anything.

Basically a dressed up kmart. Not for me.

Big Lots was good! I hadnt been in a long time and not since all of the Covid stuff. They were low on some things (to be expected), but not bad. They had toilet paper and cleaning products in stock. They also had a lot of outdoor stuff!

Big Lots is good on their merchandising. They carry products that you want. They do not carry a bunch of products that you dont want like some of the other discount store chains. These are all items that are useful and the prices are good. Home decor furniture electronic accessories and outdoor Products is where they have a great selection. I highly recommend them.

Shelves were kind of bare, but felt safe in the store. Everyone wearing a mask or shield.

To anyone who has never been to a Big Lots store doesnt know what theyre missing! Some of the things you buy at an amazing low price!I absolutely love the retail chain! I have found things that I was getting from other sources that are much less expensive and some things that I have never seen before in any store!So do yourself a favor and stop in and check out the many different things they get in.

Im so bummed that they dont have one in Newport Oregon.. whaaa.. almost makes me miss living in Eugene.. wait, no it doesnt.. almost, but not quite. if I go somewhere with a Big lots I ALWAYS have to drop in for a quick look and I go buy some household decor items, furniture, bath and beauty products and a few miscellaneous grocery items. Its a place that carries many different things and often you find name brand items at really good prices.

Prices here are ridiculously high. It used to be a place that offered deep discounts. No more. Go to Walmart it is cheaper.

This store isn’t far from my home so I go there often to check on my Bottle Drop account, as they have a kiosk there.I also shop there for snacks. Good prices, usually.The staff is so pleasant. They always greet you with a cheerful ‘hello and welcome to Big Lots’, when you walk in even if they are checking out with another customer.It’s well lit and not dreary like a lot of those stores. They don’t give you a hard time about returns.One of my go to’s there is the canned nuts. The prices are even better than Winco.

Found some reasonable priced items for Valentines day....

Nice and cheap, revolving inventory so you never quite know what youre going to get but it is fun to browse around and find unexpected things that I didnt even know I was looking for.Id suggest holding on to receipts for electronics as I have bought a couple small things like headphones and chargers that didnt work correctly, but they were very accommodating in accepting returns on these items with a receipt.

Budget stuff thats budget indeed. I cant adequately describe this place. Its like a low end Walmart with less stuff but variety in the stuff they do have. Their locations tend to suit their neighborhoods. If youre looking for seasonal goods that may only last a season or two or maybe youre trying to find a one off treasure this could be your spot.

Had a very good experience. Good place too find 100% Welches grape juice with antioxidants in it, in the 6 pack of small bottles, the good thing is that the little bottles have a 0.10 cent deposit on them. I also found some good snacks for my grandkids.

Its a typical big lots. The kind of store where the floors are cracked and old, the close out deals arent as good as regular deals on Amazon but you can get it now. And the employees almost care that in another few years they will be out of a job. They are the last dying breed of the retail extinction event of the 90s. a hold out of another age doomed to go the way of k mart and so many other brick and morter stores before it. Its almost like a living museum of days gone by. It almost makes you sad to see it.

This store had an amazing selection of items, everything from personal electronics to furniture to snack food. Staff was friendly and the atmosphere was not unpleasant.

More and more this place becomes less about getting closeout and more about tricking you into thinking you are getting a deal. Bring back McFrugals!
